Wolf exceeded our expectations. The ambiance is amazing! The decor is super cool, and the service was so good. We opted for several shareable plates which were all delicious. The crowd favorite was the bread and shrimp cocktail. Nicole was our server and was very upbeat, helpful and a hard worker. Wolf is upstairs at Caesar’s hotel. The hotel itself is gorgeous with live music and a great lobby bar.
Came here with my friend on a Thursday afternoon. It is so cool here! Gorgeous interior, the vibe is insane. The rooftop bar is GORGEOUS when you catch it close to sunset hours. We sat at the bar and had Ashley as our bartender. I just want to say, that it was the best experience I’ve had at a bar so far. So incredibly attentive and I was so impressed at how she was able to handle making the drinks for the servers while also tending to us! She made our night with her amazing service! The drinks were amazing!! I recommend the emerald bay Mocktail and the Desert Nectar frozen drink!!!!!!
We went here for a valentine celebration and had an amazing time. Started off with goat cheese balls, and the lobster ceviche crisps which were both yummy . The beet salad was probably the best thing I’ve ever had and Wagyu sliders and french fries were perfect. The shrimp tacos were so good and filling that we actually took two home. We were greeted immediately by a gentleman who got us water and then taken care of by Hannah, who was a five star server. She was quick and attentive and friendly, never rushed us , took our picture and had a personality for miles. We asked to chat with the manager for some complementing, and Parker came over and spent a ton of time with us telling us the history of the restaurant which we thought was amazing. The decor is incredible. Definitely try to get a table near the window as the view is breathtaking.
Wolf Scottsdale did not disappoint. If you’ve been to any of LVP’s other restaurants you immediately know it’s one of her places just walking in. The vibe and atmosphere at Wolf are completely on point from the bar, tables, chairs, chandeliers, decor, layout, etc. The cocktail list was a good size with different options from vodka, gin, tequila, and bourbon based drinks. We tried 5 different cocktails and all were excellent! The espresso martini might have been one the best I’ve ever had. For food we had the goat cheese balls, the crab & corn hushpuppies, the bolognese and the sea bass. All were very good…I absolutely loved the bolognese. Three days after opening they were very busy but service was good, friendly, and professional. The manager even checked on us at least twice as he was running out and made time to say thank to us for coming in on our way out. Come to impress because that is part of the atmosphere. This place is the epitome of Scottsdale and everyone came out dressed to the 9’s. We will definitely be back!!
What a gorgeous place!!! Everything was absolutely stunning! The food was delicious! The drinks were so amazing! I had the nectar frozen drink and it was so good, I ordered another! The espresso martinis were perfectly balanced. I got the 14oz rib eye for $79 and it was WORTH it for the amount of food that comes with it! The filet mignon was so tender and flavorful for $59. The bread was amazingly fluffy and soft with their customized butter. The goat balls were delicious and melts in your mouth! They had a great special on desserts too! We had the churros and LOVED it—it comes with a few dips and ice cream! Everything was so good! I DEFINITELY will be back.
Came here mainly for the aesthetics, and it did not disappoint! The decor is stunning and creates a great vibe. We tried the Wagyu Wolf Sliders and they were delicious. Pair those with their awesome drinks, and you’ve got a perfect night out. Definitely worth a visit if you want a spot that looks as good as it tastes.
Don’t let the bread deceive you, it is hands down the best bread I have ever had and that is saying a lot coming from a true carb lover. Every dish we ordered was incredible, with food that felt light, fresh, and perfectly balanced while still being full of flavor. The setting is unique with a fun, energetic vibe that makes it perfect for a date night or a night out on the town. The location is also ideal, right between the mall and Old Town, making it easy to stop in before or after exploring the area. Wolf exceeded all expectations and we absolutely cannot wait to come back.
We had such an amazing experience at Wolf. From start to finish the service was top tier.. Sarah was absolutely incredible. She took the time to walk us through the menu made the best drink suggestions and shared her favorite appetizers which were all spot on. She was so sweet knowledgeable and genuinely made the night better. Always smiling and polite. The rest of the staff was just as accommodating and friendly which really says a lot about the place. Huge shoutout to Jacob the busser who was seriously the nicest. Our table was always clean waters always full and he did it all with the best personality. Great food great vibes and even better people. We will definitely be back.
