I like it. Not sure what everyone's issue is, but people are more likely to complain than to write a good review. I go here all the time. I have had no issues. it's domino's. Taste the same as any other domino's. It's quick, easy and yummy. For all the haters, take a step back and breath. It's pizza. Dough, marinara, cheese and toppings. If you get a pan pizze it will have a bit more oil as it bakes in the pan and needs to come out of the pan. Just order a different style of pizza if you don't like the pan style pizza. So many malcontents.
I have been ordering from this store for several years. They have been nothing short of awesome. The food is consistently good and made perfect. The drivers have been great. I can't say enough on the way this store is. Keep it up.
If you have to add an item after placing your order online, make sure they let the driver know before he leaves with your food. I made an online order for delivery, and 5 minutes after placing my order, I called in to add a bottle of Coke. They told me the driver had yet to leave and that they would add it to my order. When the driver, Eric, arrived, he didn't have the Coke. He said no one told him I added an item after placing my order. He was kind enough to offer to go to a grocery store nearby and buy one for me. Thank you, Eric! He also showed up on time, and the pizza was hot and ready to eat. I love Domino's Pizza and the $5.99 coupon on their website. It's a great deal, and the pizza is delicious and fresh. I love their thin crust with red peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms.
This is a really good domino’s .. I never had bad experience… I love their wings .. both delivery and pick up experience has been good so far
There was a problem with my order and they quickly resolved it. I was so so mad but I didn’t even have time to express that I was upset, and they were so nice, I was almost confused walking out the door because it happened so fast. In the end, I blurted out, “gosh I was having a really bad day and honestly you just made it better” Consistently tasty and terrible for me just like most dominos - ha I definitely needed that comfort food.
The best and friendliest delivery drivers. Also the best customer service I around. And my orders are always great and prepared with care. Absolutely amazing ever time i order.
The Domino's app and website are fast and easy to use. The people are always friendly, timely and professional. And oh by the way, the pizza is great EVERY time. Domino's has really pulled its act together these past few years. I'm a huge fan, not just of my local store but of the brand overall. Great tasting pizza and overall experience at a really good price.
I've been ordering from this Santa Monica domino's for years and I have had very few issues with the food I receive. And if there is a problem they are quick to correct it. The pizza is good and the cheesy bread is addicting. Who doesn't love hot melty cheese and bread.

Every Saturday night, my husband and I have a date night in and we order our favorite pizzas from this location. It's a fun ritual. I'm a big fan of the Thin Crust with Extra Spinach and he has a serious food allergy so it's a relief that there's a delicious gluten-free option on the menu for him. There are good deals, a great mobile app and easy delivery. Thank you to the hardworking team here that makes our weekly "date night" at home possible! With a toddler at home, we're grateful that someone else did all the prep, cooking and cleaning for us :)
Dominos….always delicious. I’ve never had a bad pizza from here. I always order through the app and have it delivered. Delivery is fast and the drivers are always nice. I also love how you can track through the app. Who ever built their app made it perfectly efficient and easy to use with a touch of humor and fun!

Great experience! In town for a short stay across from Santa Monica Pier, and needed a quick and inexpensive food option.. this Domino's was CRAZY fast! I was expecting LA at dinner time to take up to an hr to recieve our order.. but I'm talkin' 15 mins after we placed our order he was already at our hotel! Very kind and helpful driver too, such a sweetheart.. food was perfect and HOT 🍕 🍝 everyone was happy! We did carryout and ordered from the Dominos App. The order (2 medium 3-toppijg pizzas and one order of lava cakes) took 18 mins from start to finish. The pizzas were well cooked (toppings were placed well) and the lava cakes were heated through (very cocoa-ey and not too sweet). The service was pleasant and we saved 40% off by using the Dominos App.
