Mobile ordering doesn’t commence until you arrive. There isn’t much time benefit from ordering in person besides getting loyalty points.

The food is generally hot and fresh so I’m not going to give a scorched earth review. However I’ve never been to a Chick-fil-a this slow in my life. It’s especially interesting how they are slower than a turtle when they have no dining room and not even a table outside they need to tend too. I saw a lady get her kids meals and she came back and said the ice cream cup was missing. The employee proceeds to blame shift and tell her it was her fault and that she “walked off” passive aggressively. So he makes the ice cream cup and gives it to her. Then she comes back a second time with her recipe and asks if she can get the cookie crumbs and strawberries that were ordered with the ice cream cup.

The food was perfect i like the salads it’s delicious and spicy chicken burger perfect however the place was small you can’t set and eats. The price for the burger unreasonable compared to the size but for the salad is perfect.

It’s great brekfeast chicken smaller than usual spots however has long waits (lunch time) granted I ordered ahead and have only done so through the mobile app however some busier locations have shorter wait times

WAY overpriced. 17 plus dollars for a sandwich fries and a milk. Approaching 20. I almost cancelled. Probably should have. It wasn’t worth $17 at all. No parking. What’s there to like? The sandwich bun was quite crumbly. Never going back.

Placing an online order is totally pointless because they never start making your order after you placed it. It says your order will be ready in 10 min, you get there and they haven’t even started working on it and this happens every single time. You have to press “i am at the restaurant” for them to actually start preparing your order, and from that moment that’s another 10-15 minutes. I don’t understand what’s the point of the online order at all?

Takes forever for food to come out. They will serve 10+ other mobile orders before you get yours if you order from the window. Spend your money elsewhere. This place has screwed up so many times.

I’ve had my share of poor experiences at this chick fil a bit today take a the cake. Not only did they forget my hash browns (for the third time this month) but when i just gave up and decided to eat what i had anyway… i found a penny in my breakfast sandwich. Someone please call the health inspector. This location needs to be no more.

So my review is mostly about the ethics and cleanliness of this location. The food was OK it wasn't good it wasn't bad it was about maybe 3 stars at best.. But after talking to the security guard I realized that this is a terrible location and the people that work here are the scum of the Earth. They specifically told me that the reason they don't have outdoor seating has nothing to do with covid restrictions but instead is so that homeless people can't come and sit down. They have rat traps In plain sight under the outdoor "seating" area (there is a pic I uploaded) and the grounds covered in trash. Honestly a terrible location
