I truly do hope that the team in this particular franchise including the manager of coarse get to read this comment. I am so grateful for the customer service the women in this store provide on the drive-through. I am that one guy who always asks for my burger to be “off the grill please” though now I know I should ask for it to be “off the broiler please”. I like to eat my food fresh, I don’t mind the fries not being fresh I understand they can’t make a fresh batch for every single customer. I do appreciate the fact I have never been given a dirty or mean look for asking for a fresh burger instead of one sitting around warmed in a container. So thank you, thank you for being so kind, understanding and nice. Every single time I’ve come to this location I’ve always been helped by women therefor I said the women in this store provide the best service of all the burger kings I’ve been to. The one time I was helped by a man in this location my burger unfortunately was not “off the broiler” it was not even warm but rather cold. So from now on if is not a woman on the speaker I just drive off, they are doing a phenomenal job so if the manager reads this please give your ladies a raise! I do apologize if it’s too much to ask for a fresh burger but is just how I like my food. I’ve never found a hair or anything dirty in my burger for asking it fresh instead I’ve found great smiles handing over my food. Whenever I am craving Burger King this is the Only location I come to. Every other location doesn’t care for my request, ignore me, give me a warm burger cold fries and a soda with barely any ice in it. So this is the best Burger King in California in my opinion. I hope I continue to be helped the same way in this store as I always have in the past as it is my favorite spot to eat a fresh burger in town. So thank you and you’ll catch me soon!

I never really liked a Burger King growing up more of a McDonald's fan still have but it is a block for me and they accept snap program I usually eat there with my dog after long walks with my dog good exercise good for the mentality as well reward feeling would you productive and do something in accomplish it as you know we usually go to Burger King and usually go there to meet up with caseworkers for business situations or just friendly moments with me and my dog and the service is really well The place is maintained clean The atmosphere is 50/50 depending if if it's flooded with schizophrenia homeless or a natural solution to society of normal people who knows it's like a zoo at times when it comes to the flock of people in their difference in characters He's quite interesting I like to sit in the back with my dog and just be perceptive but the owner has gotten used to me the manager I mean has gotten used to seeing my face as a regular because I live so close that they recognize what I like to eat and sometimes try new things but there is a male manager there that works his butt off extremely social in a productive and respective like mannerd like way and this manager usually every time I go there he's always there He's always working and he keeps the place running He's like Mr bohannon and hell's on wheels but at Burger King he is really really really perceptive I pay attention through nearly everything of my surrounding due to life circumstances and poor choices but this man would walk out to be just a few days ago and Hannah me and cotton candy freeze drink he knew I was going to get that first thing he knew my favorite it he remembered that is a good management that is a good person in general his kindness his payments the detail his respect and his sufficiency on getting things done and keeping customers happy putting customers first is admirable in my book.

Recently remodeled, classic American burger franchise. This one has become sort of a hangout for individuals that live at a large group home next door to it. Just maybe three to 5 guys who spend rather long hours in there on their laptop computers. They are not homeless, and don't smell, but give off the appearance of people who are down on their luck or have "special needs". Some are just average guys, taking advantage of the free WiFi.

I only come every two weeks or once a month if you go more you will gain some weight !!!! Tastes Good though I always get some kind of coupon 4 dollars for freesfree ,come two bacon cheeseburgera. That's cool 😀✌

I only had coffee there, in a pinch. Would not eat anything at a fast food restaurant. The coffee was ok & they had real half & half instead of some fake creamer. The lady who waited on me was extremely nice and helpful.

Massive Whopper! Great value, and good flavours, strong sodas too! I also like their 10 pc chicken nugget deal, great for snacking. I am going to try their double King Whopper next time, it looks awesome, I'll save it for my workout days.

Pretty easy drive-thru experience and I love that they offer a vegan option now...the Impossible Whopper! The only drawback to my visit was that the menu had really tiny font and I had difficulty reading it from the car/

This Burger King manages to maintain dignity serving acceptable food to it's customer base of crazies, derilects, homeless, SMC's finest (aka Pico Tech) locals and accidental tourist. Friendly staff and great customer service. Soft Serve ice cream is consistently outstanding! Clean environment too.

