The pizza is either hit or miss, though it has potential, the staff rarely hits that mark of potential. I do take-out, but it's no guarantee they'll even greet you, or ask if you want condiments. Back on the pizza, it can come undercooked, making it taste doughy, or they'll actually hit that "Well done" option I want, and when it does, I ascend to a whole new plane, knowing exactly why a certain demon hunter loves this stuff. But unfortunately, the pizza often comes out undercooked, despite my request for Well Done.

1 1/2 hours from the time I placed my order online , until pizza went in the oven . I understand “busy” but this is unacceptable. Only when I told the worker to cancel my order , did they put in the oven. Then another 30 minute wait. So 2 hours total for a pepperoni pizza

I waited an hour for one pizza after being told it would be ready in 15 minutes. On top of that, the employees in the back were handling the dough with no gloves. One of them left the restaurant, came back, got on his phone, and then went straight back to prepping dough. It was completely unsanitary and honestly pretty gross. I won’t be returning.

I had the WORST experience with this location yesterday unfortunately. I called at 1:00 pm to place my order for 10 hot and ready pizzas to be picked up by 4:00 pm, the man took my order and even told me my order total. Fast forward to my husband going to pick up the pizza for our baby’s party and they said THERE IS NO ORDER IN THE SYSTEM! Our guests had to wait over 2 hours for the pizza at our party, that is so ridiculous! I called the location while my husband was sitting waiting for the pizza to barely be made and spoke with a mediocre manager. I told him I have it in my phone log when I called and placed the order and can show the duration of the phone call for further proof, why would I lie? Not a single apology or discount offered for the horrible customer service! I told him I wanted to speak with the general manager since he said he couldn’t discount my order and charged my husband the full amount still. I will NEVER return to this location and do not recommend it. I guess this is what you get when you choose such a cheap option such as Little Caesar’s, mind you we only ever usually buy Papa John’s.

Literally forget the extras every time. Ordered 2 crazy bread combos yesterday (which included sauce) plus 4 extra sauce cups, totaling 6 sauces. Picked up the order, checked for sauces, none. Sent my teenager back in with a screenshot of my order and they sent him back out with 4 of the 6 sauces. I don't know what's so hard about counting sauce cups, but maybe some additional training is needed. This happens EVERY time. Usually it's delivery so there's nothing I can do about it

This location never has any Hot N Ready pizzas. It doesn't matter what day or time, or whether they're busy or not. Even when the store is empty, they don't have anything ready. If you're in a rush, try a different location.

Not only is it way overcooked, but they didn't cut it at all either. Tried to eat it, taste like a dirty fridge. What a waste.

Ordered online came 5 minutes after it said my food was ready. The kid at the register said it would be right out. Then waited an additional 45 minutes. Had to finally refire because they accidentally gave my pizzas to someone else.

Worst thin crust I’ve ever had from Schertz TX location! Looks like it sat all day. Why would anyone sell something that they wouldn’t eat themselves? Do better!

Buying Stuff

The food is good. Their Hot&Ready ovens are always empty. I usually have to wait at least 20 minutes for a "Hot & ready" pizza. The employees are not efficient and the manager is loud and rude. She talks to the employees in a disrespectful way.

I come to this place often usually in a hurry or on lunch. The manager is cooking right now with no gloves on. She helped a person at the front counter then went straight back to cook. I didn’t see her wash her hands or even wear gloves while preparing the food. She came to the counter twice. That’s unsanitary. She was also rude to the cashier Sara for making a mistake. We all make mistakes Lady just like your mistake not wearing gloves or not washing your hands. Super disappointed at this location. I've never had an issue before but today it's like everything that could go wrong went wrong. I ordered through the app and arrived a few minutes early but it turned out that the pizza portal wasn't working, so I had to pick up from the counter. When I asked the girl at the counter she acted like she was confused. She couldn't tell me if my order wasn't ready or they hadn't received it at all. Then when I told her what I ordered she tried to hand me two hot n ready pizzas that had been sitting there for God knows how long. Then she seemed confused as to why I was upset. I order through the app so I can have fresh pizza. So then she goes to the back and let's me know that there are some in the oven that I'll have to wait 7 minutes. So I waited and got my food and left. No apology no nothing. I will never go to this location again.
