They have great customer service and it's a family owned and operated establishment. The owner wife is the pizza chef. They have finally gotten it together there, enjoy everyone.

The people are always nice and pizza is unbeatable price. There are better pizza places but not for this money. It's great

The young lady working today was very pleasant and friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our order.

I had a short wait this last time I came into little ceasars because they had to make my order but it was under 10 minutes and the food was hot and fresh. Quick and nice staff and overall good customer service+sanitary lobby/pick up counter. Great food (they really never disappoint) and for an unbeatable price! Would recommend and will be back in the near future♥️

Employee greeted me promptly and allowed time to look for what we wanted. He was willing to give advice. Food was fresh and hot, even after I got home. It was only a few minutes between ordering and everything being ready. Street parking is all that's available.

Good value but if my order is ready...I don't understand why I'm waiting to pick it up.

Let's start off with Atmosphere. Great Place, larger Restaurant than the other two places in Santa Rosa. While it is clean, it is slightly dirty in some spaces, but who has time to clean all that when a huge horde of people walk in, each ordering huge stacks of pizzas for an event??? I get it's the NFL event, but other times before the NFL that I have gone here, it's usually the same. There would be times I have to wait more than 30 minutes for my Pizza, but people are usually complaining about not receiving it in 5 minutes! Ridiculous! There is always a bunch of people in the restaurant and Door dash people waiting outside. The work staff are nice and I see them working very hard to get our orders right. Maybe they get it right. And sometimes they don't. I enjoy the food and appreciate the effort they go through.

You know what You're getting, and they give it fast! Lili provided excellent service with a very sweet smile!

This store was stocked and ready and the one time I had to wait for my extra pizza, it was well worth the wait. It was fresh (as fresh as L.C can be) and it was actually really good. There is the old saying "you get what you pay for" and Little Caesars is the perfect example of getting a $6 pizza. Its not bad by any means. It will feed a crowd and fill your stomach just dont expect gourmet cuisine

Great by Little Caesar's standards! If you are looking for a cheap meal to feed a group of people, this is greasy, convenient, and pretty good (definitely not brick oven gourmet but my kids eat it up!). They typically have pepperoni and cheese pizzas ready for take out. If you don't mind spending an extra dollar I recommend the Extra Most Bestest (extra pepperoni, extra cheese).

This place used to be very cheap and affordable, but they are doing well and people love them, especially kids, so they raised the prices on everything but the service at some places is really bad, as if some of them hate the job.

What I appreciate about this place is you get exactly what you pay for, an inexpensive cheese disc, with or without red dots. A quick solution for a large appetite and small budget. It actually taste better than say pizza guy's, and is half the price. I would've given five stars if they could deliver and keep it under ten. Impossible I know, but a boy can always dream.

What I appreciate about this place is you get exactly what you pay for, an inexpensive cheese disc, with or without red dots. A quick solution for a large appetite and small budget. It actually taste better than say pizza guy's, and is half the price. I would've given five stars if they could deliver and keep it under ten. Impossible I know, but a boy can always dream.

I would have given a 5 star review but who closes a pizza place at 9 pm??? What about everyone who eats dinner late??? Are we just chopped liver??? I was really looking forward to ordering close to $70 worth of food but the app and the webpage won't let me order food from a location that is ACTUALLY OPEN... Instead it keeps sending me to Mendocino Ave which is closed...

Called for a cheese pizza today. Told me 10 minutes. Came in and repeatedly told me i must have called to a different one. Had to get a questionable one that seemed to be sitting around all day. Would one star it but the usual workers are sweet.

Basic pizza at good prices. This particular store is not well maintain and looks dirty and disheveled. Not welcoming nor does it look like it's cleaned often.

Good for the price as little Caesars is. This place is a little slow compared to some other stores in the area. Mobile ordering did not work on their end, talked to a employee who helped us.

Pizza isn't the best, but for $5 dollar pizza you get what you get. Right next to the college, so choose carefully what time you go due to traffic. Very greasy and fattening. Not a lot of topping options.

The cashier (also the manager) was literally texting and had me wait until he finished his text before asking me 3 times to repeat my order. Also heard him trash talking a customer after he left, the whole time being ON A PHONE CALL AS HE WAS AT THE REGISTER. At first I thought maybe he was listening to music talking to himself but no, he was on the phone the entire time. I work food service myself and if I did this kinda stuff I'd be written up immediately. The pizza smelled/looked good though so at least I know the rest of the crew is doing their job well.

Holy monkeys, the only reason I come here is because it's so close to where I live. Other than that it's a mad house. I'm sitting in here writing this review. I called three times and no one would pick up. When I got here they saw the phone ring for someone else and they didn't pick it up. I heard them say "is she calling again." They have the radio blasting away. They were flicking the lights off and on trying to be funny. And that's only on this visit. Last time I was here the person at the counter was telling me how much he cant stand his boss and was saying how miserable he was. Arguing with his manager as he was taking my order. And the time before that lol (sorry maybe I come here because it's always chaos lol) the girl that was taking my order was trying to tell the cook what pizza I wanted and he was ignoring her because he was listening to his headphones the whole time while working. And he got mad at her that he had to take them off. Pizza is not THAT great at all but it feeds allot of people. I may just have to go to somewhere else because this place has terrible terrible staff...... cheap pizza though....... UPDATE as I'm sitting here. A girl came in and told them that they called 8 times and she replied " oh really? Our phone must be not ringing."

They have a sign that states Hot & READY, but evertime I go there. I'm told it will be 10 minutes, if you look in the back you will see employee's prepping food with no gloves on, no more pizza from there.

Bad quality pizza, I get the runs every time

One of the workers got in his car with a pizza box .went crazy screaming like an ape, I had my daughter in the car with me. parked next to him when he went bananas on the pizza box.then left the parking lot Burning rubber...I was so scared for my daughter life and mine aswell. he was driveing a white car.

It is ridiculous that this specific site closes at 9 pm on sundays. Myself and 5 other customers showed up at 905 pm on 5/15/2016 to order pizza and were turned away cause they were closing so ot obviously is not due to lack of business......

Cashier was very rude, gave attitude and rolled his eyes and was listening to music while taking our order. Waited twenty minutes for pizzas because he gave our order away.

I would give them 0 stars because i was there at 6:30 at night and there were no pizzas. Ive never been to a Little Caesars with nothing. The place says there is pizza hot and ready from 4-8pm ever night. Like honestly this is plain unacceptable for a business.
