Excellent food, a little more sophisticated than other all-you-can-eat restaurants. I went with a group of friends, a child, and then as a couple, and we always had a great time. The design is beautiful, minimal and clean. The restaurant is located in the historic center of Sarzana, in the beautiful and sunny Piazza Matteotti. Food - food 4☆ Location - location 5☆ Clean - hygiene and cleanliness 4☆ Service - service 3☆ We'll definitely be back!!

Beautiful storefront. A wonderful welcome. Exceptional flavors. A delight to eat in a Japanese restaurant that offers such high-quality products. Excellent value for money. Sashimi that melts in your mouth, high-quality maki, delicious chicken rice, flavorful passion fruit-infused langoustine bites, perfectly cooked shrimp sticks, a wonderfully fresh salmon tartare, the best wakame seaweed I've ever had, very subtle gyoza, and an incredibly tasty vegan ramen. However, the service is more than a little haphazard; dishes arrive randomly, and no one is served at the same time. The service timing needs improvement.

I was there yesterday for lunch. The all-you-can-eat option for lunch was €17.90 (including cover charge). I didn't mind the sushi, even though there's not a huge selection on the menu. Everything else was fine.

Excellent sushi in the center of Sarzana I went to this restaurant for dinner with my girlfriend and two colleagues. The restaurant is located in the center of Sarzana. The interior isn't very spacious, but on nice days, there are tables available in the square. You can choose between the à la carte menu and the all-you-can-eat option. We opted for the latter. The selection of dishes is extensive, with many unique compositions. Some dishes, those made with the finest ingredients, can only be ordered once per person. The sushi is very good and tasty, as are the Chinese dishes. The only drawback is perhaps the long wait for the dishes to arrive. The price is fair and reasonable.

I went to dinner at Yoru with my girlfriend. The menu was very extensive, with various special dishes. I was surprised that there isn't a sushi restaurant in the entire region with more dishes. If I really have to, I'd say there are two downsides: the quality of the fish wasn't great, although it was edible, but not the best. The service time needs to be reviewed. It took half an hour just to get water and two glasses of wine, and there weren't many people. Ultimately, it's a convenient place because it's close to the center and accessible to everything. However, I was seriously disappointed by the wait between one dish and the next. We arrived at 8, and after only two orders, we left at 11. All in all, even though it's not great, I'd go back, even if it's definitely not my first choice!

The service was good and our dishes were served relatively quickly. I would give it four stars if there were more vegetarian/vegan options and if the "miso" soup tasted like it is supposed to (it was terribly bland). The other dishes were fine.

A Japanese restaurant overlooking the main square in Sarzana. The interior resembles a long corridor in a building (could it have been converted from a corridor?). The place lacks attention to detail, and is dark in some areas due to the lack of windows. The staff is sometimes disoriented. The food is good; the positive aspect, at least from my perspective, is that they don't overdo the rice, so you can fully appreciate the flavor of the fish. The fried foods are also good. The all-you-can-eat option costs €15 for lunch, but that doesn't include a cover charge. There are dishes that can only be ordered once per diner, something I've never experienced before. The bill is comparable to any other sushi restaurant.

Good enough Japanese food, relatively matching the original (for the standards you can find in the region). However the portions are not big and there isn't much fish on the rice. The waiting for food is extremely long even when there are few customers. Not worth the price

Probably not an issue for most people but was told I had to order a drink or they would not serve me. Was charged more than menu price on website and more than menu price given at table for said drink. They of course had the “correct” price at a menu up front. I’m not going to argue about small change with someone but Google reviews will hear about misleading business practices and poor integrity. Management needs changing. Sushi taste comparable to other sushi buffets in area. You have many options in and around Sarzana so go somewhere else. Waitresses are nice though. If you are going to act cheap, maybe you shouldn’t be operating an all you can eat restaurant.

I'll start by saying I had high expectations for this place, partly because of the higher-than-average price, and also because of the reviews, which seemed like the best in the area online. The only positive thing was the fried food; everything else was forgettable. We sat down at 7:45 PM and left in desperation at 10:30 PM, having consumed just over 10 dishes between the two of us. The service was incredibly slow and indifferent, and they repeatedly left our table full of dirty and empty plates. They left us in the back room without ever coming to check or ask for anything, so much so that other people at the tables near us left without even eating. As for the food, I think it's well below average for many sushi restaurants in the area, even in terms of the presentation. Definitely avoid it.