Clean place but my cashier didnt acknowled me for 3mins of standing there..the first Associate was aware of me...but this other guy with blue eyes...didnt even speak back when I asked how he was doing...didnt ask my name..(what name is on my order)(where tf is my receipt)..rather dry and drabb for front of house!!!! To top it alllll off my pizza had no sodium on it whatsoever like did they not use the garlic butter!!!! I seen it on the cardboard box but not on my pizza!! Then I ask some other lady, who was making pizza, answering calls and training another guy to take orders for parmesan and she said they 1dollar!!!!!!!!!! 🤯😡👎🏾 that like paying for ketchup and salt on French fries!!!! Never really wanted my money back from Domino's til today. Not sorry!!!
My last review was 4 years ago. As of April 12th 2025, I am not delighted to say that the customer service has went way downhill. The price is a rip-off and the pizza tastes bad. The other dishes taste bad as well. I don't know what they're doing to this food but it's just not good. EBT is no longer accepted and they catch an attitude if you even ask if they accept it which is absolutely ridiculous. Manager you really need to get your store back in shape. Does Domino's used to have the best pizza in Santa Monica and it used to have the best service. Get the EBT back in there for people. It's not right to take it out and blame it on system failure. You guys have had over a year to get this fixed.
Good customer service. When my pizza was wrong, they made it right. Great delivery. However, there is zero consistency. I've ordered from there three times. First time was perfect. Second time wrong sauce. Third time my pizza was swimming in Alfredo sauce. The toppings are actually running off. It's really disgusting. Plus the crust is different Everytime, even though I order the same kind each time. My pizza is $30 a pop, so I kinda feel like there should be a better quality control system happening. Tonight was my last attempt at this location.
Order was placed online for pickup at 4:30 pm got there I was told there was no order placed. I went out to verify everything went through which the tracker said it was ready 20 minutes went by order was there and cold. Not happy at all. Very poor customer service.
The food was disgusting -- saying too much oil would be an understatement. it's like it was made yesterday morning and was reheated -- I'm not saying it is actually made the day before, I'm just saying that was the effect of whatever issues they have on their food. But you gotta be fair, they get things right more than not. It's just that sometimes it's too disgusting to give even two stars. I agree with the previous reviewer, with a $30 pizza there should be some kind of real quality control.
Horrible service. I come to pick up my order and I gave them two $20 dollar bills for an order that was $26.00. I give them my name and this worker takes my money, puts it under the keyboard, gives me back $3 and NO receipt and walks away. I stay there and I ask them politely that they owe me money, that I gave them $40 and the worker who took my order gives me attitude saying no they don’t and that I gave $30. I say, “ma’am I gave you two twenty dollar bills “ and she keeps telling me I’m wrong and it’s not until the manager comes and tells her “yeah she did give you two twenties just give her change”. She doesn’t even say sorry or give me a receipt , she just hands me the rest with no apology. Learn from my experience, take your money somewhere else or a different dominos and don’t let them fool you.
Delivery service is horrible, I cannot believe the manger of this Dominos allows it. We placed an order and the worker on the phone asked for all of our information, including our address. The worker did not meantion that the address was out of their delivery zone and placed our order. She took our credit card information and charged it. The order said it would take 30-45 mintues. An hour later and the pizza is not delivered, so I call back. Only to find out that our address is out of the delivery zone and Dominos had canceled our order. I do not understand why I did not recieve a call from the emplloyee that had taken my order, to inform me that she was mistaken and that our address was out of zone. I then had to call another Dominos and place another order which then I would have to wait another 30 mintues for my pizza.
ordered online at 6:31, tracker said my order was out at 6:41, its 7:50 now and still no call or pizza, so i called the store the rep said the driver called numerous times yet i've been standing outside waiting since 7:10 with my phone in my hand. Instead of some customer service i get called a liar and and won't see a refund. We'll see.
App shows delivered/complete. no food yet I called store said still another 7 minutes away when arrived no utensils were supplied for pasta in my work truck so can’t eat half order whole order took 1 hr from order to delivered
Pizza isn't that good. Charges almost 4 dollar delivery charge plus driver tip to bring a pie 4 blocks to my house. 15 dollar tv add +4 and tip makes sense to use local shops for better service.
