On the way home from the casino, it was pretty late, only place to get food when we actually just stopped for Shakes. The drive through always seems to be moving along here on the late night shift, and the crew is friendly as well. I got no problem to give the 5 ⭐'s. Thanks Mr. Box

I cannot say enough great things about this team at this location! If you have met Olé and Louis then u KNOW what I'm talking about! These guys are amazing! And I mean that wholeheartedly! They don't just try to get you your order and get you fed,they do so with flare! And a real sense of caring that you would be hard pressed to find anywhere today,let alone at your local J in the B! But these guys do it! That whole team does in fact! I pop in from late lunch to late dinner,and whomever is working ALWAYS does such an amazing job! I mean it's to the point that if I don't order my large chocolate shake, no whip,no cherry they start asking me if I'm feeling ok! LoL! Seriously though,not a better made burger from a burger joint around!

This one has the freshest tasting burgers. They change the fry oil so your fried food tastes better . Great service too. Why go to any other Jack in the Box.

This Jack in the Box has, well, fast food. However this location also provides an "experience" that for some may border on entertainment. For example: One night I and one other customer were inside the restaurant when mid-way through placing his order he suddenly sprinted out the front door and tackled a guy stealing his bike! Every visit leaves me as a witness to a unique experience words can hardly convey.

I know I've reviewed Jack in the Box by Coddingtown shopping center before but I just have to say every time I go there I'm further impressed by the quality of their staff and their food! And it's even more impressive to me seeing as it's a fast food restaurant, I say comically laughing to myself! But I'm serious their drive-thru can't be beaten! And the dinner and late night crew are the best! Hugely entertaining,and put a premium on service and quality! And believe me when I say that customer loyalty doesn't go unnoticed! I think I enjoy,(and get more from) my friends at the J n' the B drive through than time with my shrink! Kidding,.. Mostly! Seriously, they are fast efficient friendly fast and thorough! Seriously in the two years I think I've been going here I think they've only messed up and ordered three times and we're so quick to fix it that I barely had time to notice! It's worth a stop in!

Great selection of food. and drinks. Fast and affordable. This one has traffic problems with the way the drive thru blocks the driveway and the mall traffic is heavy at times.

Quick service. Reasonably friendly staff, without being overboard fake in your face... I sat there waiting for my ride(annoyingly) for almost three hours and despite only having purchased five mini churro thingamajigs, they never once pestered me...

Well there's a little bit of a weight but that wasn't a problem I was disappointed however that they don't serve the monster tacos anymore but they have a really good breakfast for IDs and at a reasonable price so and the staff is really friendly and it's real clean inside and outside considering the location it's one of my favorite places that pop in for a quick bite

Open 24 hours. Food is hot and served quickly and there is usually some form of entertainment with in eye sight. The perfect stop either coming home late or heading out super early.

Staff was very good. Obviously understaffed but they got it good out fast and accurate. Ordered the French toast sticks chicken sandwich and the spicy chicken tenders.

I love the sides J in the B offers. The curly fries , onion rings, poppers and more and the shakes are soo thick that it takes a bit to be able to drink with a straw.

Good place to eat late night but a little pricey. They also have a cheap section on menu. I must say that they have some of the best fast food of all the places I been to. If you craving food late night then Jack in the box won't let you down.

My order was wrong my husband order was messed up he was disappointed as he couldnt eat it he was allergic to the ingredients they placed in it. I called and they compensated his meal for next time but we had toget him something else locally.

Quality and services at most of Jack'n Box are best in fastfood eateries, except Jack'n Box located at Santa Rosa Avenue... Matter of fact all fastfoods located at Santa Rosa Avenue are poor in quality of foods and services maybe due to 90% of employees are Hispanics at these fastfoods starting from north end of Santa Rosa Avenue, Wendy's (0-Star), Carl's Jr. (0-Star), KFC (0-Star), Taco Bell (not too bad, 3-Stars), McDonald's (2-Stars), Subway (1-Star), Burger King (0-Star), Jack'n Box (Minus 5-Stars).

We ordered tacos and the flavor was fantastic, but nothing in them but a tiny bit of meat and lettuce. What happened to them, as I use to get these years ago and theywere the best tacos! Much more meat, cheese, tomatoes needed!

it's Jack in the box my experience was average as always sometimes you get the wrong order at this place but if you go back they will make it right there's not really much I can say about Jack in the box other than it's a typical fast food joint however if you like your food greasy and hot with lots of fat like I do this is the place to go I would recommend the bruschetta chicken ciabatta that sandwich is glorious!!!

