Sam's Giant Manhattan Pizza

Always a go to for me when there is a craving for some pizza, you can even make your pizza there too! Also be sure to ask for the chili flakes and parmesan cheese. I loved all the locations I have been to so far!

Usually good! Only a couple of times was the pizza dry, but other than that, fatte’s doesn’t usually disappoint! My go-to is pepperoni and cheese on white sauce and it’s always good!

We out here on vacation and the wife found this spot. Great deals w/ coupons. Had the 2 large sticky fingers , meatball sub and garlic cheese bread. This should have been enough for 6 people. Solid spot every time. The pizza is always good I’ve never been disappointed. What really stood out this visit was the kindness: they gave my dog some water without hesitation 🐶💙. Great food and good people. I’ll definitely keep coming back. Appreciate it guys

Fantastic! Honestly baffles me that people left bad reviews… there is a little storm outside and they had no problem delivering in the rain. Walked to the door and the pizzas were still warm and my soda was still cold. They were polite over the phone and in person. Plus the pizza was soooooo good! They gave us an accurate time estimate for when the pizza would arrive, underrated tbh. There are lots of pizza places in Santa Maria but this is definitely at the top of the list of favorites. Deserved every cent of the tip.

Pizza was fresh and quickly made. They have RC cola too! Overall it's a good pizza at a good price.

I usually love fatties and don't have much complaints however I this time I ordered I chose to build my own pizzas. Not only did the toppings fall short but the price was $50 for two L pizzas 3-4 toppings.

Pizza great, especially for the price! Not much room there for seating, a few tables, perfect for take out, I think they deliver too.

Ordered early on during covid. None of the employees wore masks. Came back well into covid. They gave us the wrong pizza. We noticed when we were halfway home. Came back, the guy took a look at it and spoke to the manager. They made us a new pizza and the old went back on the top shelf of the tongo orders. Eeeek with all the concerns with covid this is a bit alarming.

Pizza is pretty decent for Santa Maria. Delivery sucks! They have been late every time we ordered. This last time, the driver called to say she would be at my house in 3 minutes. 14 minutes later she showed up. Our pizza was warm and those little plastic things weren’t in our pizza so the lids got squished onto our pizza. Will probably order pick up from now on. Good thing we only do pizza once a month!

Ordered the 2 pizza sticky finger special and got a hair in one of them. Called to complain and was told I would get it replaced. I went there with the hair pizza and the owner said that it wasnt one of their hairs to which I said it was cooked IN TO the pizza. Then he went on to insinuate that I had done this on purpose. Long story short that is the last time I order pizza, dont like to be treated rudely when I have a genuine complaint.

The quality of the pizza has really gone down and the prices have gone up. We ordered pizza last night and there was No cheese on either of them. Maybe a slight pinch. Stop being cheap Fatte's. Don't get pizza here. Spend your money at Strawhat or Mountain Mikes.

It was just ok. They have a policy of refusing to replace an incorrect order if you notice the error after you leave....EVEN IF YOU BRING BACK THE INCORRECT PIZZA. TIP: Pay for the correct order if they charge you a second time and then dispute the first transaction with your bank or credit card company. The store can make any policy they want...but if you paid for an order you didn't receive (including it being wrong and the merchant refusing to correct it) you WILL get your money refunded by your bank.

Ordered, pizza a little on the expensive side but the pizza is alright. The reason the 2 stars it because they said pizza was going to be ready in 40 mins, after an hour half later called they said driver had car trouble but never called bothered to call. Cancelled order, had to make sure they were going credit my account. Sad that this place is going down hill, use to enjoy their pizza. But after the bad service from their employees I will be ordering my pizza from somewhere else. They didn't even say they felt bad, I don't want anything from them. I train at lot of people who work in the area and will not recommend them as a choice.

Everytime I order a pizza from fatties I wait longer than estimated and they always forget an item. The pizza is good tasting but when you are qouted a time for delivery you expect it within a reasonable time. If fatties can't offer that then say so.

I gave this a one star rating because after trying twice to call and place my order I was thrown in que 3 calls in que, once I hit first in like ne I was thrown back to now nu.ber 4 was holding for 15 minutes when I finally hung up and called back only to have th same experience as before. It was 810pm when I called so they were open just not taking my call for some reason.

I ordered a pizza I thought would be one topping (chorizo) and another pizza one topping. he said the total was 32 $ I asked why it was so much because I've always heard it was BOGO he told me that was the price of the chorizo pizza. I asked how much to add one topping and he said I could add upto 3 topping no charge because of the other pizza(chorizo) I ordered. recieve a pizza (chorizo)with 4 topping and the other was fine. I called and told them that's not what I wanted we went back and forth I told him I just wanted the pizza with chorizo and the other I asked for they said they could only refund me 2 dollars because I got topping on the other I told him I would have only gotten 1 extra topping had I k own. i could hear the cashier talking to his manager saying I told him I wanted a chorizo combo.they proceeded to charge me over 30 dollars or I give both pizzas back and get my refund after waiting one hour to get the dam pizza its ridiculous I will never spend my money here again a shame too.

I just made a call 20 minutes before last delivery. The girl who took my info was rude and short. I requested her name. Rudely saying no that she does. It have to. It wasn’t necessary for her rudness

Saturday Night, We were staying at the Fairfield Inn off Broadway (Roemer Ct), Ordered at 7:30pm; 4 pizzas. I called at 8:45, asking where is our delivery? Phone person told me He would find out where the driver was with our Order. By 9pm we received a call by the Driver saying he was outside. We're 10 minutes away from the Hotel. I'm wondering if they just left our order in the warmer and forgot about it. Our Group comes to Santa Maria A LOT! I guess Fatty's won't be getting our business. BTW- The pizza, at best, was warm.

Sure it's cheap but you get what you pay for. Cheap food. My jaw hurt after eating this pizza I had to chew it for so long. It's like I had to fight my food to eat it. And no I'm not an old lady I'm in my 20s it shouldn't be hard for me to eat my food.

i usually don’t write bad reviews but this pizza is pretty bad. maybe i’m just picky, but the garlic bread was so over cooked it was inedible, and the crust as well. sauce tastes cheap and i could get much better pizza from little caesar’s, please don’t waste your money! it tasted like it was hot and still cooking in the box a long time after it was done.

be aware, these guys have no concept or training regarding the topic of food allergies. Needed to talk to two different people that were completely clueless on the notion of such things as peanut allergies, etc. Needed to walk away, if they lack this basic training I can only imagine what food preparation training or lack of his present..

Pizza was good , wanted wings with NO SAUCE they gave me with sauce and when I asked for some with out sauce they gave me wings that was hard as a rock .... The store wanted me to drive down again to bring back the wrong order and give me the right one. I told the manager that I shouldn’t have to drive down again because of their mistake. The manager was rude and did not try to make things right. Kept saying no deliveries would be made to correct their error. Customer service is not what it use to be. Fattie’s has gone down hill with customer satisfaction and service.

And they didn’t even care!!

That showed me she didn't write anything down for the owner to call back. Then she hung up on me. When we went to pick up the food she was giving my coworker dirty looks and speaking very rudely and aggressively. I would highly recommend the owners get this person in check as this isn't the first issue I've had with this company being rude to customers. If it happiness again ill never order from them again.