I had to delete my original review, because I find that the quality of the service has diminished over time. If you order from this location, it is entirely possible that you will receive a notification that your food has been delivered, when the driver has not even left the store. Considering how many delivery drivers steal people’s food on the food delivery apps, that is definitely something that needs to be corrected. If the driver needs a thirty minute delivery window, then say that, instead of lying, and making people wonder what happened to their food. Our food was not delivered until we called the store to find out what happened to it, even though I paid a tip in advance. Considering the price of the food with delivery fees, they have got to do better. They have lost me as a customer.
Called three times about an order that never arrived. The person that answered hung up on me when I demanded a refund. Do yourself a favor and go to another pizza chain with customer service. Absolutely abysmal service.
I used to order from them on occasion years ago but stopped about a few years back due to the quality of their food. I admit that their food was not greatest but it was convenient. The last number of times I’ve seen them dousing their food with a ton of oil/grease. It was to the point that it was dripping through the plastic paper and through the bottom of the box. And a few occasions it was just a puddle on top of the food which had to be tipped over to remove the puddle of oil/grease. The last straw with them was when I ordered a medium pizza for lunch, just cheese and sauce and that’s what I normally ordered from them and other places. When I got it, it looked “okay”. Ate it normally with no problems. About 20 minutes after I ate it my stomach started growling. Then all of the sudden I started vomiting everywhere. It was all the pizza (well just the cheese) and it was literally golf ball shaped pieces that smelled like rotten cheese. After that episode I started feeling way better. Called the store and they were making excuses like maybe it was my dinner or my breakfast. I DID NOT eat anything with cheese in or on it in days. And they claimed that it never happened before and they had to contact people who ordered around the time I ordered to see if they had any issues. The strange part was that they had no record or information on my order. The box didn’t have any labels on it. Even though I called in for pickup. Had to bring the box back to them with the credit cards and they had to manually look it up. If you want good quality, good tasting pizza, and consistent results then I would suggest the many other pizza places throughout Santa Monica like Stella Barra, Dagwoods, SM Pizza, Earth, Wind and Flour, Milo & Olive, and many others. It would be a little more expensive but it would be totally worth it.
The first two orders were placed in February & March, 2020. Surprisingly much better than I expected. But the last three orders were horrible. If they don’t get it right tonight with the baking (past orders came undercooked),preparation & amount of toppings (3 leaves of spinach and 3 sad mushrooms for entire pizza), I will not order again. I am using the refund of the last pizza tonight, but it does not feel like a good deal because with delivery charge (again, for replacing the bad pizza) taxes, service charge, tip (not delivery person’s fault), tonight’s “free” trial was over $16!!!
They delivered the wrong two pizzas, then after calling the store they told me to give the driver the pizzas that he had first delivered when he comes to bring the correct order. The only logical reason for taking the first pizzas are to deliver them to the correct customer, which is disgusting if that is the case being that they have no idea what diseases I could have or what other contaminants could have gotten on the pizza while in my possession. Then after the driver delivered my pizza and took back the incorrect order, I opened the box to find that my pizza was missing half of it's toppings. Worst service I've ever had and a terrible insight into how unhygienic this Domino's establishment is.
First of all, whoever made My First Pizza, did a Horrible job!!! My pizza was hard, burnt and dry. I took it back inside, and was told,( by a really rude guy) that it comes out that way sometimes, and turned his head away from me. The Manager comes over, and said, she was very sorry, but if I let her, she would make me another one and even offered to give me back my money, if I was not Satisfied, so I sat another 15 minutes and waited because, I was really hungry. Well it was Soooooo much better!! And I left. I will NEVER return to this Location again. I will not, Tell A Friend! Rude Guy!!!!!
Want informed there was a $6 delivery fee, otherwise I would have spent that on little Cesar’s. Pizza was like dry cardboard.
Three strike and you’re out. Delivery was late and a no show my last two orders. I understand these are tough times and didn’t want to come to any conclusions. This time I thought that I might have a better experience if I picked up the pie. No such luck. They had given my pizza to the wrong person. Then to make matters worse, when I asked for a packet of parm cheese and red pepper flakes I was charged a dollar each. I opted not to make the purchase. I only have myself to blame. I should have learned after the first snafu...
