This location has gone downhill. The servers act like you are annoying them. When we got to this location at 11:45am, there were very few food items out. There were no vegetables or white rice, and there was no pepper steak or mushroom chicken, either. The bathrooms were disgusting. We waited 20 minutes for our order and the fried rice was very undercooked, the orange chicken was hard, like trying to chew through a racquetball, the pepper steak was scorched, and the mushrooms were still cold & uncooked in the middle. What a disappointment. No wonder this restaurant is always empty when the neighboring restaurants are always busy and full. This location needs a change in management.

Not sure if this location closes at 9:00 or 10:00? it must be 10:00 since I was able to put an online order at 9:10 PM. When I arrived at this location to pick up my order AT 9:25 PM all the doors are LOCKED and employees are inside cleaning with earbuds in. I had to resort to knocking on the door and jumping around waving to get their attention, I felt like a crazy person and UNWELCOMED. The worst part is I forgot to add a drink to my order so I thought oh it’s fine i’ll just get a bottled water or soda when I get there, but I couldn’t because I was handed my order OUTSIDE OF THE DOOR. this is a great location I come here all the time this was just a really bad experience that could’ve easily been avoided if closing procedures were handled a little better.

Food sucked. Teriyaki chicken dry. Lady at the drive thru sucked. She didn’t offer any condiments and handed my food to me sideways in the bag so all juice runs out of the container.

The service and speed of this location is well below acceptable. The staff is rude and their communication skills need work. I waited over 15 minutes for a plate. They never apologized or said it would be awhile

Awful location. Was told to park from a drive thru order. Waited about 15 minutes just to get a bigger plate with hardly any chow mein and mostly chunks of cabbage ! Disgusting

Was just there ,went thru drive thru,my order was rushed before i could finish my order she was already telling me to drive up and when i got to the window she didn't say anything to me she just held her hand out for payment, i had to ask her my total, once i got home they didn't put any sauce or plastic ware,the food was horrible i had beef and broccoli but it was just broccoli and i looked gross,the whole plate was so unappetizing, i just tossed it and grabbed some McDonald's, worst service ever!

Absolute worst Panda Express experience ever. Avoid this location at all costs. Was asked in the drive thru to wait 5 minutes for chow mien out front in my car it would be brought to me. No problem, not a big ask. As the manager returned from delivering food to another car she expressed she did not "forget about me". After 25 minutes of waiting my child expressed they needed to go to the restroom. I took him in and after washing our hands stood at the counter in the to go line. The to go worker looked at my receipt and said drive thru? I said yes 30 minutes ago. She went over to the manager and she handed us our bag. I asked am I getting soggy food? She turned away from me and did not answer. No apologies. I asked if anyone wanted to make this right and none of the employees would look at me. I took the food as my child was hungry. We found soggy orange chicken and rubber noodles just as I suspected. I know this location has done much better in the past and that is why I was shocked at the terrible service and food quality. If I owned this store i would be embarrassed.

5/3/2023; 6:14:22 PM; Drive Thru; Order 414958. Got home only to discover that one plate was not the correct one. First picture with veggies and fried rice is not one of my orders. Got cheated out $9.40 for my teriyaki and orange chicken plate. Would've been 5/5 otherwise. Too far to go back just to let them know. Receipt attached.

Repeatedly in this location. You order to pick up plates with teriyaki chicken. You ask for extra sauce, crew tells you there is sauce in the bag. You get home 35 min drive…. To find there is not even a single packet of teriyaki sauce. You call and you got asked “you called because there is no teriyaki sauce?” Yes. If it’s just grilled chicken the. I could have made that at home. The order stated teriyaki chicken, shouldn’t that be automatic to place it in the bag. Replacement meal was placed for future order. But definitely the quality of service is missing. Hope the managers do some extra training for this location