Finally a vibey place that has actual good food & drinks and great service. Shoutout to our girl Sarah! The Mac n cheese was so good I could have had another plate just for my meal. I had the short rib bolognese and it was amazing. I love that their cocktail menu is extensive but the food menu just has a handful of solid delish options. Two things to note that it is pretty loud in there, also the bathroom is in the hotel hallway. Not a big deal just wanted to note it. Decor is such a vibe, very insta-worthy and it just feels upscale but cozy too. I’m waiting for Lisa to turn this place into her next show!
We had such a great experience at Wolf by Vanderpump. The space is honestly gorgeous. It’s super aesthetic and feels elevated but still comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design. We ordered the tuna tartare tostada, Caesar salad, the Wolf Burger, and churros and everything was really good. The tuna tartare was super fresh and flavorful. The Caesar was crisp and classic, just done right. The Wolf Burger was juicy and cooked perfectly. And the churros were the perfect way to end the meal. Service was great too. Everyone was friendly and attentive without being too much. The only thing I’d mention is that it can get a little loud, even at lunchtime, but overall it didn’t take away from the experience. Definitely would go back.
WOLF by Vanderpump is an absolute must-visit in Scottsdale. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is bold, stylish, and full of energy exactly what you’d expect from Lisa Vanderpump. The design is stunning, the cocktails are creative and well-crafted, and the food was delicious. One of the highlights is the incredible views of Camelback Mountain, whether you’re dining during the day or enjoying the sunset it adds such a special Scottsdale touch to the experience. The entire vibe feels fun, elevated, and memorable perfect for date night, girls’ night, or celebrating something special. Scottsdale’s dining scene just got even better, and WOLF by Vanderpump truly delivers on experience, ambiance, and flavor.
Sophisticated and elegant vibe. Great view of Camelback Mountain with the windows open the bread with the hot honey butter is a must. We also ordered the Wagyu short rib Bolognese completely fire🔥. My wife got the 8 ounce fillet, which had some sort of glaze on it with a flavor l've never experienced in my life absolutely delicious. We took the churros to go and ate them on the way home very yummy. Highly recommend nothing like it in Scottsdale
What a great dining experience! Kelsey was so attentive and friendly. She never let our water get low and she was sure to offer us great suggestions. The server assistants were all very kind and helpful - Diego even boxed our food for us. The restaurant is beautiful and has the perfect evening lighting. I can’t wait to return.
Had a great time at The Veranda. The sunset views and live music make it such a fun place to hang out. Jenny was our bartender and she was awesome — super friendly, really knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She came up with a few drinks for me on the spot and completely blew me away. Great vibes, great drinks, and definitely worth checking out. Pretty sure we just found our new local hangout
We visited WOLF on New Year’s Eve to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and the experience was wonderful. While it wasn’t my first time there, it was my first time experiencing the service from start to finish, and it exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was fantastic, lively but not overly loud, making it perfect for table conversation. The food and drinks were superb. I ordered the fish and chips, and it was absolutely delicious. The presentation was just as impressive as the flavor. The waitstaff was equally outstanding. Our water glasses were never empty, and our waitress was incredibly attentive and accommodating, especially when it came to celebrating a birthday. After reading some of the other reviews, I’m honestly a bit surprised. While I understand experiences can vary, ours was excellent, and I would absolutely recommend giving this place a chance.
Came here after waste management, and was happy with my experience. The decor was stunning and the food was good. We got a bunch of appetizers and mains. I got tuna tar tar, lobster ceviche and goat balls. Best was the lobster. I got the pork tomahawk and it was good too but a little dry, What really stood out to me the most was the service. Our server was cool and attentive, but server’s assistant Joel was our favorite, he was friendly and helpful. He got us in a good mood before our meal and made us laugh. Will come back.
I really enjoyed my experience at Wolf. I really didn't know who Lisa Vanderpump is, but I really appreciated learning about her and her amazing concepts! I loved the intentional decor, and I cant wait to come back to order the wings again, and really try everything on the menu! I would come here for dinner, or just sit at the bar for a drink or two after shopping! For the delicious food, amazing service (really, everyone is so great -Richard, Anthony, Sarah)- the value is actually exceptional for this area!
We’ve been to a few of Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurants, and hands down—this one is our favorite. The atmosphere and décor are absolute perfection, the Scottsdale views are unreal, and the service was a solid 5 stars. The food did not disappoint either (hello goat cheese balls and the bolognese 🤌). Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back—no question.
What an amazing first time experience at Wolf! Incredible vibe, amazing drinks and everything we ordered was so delicious! We celebrated a friend’s birthday there and they really went above and beyond to make it special for her. The live DJ is a plus! Great music and vibes. We will be back!