Drive-thru should be staffed by someone who doesn't have a strong accent. Line moved fast and food was received hot. Edit: 2022, dining room was basically empty, didn't sound like the drive through was busy either around 7pm. Tables didn't look all that clean and there was pieces of food on the floor under most.

My girlfriend wanted some churros so I took her here. There’s usually a long line but tonight there was two cars in front of us. By the time we ordered there was no cars in front of us, we pulled up to the first window to pay & we waited five minutes just for them to take our money. When we got to the second window there was literally a little kid working he looked like he was 10 years old (No offense to him but he was really nice) it was just strange that somebody who looks really really young was giving us our order.

Our food was was room temperature, which was a little concerning. You pay more for food due to inflation, and the size of the meals is definitely smaller. Not sure I'll be going back to a Jack In the Box anytime soon.

It is an average fast-food shop. Nothing is great about it and nothing is real bad. The food is edible especially after a night on the town. It is way better than McDonald's but thats not saying alot. Overall it one of the better fast food chains.

This location frequently has a homeless woman harrassing customers at the drive-thru. Ordinarily I try to pity these people but if you don't order her exactly what she asks for she throws it away in front of you.😱

Dont really do alot of bad reviews but this experience was a bit unpleasant. Food should be made fresh for the people. The way these franchises are ran makes me sick not just to my stomach.

Have you ever paid a ridiculously high price for a small order of curly fries using the last of the change in your ashtray? Well don't do that here or you will be sorely disappointed after you leave the drive thru and get on the freeway headed to work and discover, after it is too late to go back, that you have been given the last of the cold, hard potatoes that have been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. 1st time EVER that I had to throw away curly fries!

This used to be my favorite jack in the box, and the only one I would go to. Ive worked in fast food so I know sometimes things happen. But the last time I went there I had ordered jalapeño poppers (not my first time ordering this item) when I recieved my order i took out the jalapeño poppers first. Out of the seven two were not even cooked all the way they were still cold, and one didn't even have anything inside of it. Now I know that the empty popper was totally not their fault, as for the uncooked ones, could have just been a complete accident. The problem is that when I let them know, they absolutely didn't care. The attitude and the experience completely turned me off from this location.

My last visit to this particular store was very stressful. At the ordering window we ordered our food in this order. 1st order for our friend: one order of Jalapeno Poppers with sauce and a Small Coke. 2nd order for me: one number 1 combo with curly fries and a dr. Pepper, go large. 3rd order for my partner: one number 3 combo with curly fries and a diet Coke, go large, and an extra number 3 just the burger. The lady at the at the window was obviously having a bad day because she cut us off as we were ordering... When we got to the window what we ended up getting was not the right order... Our friend was missing her sauce and small coke... I was missing the extra pickles, a large dr. Pepper, and I ended up with normal fries not curly. And my partner was missing his second burger. When we got to the pickup window and told the lady, who wasn't wearing a face mask, what we ordered back at the ordering window she tried giving us sass and walked away three times during the process like she has the right to tell us what we ordered... WE KNOW WHAT WE ORDERED... And would have paid for it all but noooo, instead we were greeted with poor customer service and still left feeling extremely irritated with the entire situation... We still never got the sauce and small coke for our friend or my curly fries and extra pickles. For these I'm reasons I'm leaving an extremely poor review for this specific Jack in the Box and from now on will be going to a different store for my food.

Food quality on par with Jack in the box , counter service is laughable .... employee on friers had to come package and make My meal as server at register chatted with drive thru associate in Spanish for over 4 minutes after it was prepared ... then after giving Me the bagged food it was obvious They (gender withheld) forgot My drink so I was waiting longer for Them to take a step that could have been completed while She left Me stating blankly in the food prep area to begin with , I get casual and that it's still food and takes time but I'm questioning ignoring q customer to begin with 2021 standards I guess

now I love me some Jack in the box just not this location mainly because of getting hit up all the time for change in the Drive-Thru like there's no security but it's not a damper of the day the food's okay the search is kind of slow to get some things wrong but there's other location to Jack in The box that you can go to if you love that Jack in the box if you need that craving for this location two out of five it is what it is

I am vegetarian. I ordered a sandwich with no meat. Specifically, no ham and no bacon. She repeated back to me "no ham, no bacon." It had ham and bacon on it... they don't listen and it took a long time for fast food to get to me.

