Called in order and very friendly person took the order. Steak sub and 10 wings. Was done on time they said would be ready and why I was there I order two pizza slices. They were very busy but handle everything with only 4 people working.Wings a little over done and very small but ok, everything else good. Tip them $20 , five dollars a piece for each person there working. 👍👍👍👍

Great food and customer service! Ordered chicken finger dinner and large pepperoni pizza. My 4 and 6 year olds devoured the fingers and fries, and the pizza was baked to perfection. It is on the thicker side (which seems to be common in Rochester) but cooked through - no reaching the middle of the slice and biting into raw dough, which is one of my biggest complaints with many pizzas in town. Will definitely be ordering again!

literally didn’t cut my pizza 🤣 its just slightly annoying bc i didn’t have a way but also funny they also gave me blue cheese instead of ranch they always sorta mess stuff up but they are nice most times

Pizza on counter was looking old. Just barely warm. Shakers found on a table half empty, not fresh, mislabeled. Disappointed. Pizza taste like cardboard. Not impressed.

I've eaten at Mark's for many years, all different locations. Normally good food, but I don't know what happened at the Merchant's Rd location. Pizza seemed under cooked and the dough was very rubbery. This is not the first time. I figure we all have a bad day once in a while, but this is like the 3rd or 4th time there has been an issue with the food. I don't think I'll be eating at that location anymore.

pizza sauce taste like sugared spaghetti sauce. Cheese don't taste fresh. No ustomer service skills. I will avoid this location.

Train the people who answer the phone to actually listen and have a personality! She was a miserable mess

Called to order a pizza yesterday on my way home from work around 5pm and got the most rude, mumble mouthed jerk. This guy should not be answering the phone and talking to customers. He was so rude and sarcastic. I told him, "You know what? Cancel my order. You are really rude." When your first contact to a business is met with hostility and a lack of respect, you really don't want to give them your money or eat food they are preparing.

Pizza is usually fine, only gotten food poisoning twice from this Location. Edit: i had gotten 2 cheese slices this week and the second one was soaking wet on the edge. probably not coming back for health concerns. someone needs to check this place out.

Completely horrible lady that took my order was completely rude and not caring! And the pizza was cold and the wings dry it tasted as if it was warmed up not even freshly cooked worried about our digestive system lol and it took a hour and 15 mins wonder why I didn’t tip I would like a new pizza and wings redelivered no charge

We recently ordered a large pizza and 20 wings, 1/2 mild and 1/2 sweet n' sour. The pizza was not cut through all the way so all the cheese and toppings slid off into the box and the dough was under cooked. The mild wings were so dried out they weren't edible. The sweet n' sour wings had almost no sauce on them and were mushy. There was not even much sauce in the container they came in. We did also get a bottle of soda-best part of the order. Spending $50 on dinner to throw most of it away and then to order Chinese, made for an expensive night in our household. We were going to call and ask for a refund but decided to cut our losses and never order from here again. We based this upon reading so many negative reviews and figured just add one more to the bunch. The price of wings have come way down in price so not understanding why they are still post-COVID pricing. Greed is a horrible thing and it is up to the public to do their part and let merchants know it is not okay. So, rather than eat out more often because it is affordable, we have to keep it to a minimum due to the high cost. So, to have an experience such as this is shameful and letting food go out like this should be a crime.

Ordered a steak sub and garlic bread and the steak sub was pretty raw. I get that it’s beef but… only like my beef rare when it’s a NY strip.

RAW DOUGH! Placed my order at 6pm, received a text message from Marks at 6:20 saying that the delivery driver was on his way with our pizzas (this seemed a bit quick for pizza cooking time). I live 0.6 miles away from this location and the food didn’t arrive until 7:05. This means that the pizzas sat in the delivery drivers car for 45 minutes!!! Open the boxes and I find two soggy lukewarm pizzas with half an inch of raw dough as you can see in the picture. If this is how they are cooking & delivering their pizzas I am seriously concerned for future customers, someone could get very ill from consuming.