I was pleasantly surprised by Wolf! I’m a Vanderpump fan but the food at Vanderpump a Paris fell a bit short. We were taken to our table and got water service immediately, our drinks took no time at all despite being busy and our food came so fast it was almost too fast! Haha! Prices were very reasonable and they had a good wine list despite being a cocktail focused restaurant. Ken’s fish and chips were divine! I judge harshly since I haven’t had any as good as Brighton Beach a few years back! The burger was just ok, the meat needed to be seasoned a bit more. Overall I am THRILLED that they took this meh space and turned it into a super vibey spot with good food!
Amazing place! Drinks unbelievable! Bread to die for! They were short staffed, but I'm an understanding patron. I said no problem on drink being delayed. They graciously comped those first delayed drinks. We didn't ask either.. thank you kindly! Everything was just perfect. Steak on point, sea bass excellent. Apps so good.... The wife is ready for round two! Enjoyed our experience.
went for the soft opening tonight, such an amazing experience. food and cocktails were excellent. atmosphere is second to none, everything feels very purposefully cultivated
The décor was my favorite part of the experience; Lisa Vanderpump did an amazing job creating a space that feels both glamorous and inviting.” The food was delicious, serve was excellent. Can’t wait to go back.
Wolf by Vanderpump Restaurant is an experience, not just a meal. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is next-level dark, moody, elegant, and buzzing with energy without ever feeling overwhelming. It’s the kind of place where every detail feels intentional. The food? Truly amazing. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor, the kind that makes you pause mid-bite and just appreciate what you’re eating. You can tell there’s real care behind the menu, and nothing felt ordinary or forgettable. Between the phenomenal atmosphere and the outstanding food, Wolf completely lived up to the hype and then some. Perfect for a special night out or when you just want to feel like you’re somewhere iconic. Can’t wait to come back.
Celebrated my birthday at Wolf and it was magic! Even though our table took an extra 45 minutes to open up, the service was so good that it didn't even matter. The manager bought us a round of drinks for the wait, and the staff was so attentive and kind. The food was amazing, the decor is stunning (check out the Library room!), and the atmosphere is 100% Lisa Vanderpump. I felt like a queen in my tiara all night. Highly recommend for a group celebration!"
Stopped by to check out the place before making a reservation for our group tomorrow, and I’m so glad we did. The food and cocktails were spot on, and the bartender was super friendly. Jenny was especially attentive and made us feel well taken care of. Looking forward to coming back tomorrow with the whole group
Had such a great night here! In town visiting my college bestie and we had the best meal. The space is stunning and perfect for a cute cozy girls night. Our server, Nicole, was genuinely amazing. She was so friendly, attentive, and gave us great recommendations. Very glad we listened to her! The goat cheese balls absolutely lived up to the hype, and the Bolognese was full of flavor. We also treated ourselves to a couple cocktails. It was one of those dinners where everything just hits, and I’m already looking forward to going back next time I’m in town
Great views! Great Service! Great drinks! Food was solid! Mac & cheese was a little salty, could’ve used some spice 👌 goat cheese balls were awesome! Emily was our server & very sweet. Would definitely come back. PUMPTINI!
My friend and I went here for a drink after our Galentine’s dinner since we always love to check out the new Vanderpump places. The restaurant was so beautiful and the entire staff was very attentive. We do want to acknowledge our server, Emily, who made our experience very special. She was SO nice and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and even helped us get some good photos to commemorate the occasion. She’s the best!
Came for dinner a few days ago everything was AMAZING! Kelsey was our server she made amazing recommendations on steak choices and overall an amazing experience. Definitely will be back for the great vibes and beautiful decor. The food was so delicious and flavorful.
Such an amazing experience! I dined here with my family, we were sat instantly. I was very impressed with the decor and atmosphere. The service was amazing, drinks came quick with all food coming at the same time. I ordered a dirty martini with blue cheese olives (it came out perfect!) We ordered the bolognese, shrimp tacos, burger, and fish and chips. I tried all four and was extremely pleased with all of the food. My favorite was the shrimp tacos! The music was great and really tied everything together. Will be coming again.
