strolled down to blossom for lunch after the BEST haircut at shin collective right down the block. I had the house banh mi with pâté, head cheese, and cold cuts, and the perfect amount of pickled veggies, fresh herbs, and jalapeño. it comes with chicken pho dipping broth which honestly elevates the whole sandwich, which was already top tier, to the next level. so many layered flavors and textures. it was really, really good. I also treated myself to a butterscotch and miso cookie which was the perfect sweet treat with a hint of savory umami-ness, and a great texture (landing between chewy, crispy, and melt-in-your-mouth-y). if I lived closer I would be here all the time! the vibe is good, the service is excellent, and they have a wonderful vinyl collection. would be a great place to post up and work with a delicious treat to nibble on.
Great coffee to start the morning. A super-delicious sandwich. The service was super fast, but we were served by a guy who, in my opinion, should have smiled a little more. 😊We'll be back!!!
Excellent Banh Mi sandwiches served from mid/late morning thanks to the super kitchen of the restaurant next door. The staff is friendly and relaxed. It was our first time there and we were made comfortable as if we were regulars. The main indoor room has a record player and some records but you can bring your own and also donate if you are so inclined. This is a brilliant jem in a quiet part of Santa Monica.
Super cute, art-vibey cafe. There is beautiful community art and an actual record player is the music source. A couple of things to keep in mind: - If you're planning on working on a laptop, they don't have any outlets but they do have wifi - There are no drinks without caffeine (at least the guy working didn't know of any)
My favorite coffee shop here in LA! The staff is incredibly kind and they have such a peaceful space to work from. Thank you to Dulce for the hospitality as well, check them out!
Super cute location with amazing art and some really good records. I had a great time looking at some art books and drinking a Matcha.
Breakfast Bahn mi is incredible. Love the record collection they have for you to play and enjoy. Such great calm morning vibes 10/10
What a wonderful little cafe I found! First time trying a Vietnamese coffee and I'm hooked! They had a big menu of drinks and food! I will be back this weekend to try more! 5 star!!!

Pretty good smoked salmon toast (nice flair on a lox spread). Vinyl with quiet tunes. Ample seating inside and out.
Stopped by this café in Santa Monica today while hanging out in the area. It was a little busy around 9, but the baristas were super friendly and made good conversation. Very rare these days to receive a warm welcome. Coffee was good, one of the better cappuccinos I've had in a while.
My go to morning when visiting SM. Come in and sit down. Very artsy decor with big prints. A vinyl turntable that you can pick from dozens of wax. Then take a cup to walk Clover Park across the street
Went here and got an iced matcha and a banh mi sandwich. I don’t know what the other reviews are talking about with the drinks being bad because what I had was flavorful. I really liked the staff as well, the lady who took my order was great and had a good attitude. I will definitely come here again.
Coffee is amazing, specifically the hojicha and the lattees. Pastries are delicious as well. Some are vegan and ask for some butter with your order. The staff is super awesome, they remember your name and are super friendly. For lunch the steak bah mi is my go to and it doesn't disappoint. It comes with a small broth to dip in and its delicious. Highly recommend this spot. Special shout out to Eli, dulce, Arlan!!
Went to this cafe last Sunday and the guy with a shell necklace made me a great cappuccino. Decided to go back today and the 2 girls working there were lovely. Will definitely be coming back for more coffee!

Egg Bahn mi, perfection Vietnamese coffee, rich and delicious Apple Danish, crisp, flaky, sweet, decadent. Fantastic local café

If you're looking for a cafe with great food, a calm interior, and amazing food, this is it! This cafe plays vinyl served with exceptional customer service. Would highly recommend the avocado toast and breakfast sandwich. Great indoor and outdoor seating available.
I really like the design and the atmosphere at this place. Vinyl music is great. The staff was polite and cheerful. However, when it comes to food and drinks... The salmon toast was VERY spicy. I didn't expect that 😅 Plus, if you want to add 1 slice of avocado to your meal, it'll cost you $2.5. Coffee was a little bitter.

Ordered a chai latte and clarified ahead of time that there wasn’t any syrup or sugar added. It was 9.50 and was filled with sugar which I couldn’t drink because I have an allergy. They didn’t refund the drink and then charged 4.50 for a shot of espresso as a replacement. So net net, $14 for a shot of espresso. I wouldn’t come back here again.
I’m disappointed that the vibe of this place has taken a hit. This was my local coffee shop that I would frequent almost daily. I moved to mid Wilshire area and now I always plan to stop by when visiting Clover park with my pup. At some point the store closed temporarily and once it reopened the vibe was not the same at all. Now it feels much more pretentious and inauthentic. The music made the atmosphere and now often there is nothing. The staff is unfriendly and feels unwelcoming. It gives that stuffy elitism that is so common in West LA. Today was my third time feeling this experience and I said it was my last. I was disappointed that I went outside and was waiting on the bench with my dog. The barista made my drink and with two baristas behind the counter and no active orders they didn’t bring my drink outside. I could completely understand if they were busy, but they were not. I actually assumed the drink was for someone else. When I went inside to ask if it was my drink the barista just nodded towards the drink and said yeah. The vibe was just unfriendly and lacked any sort of customer facing mood. This is not an entitled cater to me post. I do not always wait outside for drinks I’ve done both many times. Today I just happened to have my dog, a puppy, who was a little rambunctious. So I waited outside in an effort to get him settled because there was another dog inside. There have been countless times that the prior baristas and staff have brought out drinks because they just had a calm, laidback and welcoming demeanor. I just think things have changed at this place and it’s really disappointing because it used to be such an authentic vibe. I’ve recommended this cafe countless times and now I just can’t. Still giving 3 stars because the food and drinks are phenomenal! Just the service and atmosphere have taken a hit.

My nine dollar coffee was 4 inches tall…. And was good but not worth the money… go to Starbucks

I ordered a matcha latte with light on ice. The girl who took the order was nice but the girl wha drink need to be better. Sliding the drink and here attitude is not what the customer needs. March was just milk and not tasting Matcha at all
Ordered two hojicha lattes with almond milk and unfortunately they tasted primarily of unsweetened almond milk with a hint of hojicha. Hopefully this gets worked out because I'd like to come back since it's a nice quaint space.
I don't write reviews, majority of my visit to many coffee shops goes smoothly. The girl taking my order seems like she didnt know what she was doing. I had to tell her my order 3 times before she finally got it, I asked for my ham and cheese croissant to be warmed up, I was given it cold. Coffee is decent, I just wish this coffee shop had lids. Majority of my Vietnamese coffee ended up on ground as I was walking to my car. Owners need to retrain the cashier and coffee maker, maybe give the girl more days off since she seems asleep.
We have tried this place multiple times and every experience has been disappointing. It’s either the wait is extremely long even when there’s not a lot of people in there or the coffee just tastes like milk. We order a vanilla latte and a regular latte each time, but they both tasted the same like milk. Not to mention, the staff is not friendly and we are sometimes met with an attitude. The atmosphere is nice and the interior is beautiful, but we have always left this place regretting going there. It’s just young kids working that have no idea what they’re doing. The owner or manager should have more oversight over their coffee shop.