Warm and tasty food, however upon ordering from the kiosk, I finally noticed, after trying literally 3 times, that you could not complete your order and print out your receipt to pay at the front with cash (like McDonald's kiosks). You literally had to use a credit card or some kind of tap to pay, and there was absolutely no way to pay cash and order from the kiosk in one transaction. Other than that, everything was all good.....thanks!

So I came here because it's the only place where you can charge in all of Santa Monica. Literally its the only place to get your phone plugged in a wall otherwise you're dead to the world. This place is not friendly to those who have not. This is not the dream destination that people made it out to be. Thank God for Burger King because without it I couldn't even wright or post any reviews at all. I'm gonna give this place 4 stars just for service for letting me use these outlets. Come get electricity.

Just OK. A Real Pain, ordered by Burger King app while in their parking lot as a DRIVE THROUGH ORDER. At the drive through in 30 seconds, told them my PAID Order #, was told I MUST come inside. When I picked up my order & asked why, was told because of Uber & Lyft online & app orders. The order was for one, ME!!! Why have an app for the public with the drive through option only to be told you HAVE to come inside. A few of the employees are GREAT, the rest are rude & snooty. Fortunately, I live a few miles away, North of Wilshire. But for many of the Santa Monica College students there isn't much other choice. Many SM College students take the light rail & the SM BBB directly to the college.

It's clean, service is not too rough, the sandwich is rich. However, the beef patty is not very tasty and it's... dry. Even McDonald's beef patties (a few blocks east on Pico) are better than BK's.

Burger King is not what it used to be. The quality is just not there anymore. They don't have enough employees. The price you pay is just not worth the food

I asked one of the workers how they made their chicken nuggets bc I thought it seemed pretty skeptical of 10 being only $1.49. She looked at me like I asked a stupid question and didn't answer.

Low priced fast food. What do you want for Christ sake. At times you have to run the gauntlet of some aggressive panhandlers. Be alert. And it doesn't hurt to have some basic fighting/ grappling skills.

staff is friendly and fast. The only reason i am giving this place a 3 stars is because there is a lady thats there everyday asking people for money while they eat or order. she also goes through the trash then sits where the customers eat. The mangers dont do anytihing bout it. so if you eat here and choose to sit down and eat make sure you wipe down your table..

Never able to catch breakfast as it's a Sharp 10:30a.m. shut off . Even on Holiday where as all other fast food restaurants have 11a.m. weekends & holidays. A shame that this only leaves Jack in the Box which offers breakfast 24hrs daily.. Carl's Jr comes in first for breakfast & Burger King a close second. You can be in there door at 10:40a.m. but if you get to the counter at 10:28 , they'll still reject you, even after 3 decades of being a continued patron.Nothing for those that work graveyard or vacationers who wish to roll out of bed.

Been to this location twice and the food is always underwhelming..I think this is my least favorite BK location. The fries were stale both times and I can taste the reused onion ring grease on the fries. Service was lame as well..not very friendly and I felt rushed even though I was the only customer there.

The remote microphone speaker box at this drive-thru was not working. The order taker could not hear my order, nor could I hear anything he or she was asking. There was just a lot of very loud feedback coming out of the apeakert. I had to go inside to place my order. That defeats the purpose of a "drive-thru."

First time coming to this location, just came out the drive thru with a whopper burger meal before heading to school. Started eating it to see an ant crawling on my burger.

Got the whopper with cheese combo. Asked for no onions and no ketchup. And......got onions and ketchup, smh.😐. Bun was dry and a little tasteless? Frys were good. I feel like burger king's quality is slipping more. They need new suppliers. 🤔

The meals had the same quality like in other Burger Kings, but the restroom was dirty and mostly out of order. Also the rest of the place was far from clean. It was 9pm after a whole day's drive or else we would have left

I always order a BBQ Bacon Chicken Sandwich from here, and usually come at least once a week. Three out of the last four orders, my sandwich came without the barbecue sauce. I've even told them before that somebody keeps missing a pretty crucial step, but it doesn't seem to have done any good.