Valentine’s Day came early for my beautiful wife, and I wanted to completely surprise her. She’s a big fan of the reality TV shows hosted by Lisa Vanderpump, so when WOLF by Vanderpump opened in Scottsdale—and reservations were nearly impossible to get—I knew I had to make it happen. I managed to secure a 5:15 PM reservation the Thursday before Valentine’s Day. We pulled up to Caesars Republic Scottsdale, and she still had no idea where we were going. It wasn’t until we reached the 7th floor that I finally told her—and the surprise landed perfectly. This place is nothing short of amazing. Incredible views, extremely friendly staff, and great service from start to finish. The restaurant was completely packed even at 5:15 in the afternoon, which says a lot. I don’t drink, but my wife ordered the coconut mojito and said it was fantastic. You have to order the bread—fresh baked and brought to the table with two different butters. Absolutely excellent. She ordered the sea bass, I had the bolognese, and both dishes were very, very good. For dessert, we shared the brownie. It was solid—not the best brownie in town—but still enjoyable. That said, you’re really paying for the atmosphere, and it delivers. Everyone was dressed nicely, but the vibe wasn’t flashy or over-the-top Scottsdale. Instead, it was laid-back, upscale, and effortlessly classy—a refreshing surprise. This feels like a place that’s going to be around for a long time. We loved it, we’ll definitely be back, and it was a perfect spot to celebrate being married to a beautiful woman. — Grandon Group
Our first time to Wolf. Atmosphere and views are awesome. All our food choices were very good. What really made our first visit so awesome was the staff. Liz and Isaiah are so friendly, professional, and just top- notch! Look forward to seeing them when we come back!
The atmosphere at LVP can’t be beat. We went within their first month open, so I know they’re still working out the service kinks (it’s packed every single night). Parking was easy with either a lot or valet available. The drinks were super fun, too, we had an old fashioned and a mocktail. Food was good overall: goat cheese balls & Caesar for an app. I ordered the crudo carpaccio and my husband got the burger for dinner. Beautiful presentation, but the burger was a little dry.
Overall good experience. I have some feedback for management. We went on a Sunday at 6:15 and there were many items not available on the menu. Two of the three appetizers were unavailable, Pinot Noir was unavailable, and the hot honey butter for the bread was unavailable. Just a weird way to start the meal. Our server was slow at first as she overly chatted with other tables that came in after us, but she finally recognized her delay and apologized. The table for 4 was slightly too big and made it difficult for confidential girl talk or intimate conversation. You kind of had to raise your voice. I really like the movable light on the table to help read the menu and the fur chairs were fabulous. Also the birthday churros were so nice! Food came out quickly. You need more signage at the street level because the restaurant is hard to find.
Beautiful build out, stunning views, very fun atmosphere, great drink presentations. Enjoyed our dinner very much. Need more training, dinner plates were never removed from the table, even during after-dinner drinks and bill presentation. Minor detail but makes a difference.
This place is gorgeous! If you want somewhere pretty to dine, then this is a great choice. But... there are service issues. I know they're new, so they're probably working out the kinks, but our reservation was a very early dinner reservation and the restaurant was only about a quarter full when we arrived--we were seated 20 minutes late. Our table was constantly covered in dirty dishes and glassware. We would push the used dishes to the very far edge of the table to try and "wink wink nudge nudge" the service staff. Nope. We were also served food when we had no silverware. I had to ask two people to get us silverware and plates and by the time we got them the food was cold. Also, the water they serve has no ice and is barely cooler than room temperature. Odd. I had to ask for ice. Now, for the food. We always eat family style and then bring home leftovers. As such, we tried many of their menu offerings. Here's the lowdown (with the understanding that we all have different taste buds and food preferences). Appetizers Signature Wolf Bread: Delicious. Caviar & Chips: Delicious. Goat Cheese Balls: Okay. Lump Crab & Corn Hush Puppies: Delicious. Entrees Wolf Burger: Okay. Tricolore Risotto: Just awful. Butter Seared Chilean Seabass: Okay. Prime Filet Mignon: Pretty good. Sides Yucca Fries: Pretty Good. Wolf Potatoes: Awful I was surprised that, overall, the food was mediocre. Couple that with very slow service, no tableware with which to eat our food, and the constant pile of dirty dishes, I was disappointed. I expected more. Was it fun to go there once? Yes. Would I go back? No.
Wanted to love this place. We had a late reservation and were seated 30 minutes after our reservation time. They were out of the Pumptinis and a lot of other items, which was disappointing. We ordered drinks, goat balls and a brownie desert. The drinks were fine. The dessert came next, it was a bland brownie with no syrup and bland ice cream. After an hour we canceled the goat cheese balls and got our check because the kitchen was so backed up. Disappointed with the experience. The decor and atmosphere is so unique but not enough to try this place again.
