The only thing I've gotten from here are the chicken katsu burger (comes with fries) and the barbecue chicken burger (also comes with fries). The chicken katsu is alright but man oh man the barbecue chicken is delicious. Both burgers (or there are few others to choose from also) come with a hefty side of fries for only $8.55 which is a pretty good deal for how much chicken is in the burger. It's not a chicken patty, which is what I assumed it would be. It's barbecue chicken. Now that I'm typing it out, it seems obvious. But I digress. On the burger, besides the chicken, is lettuce, onions, tomato, and thousand island dressing. The chicken is cooked so perfectly. Be warned: the burger is drippy and can get messy, but it's so good. It's delicious, the fries are delicious, the staff is super friendly. Give it a try if you haven't. Maybe some day I will branch out to other menu items but the barbecue chicken burger is so good, I can't imagine going there and not getting it.

Friendly staff that greeted me right as I walked in. Scanned the menu real quick and ordered. I waited at an outside table (inside was full, and it was beautiful out). My food was ready quite quickly. Mac salad was delicious. The katsu was Crispy on the outside and juicy in the middle. Need to try more of their items next time! 🤤🤤🤤

Establishment seems very clean and orderly. If you want fast ordering service order online or over the phone, you will not be disappointed. Customer service friendly accommodating. Staff is always smiling and appears to enjoy their positions. Portion was enormous and food was cooked to perfection. Thank you, I will visit this location again.

Staff was fantistic. Friendly, welcoming and very courteous. Chicken and ribs were on point. Delicious !Macaroni salad was very good. Rice was perfect stickyness, however bland flavor, rice needed to be salted. The teriyaki beef was the main issue. Beef tasted old, was not marinated properly and was not seared.

I love this place! I look forward to some soon as I'm in town. Unfortunately, after today, 12/29, I'll no longer be eating here after finding tons of black hairs in the middle of my white rice.

Wouldn’t recommend. Went in and made an order to go. Went all the way home, realized the order was missing an item and the sauces I had requested. Mistakes happen it’s not the end of the world, but I called right away and the phone just went straight to voice mail. I called multiple times on my way back and it kept going to voicemail. When I got there and explained what happened, the cashier decided to argue with me instead of making things right. Zero intention from their employees to make things right. I will never be willing to give my hard earned money to a restaurant with such terrible customer service again

today on Sunday the 27th around 5:30 I ordered a Hawaiian plate. The cashier was a tall Hawaiian boy with a ponytail. This kid was rude and was glaring at me, and asked for a tip. I asked for a fork because there was not one in the bag, and he rudely said and snapped at me, almost yelling at me, it’s in the bag. I then corrected him for being the rude cashier that he is and said no there’s no fork. so yeah, this Cashier is rude.

The girls at the shop have a poor attitude 😮‍💨 also then when you pay they expect you to tip like, the mechanic automatically ask you and that's just being petty about it, what they want a tip for taking my oder for 5 seconds.. What is the world coming to. Also the atmosphere if really dirty. It needs a whole update theirs not even A/C they have the door open, Flys can fly in bro.. I got a buger and it was burnt and the fires was extra crispy like eating cookies that's why I'm really mad so Ima post about the truth what it's like.. Enjoy the food, not this time but everything else is wack

First time trying this place and it was terrible. The lau lau with Kalua pork tasted like it had been sitting on the bottom of a hot pan all day. It tasted burnt and lacked flavor. There was also a hair in it!!! I enjoyed the mac but very disappointing for a $18 plate. No sauces came with it either.

I went to the resturant visiting a few friends and terrible service all of us asked for some sauce on the side many of them complained and rolled their eyes. Not only that but the food was terrible the skin on the chicken was still on it literately looked like “dinosaur ballsack” I will never come back. On top of the restaurants vibe made me feel like I was in a Hawaiian prison it was painted in yellow with Hawaiian paintings. All honesty don’t recommend it food tastes worst quality than McDonald’s.
