Food was delicious great flavor. The plates were big and the cafe de olla was fantastic. The l servers were friendly and constantly checked on our table. Will be coming back soon.
Solid brunch spot! Food was 100% the low rating doesn’t make it a bad place, just impatient people service was a bit delayed.
Great food, great stuff, and super friendly staff every time I go.

Great food with good service. Very accommodating and attentive. Love the Banderas chillaquieles and the mimosa flight was also very good. Price is about the same as everywhere else. Recommend!
The breakfast was good, well presented, and plentiful. The service was attentive, courteous, and prompt. The atmosphere was pleasant, other than the lighting which was harsh because of the 6000 K Led lighting, might suggest to the owners to install dimmers. I will go back but maybe sit out outside. The overall vibe is reminiscent of Puerto Vallarta.

The service, atmosphere, and food all hit the right notes — this is clearly a restaurant with heart. However, as someone who takes Menudo seriously, I had to share a few thoughts. The broth was genuinely impressive — rich, flavorful, and well-seasoned. Unfortunately, the honeycomb tripe fell short; the texture was off, likely due to overcooking, which robbed it of the satisfying chew that makes Menudo so special. The corn tortillas also need a little attention. The flavor is there, which is a great foundation, but the shape and thickness are inconsistent and could use some refinement to match the quality of the rest of the dish. With a few tweaks, this could easily be a go-to spot. The potential is absolutely there!
the restaurant looks great but too much formality to sit down when you see unoccupied tables, there were many waiters to serve but no one ever approached to see if anything was needed, a lot of time to bring a drink, and not to mention that it took more than 38 minutes to find out that my meal was next ☹️ and then they only offer a menu to be breakfast until 3 in the afternoon they change the menu it is illogical since it was too hot to order pancakes or chilaquiles or broth 🫤 what's wrong with them ??? but if you order an alcoholic drink there is one, despite the wait there is no complimentary snack or anything to calm your hunger ... so if you are hungry this is not it. In the end I left since more than 40 minutes is too much. I clarify that we could not taste the flavor of the food because it never arrived

Got sat quickly but afterwards felt like we had been forgotten about after being handed the menus for drinks. Waited 10 mins before being seen about drinks, after we got our drinks after 5, we ordered and waited a total of 20 mins for everything which we never even got to eat because someone from our table had to leave and we were also getting impatient. Total mins sat waiting, 35 Ended up just paying for our drinks and leaving. As we were leaving, we were informed about the food being ready to go out, but we were simply tired and the AC wasn't working or wasn't on so the majority of our party was overheated and getting frustrated which we didn't want to take out on anyone. I was disappointed because I know this place just opened but wait time was piling up. The menu was also simply too much which might overflow the kitchen which is why things were too slow. Most egregious was having no communication about updates about food taking a while. Quite sad as someone who works in retail. Drinks weren't much to write home about, regular horchata, mocha iced coffee and a jarritos, everything you'd expect from a mexican joint. Other than that, needs more hussle.

We were very excited to try this restaurant as we saw it on a video. We got there and gave us a 40 minutes wait time. We waited 1 hour. Even-though they had so much empty tables. We ordered chicken nuggets and they did not had french fries they gave us rice but for 15 dls only 6 small chicken nuggets I got super shock. The food is ridiculous expensive. Do yourself a favor and go to a better restaurant. This place it is not worth terrible service.
Late morning visit and place was not busy with customers; however, the staff was busy walking around getting in their steps while not assisting customers. Lots of open tables. While we were seated promptly, we were never approached again... no water, no query on menu and 4 different staff walked by. Needless to say we left.
When I came in a was excited to eat here for the first time. I ordered the chiliquiles and I specifically asked if it was spicy, she said “no” well apparently they add a habanero onion pickled thing right on top. Dontcha think the would mention that when I specifically asked if they were spicy before I ordered the dish? I couldn’t enjoy my food and when I told them about they offered me water. I paid 26$ for food I couldn’t eat. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone after the service I received.
I really wanted to like Ahuevo, but our experience left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, it wasn’t very busy, so we expected a reasonable wait time—but we ended up waiting 45 minutes for our food. By the time it finally came out, my kids’ meals were cold to the touch, like they had been sitting out for quite a while. We ordered two milkshakes, one orange juice, a ham and egg scramble, a kids breakfast (which came with four tiny pancakes, one strip of bacon, and one egg), and a poblano scramble that was around $20. When the bill came, it totaled $100. We weren’t necessarily shocked by the high prices—because we understand what comes with trendy spots—but $15 per milkshake and $9 for a small orange juice felt excessive for what we got. Especially considering the food didn’t come out hot or fresh. I don’t mind paying premium prices for good food and service, but this just wasn’t worth it. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hypE
I’m being generous with the two stars. Food service was really slow. The server did not come back to the table to see if we needed anything. The food was just okay, the wait was not worth it. The atmosphere was carted to those that like posting for Instagram or TikTok. Overall, it was too expensive and not worth the hype.
Disappointed had high hopes for this place, waited 40 minutes plus to be seated, place did not seem all that busy , kids ordered nuggets wrongly portioned, ordered sushi had a hair in it , all together food came out at different times long wait time aswell, food tasted bland …. Tip is included in bill would expect a discount of some sort for the inconvenience… overall overpriced, and dissatisfied with experience
I was very excited to try this new restaurant. I was very bummed out when my food got to the table. My food was cold and the flavor was mid. 57 dollars for two drinks and one plate is ridiculous tbh. I’ve gone to other breakfast places and i’ve spent less (40 for two plates not just one). The service was horrible i understand it’s a new restaurant and their getting adjusted but waited 40 minutes to get served is crazy. I saw potential but idk if i’ll be going back.
Waited 20 minutes in line ok that could be expected on a Sunday then we had to wait 10 min for the server then after placing the order 25min later I canceled everything and left bad bad service !!!!!😡

Wait was ridiculous, put us inside with no air. And was hot and muggy rice was hard like it had been sitting out for a long time.