I don't know why but the quality of food in this place has literally drop to zero. Every single time I use the drive through the quality and the taste is horrible. Non of it is fresh or even made when I order, the patties taste hours old and have burnt edges from when they sit on a warmer too long. I have tried it multiple times before I made a review but it has been a let down every single time. The night drive through is worst. Jack is the box quality control is none existing.

Food is tasteless and overpriced. I ordered the Ultimate Cheeseburger combo + order of mozzarella sticks. The burger had less flavor than a foam cusion. The mozzarella sticks tarred like rolled up glue. "Ultimate" is accurate if you define it as an extreme example, worst, or shoddiest. Slathering crap with mayo and mustard still leaves you with crap. It cost over 17.00. As consumers, how long are we going to put up with this?

Absolutely no concept of customer service... Drive thru attendant could not speak English and when she can't understand you she refuses to take your order. And when you pull around she tells you to go back to the end of line because she has no order for you. I am flabbergasted.

I Live 5 minutes away and by the time I sat down to eat, my fries and burger were already cold. The diet dr. Pepper tasted like it was missing half of the syrup. Awful experience

10:00 am Friday morning… One of the worst Jack’s visits I’ve ever had; the woman at the counter took my order, got her keys, and went home, leaving me waiting for someone else to notice me standing there. Had to request napkins, cream & sugar… Not returning..

The lady argued with my husband saying she repeated our order to us but she didn't... and we asked for curly fries n when we told her we asked for curly fries she grabbed the original fries from our bag n threw them in the garbage with such rage n absolutely unprofessional and rude. Absolutely Terrible service. Took them about 15 minutes to figure out how much change I was getting back. Held hostage at the first window as the attendant would not give back the card as soon as he was done with it....He holds your card until he thinks you're food is ready then gives it back so he doesn't have to take a lot of orders at once.... Very unpleasant considering you have no clue what he's doing with your card while he's holding on to it and dancing around running around the store

Terribly loud music (?) that made it impossible to talk and be heard. When asked to please turn it down, since there were only three people in the place, staff said they had no ability to turn it down.

They use to provide with good customer service about a year ago when they had good hard working staff now they forget to give you taco sauce for your tacos and napkins, today I ask for 2 red hot sauce at the drive thru and they charge me for it and didn't put it in the bag, if I'm paying for it is there responsibility to put it in the bag.

Disgusting, I asked for no mustard or ketchup on my burger as I can't have it so would be mayo only but couldn't make sure he got it as the screen didn't work, then in the drive thru waiting to get our food for over 30 min then when we got it was rushed at us as the line was backed up, the food was cold , unfresh and behold ketchup and mustard on it. Very disappointed as haven't had in a long time and was such a huge let down.

I dont know if its just me but whenever i come here and ask for no lettuce on my order, i see it says no lettuce on the screen........and then my food has lettuce lol. Customer service here is severely lacking.

They got my order wrong. But worst of all was the food was cold and did not taste fresh. I even got sick literally. There was also a child in there working and touching found orders. He had to be like 9 or 10. And this was at 11pm, why wasnt he in bed and he definitly shouldnt have been back there. My husband and I dropped by here with two of our friends. The people handling the food worked without gloves. When my husband took our burgers back due to lack of bacon, the employee handled the food with bare hands, slapped two highly lacking thin pieces of bacon on the already bitten burgers, handed back the cold burgers. The food was honestly disgusting. All of us ended up getting sick yesterday afternoon from the food. I highly recommend staying away from this restaurant.