If you are ordering online be ware no one in the restaurant is wearing a hairnet. the guy taking orders and processing payments is going directly from taking orders and straight back to making pizzas and unnecessarily touching food as it comes from the oven. No one in the entire restaurant is wearing a hair net the girl cutting the pizzas uses her phone and puts it back in her pocket and return to cutting pizzas no hand washing in between plus her ponytail is swinging all around the food because again no one is wearing a hair net. The man transferring food from the oven is whistling all over food as he puts it in the box. I say all this to say they are unsanitary I’m disappointed with what I saw as I waited for my order.
Website and app don't let you delete items from your cart. Store won't honor online coupons when their system is broken. Had a good run from 2008-14 but Domino's has reverted to garbage and money grabbers. I was ready to order but you wouldn't let me access my cart before giving you a credit card!!?? No thanks!!

After several calls and asking that he tak the food back and I would be left without dinner. He agreed to issue a refund in 5-7 days. Let's see is actually get it. Will never order from here again. Hidden delivery fee of $7. Stay away this place sucks. At least driver was apologetic. Bad salad bad pizza and over priced don't be a sucker for the coupons . Go somewhere else with better quality. It's worth it!

The restaurant is that simple The time is now 11.30. However, we are waiting and we cannot get any response. They close early. Who do they notify? They inform. I don't know, but they close early. And right now, pizza is being made inside, but we can't get in.

I do non profit work feeding the needy. After being told by an employee that I could come pick up two extra pies thats were left over, I was given the “run around” by the stiff necked manager who pretended that no one ever spoke to me over the phone or said anything about having left over food to donate. I said that there must have been a misunderstanding, but left nonetheless. TWO WEEKS later I come in to pick up a small order and instead of being greeted with a smile and hello, they all just glare at me and mumble gossip in spanish. I dont appreciate this behavior, especially towards individuals who are working to help this very community.
I had a terrible experience with Domino’s Pizza in Santa Monica, and the customer service was beyond disappointing. Dani (if that’s even her name) was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She had a horrible attitude, refused to give me the name of the manager when I asked, and kept putting me on long holds for no reason. This kind of service is a poor representation of Domino’s, and I expected much better. If this is the standard for how customers are treated here, I won’t be coming back. She said the manager’s name is Jenny, I can’t wait to call back and speak with her.

The delivery driver failed to deliver to my apartment (and hour later) then I called the store to try and resolve and they flat out told me they handed me the pizza and they did not for a fact. I bought three extra large pizzas and they did not refund me.
Every time I order here they take a long time to deliver, when I call they dont even ask for my info to check the order status they just say it's on the way and the hang up, customer service sucks

Then they hung up on me, not once, but THREE times when I tried to call back. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior for any business. I expected way better and honestly, they don't deserve anyone's time or money if this is how they treat customers.
I scheduled a delivery for 11:30am around 10am. App said they left the store at 11:40. No big deal I thought. I didn't need it exactly at 11:30. It'll probably be here soon. How wrong I was. It's now noon & no delivery. Odd, as I live less than 10 minutes from the store. I call. I say I'm calling to check on my order. Without asking me for any info, the person calling says "The driver just left. *click*" That was a fast hang up. And how did they know who I was? I guess caller ID. 12:15, the tracker says it has been delivered but still no pizza. I call again. "Okay, what was your name?" So much for the caller ID theory. Did he even check last time. "I see it. The driver left a bit ago. It should be there soon." "But I only live 10 minutes away. It was supposed to be here at 11:30." "Okay, I'll call the driver *click*" Man, these guys like to hang up fast. 12:40 still no pizza. Call again. "Can I talk to a manager?" "You can talk to me. What's your issue?" I explain I've been trying to get my order for over an hour. "Oh sorry, it's been busy. They're on their way." She hadn't ask me for my name or number, so I'm skeptical. "The tracker said it was delivered some time ago. Are you sure there wasn't a mistake." "The tracker doesn't work." After some back & forth, I ask if they can just cancel & refund my order. "Your driver already left." "I know, but it's over an hour late & I don't have any confidence it's going to arrive." "It's 6 minutes away." "How do you know that?" "It's 6 minutes away." "Can you please just cancel my order & refund the charge?" "Is 6 minutes away. *click*" At this point, I don't want to ever order from Domino's again. I'm not worried about the money. I'll just reverse the charges with the credit card company since they didn't want to refund it. But it was a very frustrating waste of time.