The bigger set worker in the front with the manly voice kept going nack amd forth with a customer in front of other customers over an illegal charge for parking in the lot for more then 30 minutes but no one ever put a sign up outside that sais you can not park for more then a certain time limit. I waited In the drive thru window For at least 10 minutes to place my order, after watching the cars in front of me leave I still hadn't placed my order. I get my dog drive off and look inside my bag, what I see right away is a burnt wiener with unappetizing vomit I assume is the chilli cheese. I can get a better looking/tasting dog for $2 at Costco. Today is September. 27th 2020 and the time is 550p.m the short dark hair lady said the restroom was closed and I couldn't use the restroom in a loud very rude voice and she screamed with another customer standing in front of her. I was so embarrassed he turn and looked at me. Strange I told her are you sure? I used the restroom yesterday she yelled yes!!!!! Maybe she was had a problem with me because i am black. The worst fast food place Ive ever been to. I ordered my meal, and asked for a diet coke. The guy gives uses the cup to grab the ice instead of the sanitized scoop, which is disgusting considering his hand was on the cup and now contaminated the other ice, and then gave me normal cherry sugar coke. I ask him where the straws are at, and without looking up or gesturing, he grunts "over there". I look arournd, find the straws and sit down. 20 minutes pass and my order still doesn't come up. I go ask whats wrong and the manager is their and apologizes to me, she was the only person there who was friendly and helpful. She tells the guy to grab my food and she walks into the back. He hands me my food and forgot to give me half my order. When he hands me the rest of my order, i ask for honey mustard sauce and he says sure, grabs a ranch puts it on top of my fries, having his hands touching my food again. Maybe its just me, but I really dont like strangers touching my food, being rude and oblivious.

Worst attitude I've ever seen. Service incompetent, if you want cheese on your sandwhich they try to secretly charge a dollar a slice. They lie about deals. They exist solely to rip off college kids, their parents and the ebt recipients I see around there and that includes the tax payers supporting both students and ebt which this place targets and secretly charges and it really pisses me off. I used to work for Burger King when I was a teenager and this branch makes me sick to my stomach! 2 for 6 whopper deal ended up 10.50 because of cheese and value fries when i refused and had them remove the extra stuff they botched my order on purpose.

This is without a doubt the worst Burger King I've experienced. Shut this place down. You handed me fresh fries but a microwaved Rodeo Burger when it wasn't even busy. Bathroom was out of service and when I asked them to cancel my order and refund me the three employees there had no idea how to work the POS. There’s literally homeless people outside and you’re throwing a perfectly good burger in the trash instead of letting the customer keep it? Ordered on the mobile app. Went to the drive thru after the app said it was being made. Gave my order number to the worker and they confirmed it and said to pull forward. When I got to the window the order magically wasn’t there. They never checked to confirm the order being in. Had to wait in line. Then when I got to the window was told I had to get out of line and go to the back. Will never eat at this restaurant again. I had to leave for work cause it was taking so long. Never have this issue with McDonald’s app. Or employees.

The lady there (the shorter one) who deals with taking order and cashiering is super rude (time 8:20 pm, 07/01/2023). I asked a question and she yelled at me as if I did something to her. Check your order! They get it wrong every single time. I go here once a week and every single order I have ever placed is wrong. It's always small details that get over looked too. "Burger King: have it your way!" Three times I ordered from this location asking for a slice of cheese on my burger that I pre-paid for online. No cheese was on my burger, and they ALWAYS drown the entire burger in mayonnaise to the point of it being all you taste. I specifically say "NO MAYONNAISE" but everytime they ignore. The food is never fresh either. You can immediately tell on the very first bite.
