I absolutely LOVE this location. People remember me and my order and it is always an enjoyable experience to visit. Great food, freshly made, usually good quality. I will say there have been a couple of times where the product wasn't fresh - usually just the bread is stale. Anyways, great food, great workers, quick and accurate. Great job guys!

This is the best subway I have been. I live out by Gresham and this was wonderful. Joe is amazing he was a great help and he is very kind! You rock Joe and I hope everything stays just wonderfully for you and the store. Definitely stopping by here when I come around here!

Coming from the eastern side of the country I was expecting the regular subway I’m used to, it’s not folks, this is way different, it’s more like a Chinese food style in a bowl 🍚 food wasn’t bad, I’m not saying that, but it’s not what I was expecting to get but it’s good to know now 😆 I think I paid about $14 including the drink (a bottle from the fridge)

Out of 2/3 of their veggies, the spinach they gave me was rotten, they have large stickers covering the make line so you cannot see the quality of the food. Doesn’t wash hands inbetween touching cash and then helping the next person in line. The toaster is broken and doesn’t toast your bread.

Resist temptation, don’t try the foot long pretzel, if you do, do not expect it to be soft and tasty with a freshness about it because you will be very disappointed. It is chewy and taste like stale bread and they will charge you money for the Chieese sauce. It is not included in the price, the service was friendly.

Ordered on app for pickup. Order was marked ready before picking up. I had to wait another almost 10 minutes for them to start the order. When the staff member asked the manager for help, the manager said to just make the orders when Petrie arrive. This isn’ta big deal, if you don’t mark them as ready in advance! This is a recurring issue with this location. Don’t mark orders ready for pickup and then start making them when the person arrives, or after. Ordered a protein bowl (basically salad) where the meal is supposed to be cut up. Instead I just have a slab of meat slices.

this place sux. I have ordered food here twice now using delivery and it has come cold. Regardless of choosing it NOT toasted, the meat should still be heated and the bacon not looking like it's raw even though it's pre cooked and then the manager tried to tell me that it was because I asked for it not toasted. unbelievable. and to top that off, they can never make the sandwich right. I would avoid this subway unless you go in and watch them make it.

i've gotten food poisoning that left me in bed the last 3 times i went here. i asked my usual server what was going on and he told me the manager, Michael something, has been putting out the same meat 2-3 days in a row. i'm posting this in hopes it prevents others from ending up with what i had. over the past 4 months i've run out of paid sick days because of his irresponsibility.

Update this place is so lacking in service. Just went in to try it again and waited over 3 min and no one was upfront and he ignored the doorbell most likely since he had headphones in and doesn't pay attention. They really need to improve service and retrain employees. Needless to say I left with out any food or service. They have now lost me for good. I have been coming here in the morning for quick bite to eat but may now go elsewhere. The morning staff come off as very rude and seems to be bothered to make a sandwich for you. When I asked for vegies I had to ask for more 2 times. He put 1 peice of pepper 2 peices of an olive. So I asked for more. He put 1 more peice of pepper and no more olives. Won't go for breakfast anymore the guy is always rude. The afternoon staff is awesome though.

The red head guy that works there makes a terrible sandwhich and is rude. The ladies that work there are great. They take the time to make things correctly. The guy just throws things around and skimps on toppings. He really seems to have anger issues. I can tell the other employees walk on egg shells around him too. Definitely would not recommend if he's working. I know I won't be back..

I work downtown that's why I come in for lunch. I don't get why they always have one person working during the lunch rush. I have only 30 minutes and sometimes the line is so long I can't get anything for lunch. Hire more people I know you are losing sales.

Frustrating because this location is the closest food place to my office. It's extremely confusing and the only thing I can think of is I'm a black man and have never seen any other black customers.