Something went very wrong. We were in the drive thru for a very long time. When we got to the speaker to order, no one acknowledged us. We let them know we were there, then they said it would be another minute. It was much longer. Then when we ordered they were out of soda and milkshakes and didn't get our order right. We got things cleared up at the window, but it wasn't worth all of the effort.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at Jack in the Box. My husband and I came here late last night after he had just gotten off a 12 hour shift. Needless to say he was very, very hungry. He got cold and stale curly fries, a nasty watered down iced coffee with coffee grounds at the bottom, and the spicy chicken sandwich was horrid. The spicy chicken patty was ridiculously thin, tiny, and overcooked, the bun was soggy from the excessive mayo, and the rest of the sandwich consisted mostly of lettuce. He went back up to the counter and asked if they would remake his iced coffee and the cashier replied with "that's not my problem", shrugged, and walked off. Then the bitchy assistant manager came over and had the nerve to stand there and argue with my husband, then say "that's just how we make them". She refused to give my husband a refund or compensate his meal by remaking it. We promptly left the restaurant. My husband was so furious that if we hadn't left, he would have screamed at them. We ended up eating at the McDonald's down the road. Both of us were absolutely appalled at their behavior and we WILL NOT be returning to this establishment. I do not recommend eating here at all. You can find someplace far better with much more decent staff.

Terrible service and willing not to correct a mistake. Order 2 Classic Buttery Jack combos. They repeated it correctly back with me and my gf both hearing him say it back correct. Guy put in a breakfeast item in and refused to say he put it in wring and will not fix it. Even after being told in the drive thru window that it was wrong. Plus they did not give me my card back right away like every other fast food drive through. Usually a great place but they drop the ball and refused to fix an easy mistake by saying we comfirm he said breakfeast not buttery jack. This all happen right at noon so how a person ordering would think breakfeast?

It's pretty much a toilet. Poor service, homeless people blocking your way in the drive thru asking for change. Lots of drug activity because it's 24hr service as is the Denny's in the same parking lot. Which incidentally smells like urine and feces. Not the stuff that comes from your pets either. All in all a pretty sketchy place that has given up on trying to control the illegal activity that is endless.

I am not happy with this jack in the box. They over charged me. I always get this order at my local Jack in the Box. I asked for #22 but to exchange sausage for bacon. They charged me for bacon. The sandwich had sausage on it that I threw away after complaining. This is stupid 79 cents. Really. I am on vacation and count every penny.

UNREAL! I ordered three egg rolls and a soda, I asked for more sauce and got a handful of soy sauce, not sweet and sour sauce. She forgot to give me my soda, and I got no napkins. Complete Incompetence! But what do you expect from fast food... for them to get it right?

I’ve never been so disappointed and disgusted in my life. I’m not the type to complain, but I’ve had it up to here. Yesterday I ordered four tacos and a breakfast Jack. But my sandwich was not in the bag. Was not happy about that but continued on with life. Tonight, while ordering, (I think the guy taking my order was new) couldn’t even get my simple order right. Finally at the window I reordered and made a CLEAR request on what I wanted. I ordered 6 tacos and a chicken wrap. I asked for pickles on my wrap, was charged but no pickles, whatever. Big deal right??? Got to my second taco and found a long curly like black/dark brown hair in my taco! Not to mention, I’m a blond. I want to throw up!!! That topped it for me. If you want to go to Jack in the box, do NOT go to this location. I’m over it!!! Food is also cold. IM SO UPSET AT THIS.

If you check out my review? I literally give honest and good review. I never have a problem going over here. Until tonight approximately at 7:36. There was a young man on the speaker drive-thru. Pretty rude. Seem like he doesn't want to work there in a rush. He cut me off right away at the speaker even I want to order something more. So when I get to the drive-thru. He got my order messed up too I asked only for one order of toast which is three then I got charged for another one. He did literally take out two hash brown because I made a mistake. But still he was pretty rude. I don't care if you say thank you or not. But it seemed pretty strange that everybody said hey hi thank you except for him I think I see him at the Santa Rosa avenue Jack in the box location or he's new here and relocated. Over there at that location I thought he was quiet and a gentleman pretty nice. Never had a problem. Then I recognize him here surprised me with that different attitude! That's why I didn't say anything back because I recognized him and thought he was cool or just normal and I let him go and didn't say anything back, had it been a different person? You be in trouble for being that rude to me and messed my order. Now I have to go to different location because of him.

The guy was nice and respectful at the drive thru window, so they got a good mark. We only received one of the 2 burgers we ordered. Didn’t notice until we got home. They didn’t give us the receipt either. When we tried to call the number goes to a voicemail box that wasn’t set up.

I tried to go here at 6:30 p.m. on a Wednesday and the lobby was closed. As you can see from the picture it should have been open. This has happened several times now apparently if you don't have a vehicle you can't get food here. Kind of discriminating. I was going to buy a decent amount of food. Oh well looks like in and out has my business.