Do they hire DoorDash for delivery that service is so so poor ? Will never again order . Order placed at 6 pm. Then 30 min later app said completed. But no one delivered anything. Then I called the store they said he is on his way. So we waited again. But it arrived close to 8 pm ! 2 hours wait for pizza delivery ! And the guy looked so mad. I opened the door to get the pizzas he looked at be as if I did something wrong he was staring at me with angry face. Scared me. So much attitude so much rudeness and left. I think they deliver through DoorDash that’s why this guy was so rude and scary.

Without asking me for any info, the person calling says "The driver just left. *click*" That was a fast hang up. And how did they know who I was? I guess caller ID. 12:15, the tracker says it has been delivered but still no pizza. I call again. "Okay, what was your name?" So much for the caller ID theory. Did he even check last time. "I see it. The driver left a bit ago. It should be there soon." "But I only live 10 minutes away. It was supposed to be here at 11:30." "Okay, I'll call the driver *click*" Man, these guys like to hang up fast. 12:40 still no pizza. Call again. "Can I talk to a manager?" "You can talk to me. What's your issue?" I explain I've been trying to get my order for over an hour. "Oh sorry, it's been busy. They're on their way." She hadn't ask me for my name or number, so I'm skeptical. "The tracker said it was delivered some time ago. Are you sure there wasn't a mistake." "The tracker doesn't work." After some back & forth, I ask if they can just cancel & refund my order. "Your driver already left." "I know, but it's over an hour late & I don't have any confidence it's going to arrive." "It's 6 minutes away." "How do you know that?" "It's 6 minutes away." "Can you please just cancel my order & refund the charge?" "Is 6 minutes away. *click*" At this point, I don't want to ever order from Domino's again. I'm not worried about the money. I'll just reverse the charges with the credit card company since they didn't want to refund it. But it was a very frustrating waste of time.
I do non profit work feeding the needy. After being told by an employee that I could come pick up two extra pies thats were left over, I was given the “run around” by the stiff necked manager who pretended that no one ever spoke to me over the phone or said anything about having left over food to donate. I said that there must have been a misunderstanding, but left nonetheless. TWO WEEKS later I come in to pick up a small order and instead of being greeted with a smile and hello, they all just glare at me and mumble gossip in spanish. I dont appreciate this behavior, especially towards individuals who are working to help this very community.
Do they hire DoorDash for delivery that service is so so poor ? Will never again order . Order placed at 6 pm. Then 30 min later app said completed. But no one delivered anything. Then I called the store they said he is on his way. So we waited again. But it arrived close to 8 pm ! 2 hours wait for pizza delivery ! And the guy looked so mad. I opened the door to get the pizzas he looked at be as if I did something wrong he was staring at me with angry face. Scared me. So much attitude so much rudeness and left. I think they deliver through DoorDash that’s why this guy was so rude and scary.
I had a terrible experience with Domino’s Pizza in Santa Monica, and the customer service was beyond disappointing. Dani (if that’s even her name) was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She had a horrible attitude, refused to give me the name of the manager when I asked, and kept putting me on long holds for no reason. This kind of service is a poor representation of Domino’s, and I expected much better. If this is the standard for how customers are treated here, I won’t be coming back. She said the manager’s name is Jenny, I can’t wait to call back and speak with her.
I had to delete my original review, because I find that the quality of the service has diminished over time. If you order from this location, it is entirely possible that you will receive a notification that your food has been delivered, when the driver has not even left the store. Considering how many delivery drivers steal people’s food on the food delivery apps, that is definitely something that needs to be corrected. If the driver needs a thirty minute delivery window, then say that, instead of lying, and making people wonder what happened to their food. Our food was not delivered until we called the store to find out what happened to it, even though I paid a tip in advance. Considering the price of the food with delivery fees, they have got to do better. They have lost me as a customer.