Has potential. Came with a large group for a birthday dinner. Nine of us. They sat us outside so we couldnt really enjoy the ambiance. So if you are coming with more then 4 people. Maybe ask when making a reservation if you want to sit inside. It honestly bugged me, we were sat next to the pool and seemed like we werent even at the place. I sent my drink back. Was the blackberry cocktail. Tasted sour and was the consistently of a smoothie. Tried changing to vanderpump rose but they were out. I did get a glass of red and white that were great. Food. None of us really enjoyed our meals. I had the risotto and add steak. We asked for the steak to be cooked medium. It was super rare ( which i dont hate ) but was very fatty and chewy. The risotto was just ok. The veggies on it were super oily. I didnt eat much. The goat cheese balls were also disappointing. Service was just ok. They sat us with one drink menu. I asked the server to bring more. Hard to share one with nine people… The manager came over to us to welcome us and mentioned they give free shot for birthdays. I asked him again for another drink menu. The free shots were spicy so good for folks who like that. Overall i would never return. Lots of better places nearby at that price point. Also i tried a few of my friends cocktails. The aperol spritz and purple gin drink tasted like soap. And no one that got a cocktail even finished their drinks.
Food was so goodso amazing but the hostess wouldnt sell us a merchandise because they wanted to build it up my dinner did not come out with the rest of my tables food . They were going to get me a birthday desert but we had waited so long.we were ready to go. this was for my birthday and it wasnt what I had hope for ...
Super disappointed in the food, service, and overall value of this place. While I’ll say the views and vibe/decor were nice, for over $100 a person it was not up to standards. We went as a birthday dinner group of 6 girls. Waited almost 40 minutes for our drinks. Appetizers were probably best part of the meal. Service was slow and lacking, which I found odd for a Sunday evening. Not a single one of us liked our meals and we had a variety… shrimp tacos, beef bolognese, chicken wings, burger. Asked for our check early as the whole experience was going on 3 hours long and we just wanted to leave. Our server sent another woman to drop off our checks. Really disappointed with the experience and likely won’t be back.
We were there 3 nights after the open. Sat at the bar for cocktails and bites. Wings were great and big and juicy and drinks good too. We brought another out of town couple back last night because we thought it was a fun place. Personnel was great from hostesses to wait staff and bussers however, the food was very disappointing. We ordered wings again but this time they were way over cooked and tiny (like qual legs). We got the caviar and the serving size was so tiny it was comical. Then we sat for dinner and two of us got the Fish & Chips which was so greezy I only ate 1/4 of the 2 pieces for $30. Two others in our group got burgers and said they were pretty good but do you go to a Vanderpump place for pub food? We will go back but just for cocktails because atmosphere is fun.
Came here for lunch and tried a variety of dishes, so we were able to get a good feel for the menu overall. They were out of a lot of the drink options but had great views on a rooftop with a fantastic ambiance. The Famous Goat Cheese Balls were excellent—definitely a standout and something I’d order again. The Campari Tomato Salad with chicken was actually the best dish of the meal: fresh, flavorful, and a great option if you’re looking for something light but satisfying. The Signature Wolf Bread was also very good and served with two different butters, which was a nice touch. Their house-made chips are great as well. The Lump Crab & Corn Hush Puppies were good but nothing particularly memorable. The Little Gem Caesar with chicken was fine, but note that it does contain anchovies (which is typical for Caesar dressing, but worth mentioning if you’re sensitive to that flavor). The Crispy Chicken Caesar Wrap tasted good, though it felt a bit light on filling. The Colossal Shrimp Tacos were decent, but I was a little disappointed. The shrimp are Argentinian and flavorful on their own, so frying them added too much breading and ended up muting the overall flavor. They would likely shine more without the heavy fry. Overall, there were some solid dishes and a few standouts, especially for lunch, but a couple of items could use a bit more balance or refinement. I think with some time and refinement this could be a great place.
Had reservations for 7pm on a Friday night. It was busy but we were seated quickly. The music was SOOO loud in there our group of 8 literally didn't hear one another the entire meal. Took 45 minutes to get drinks and 1 was missed....that took another 20 minutes to get. Food was delicious...however they were out of steak, fish and white wine. The waitress just kept saying, "Sorry...it's a Friday night!" I will give them grace because they're new and the atmosphere is amazing. However, there were tons employees EVERYWHERE so we were surprised the service was lacking.
Drinks were well made and the cocktail program is a clear strength. Food did not live up to expectations. Pasta was undercooked and not properly al dente. Risotto was unevenly cooked and lacked cohesion. The much-discussed house bread was dry and tasted a day old. Comparable bread from a grocery store or Panera is fresher. Service was polite but inconsistent. The wait for main courses was long. While the manager, Parker, did check in and offered to remake the risotto or provide an alternative, basics were missed. I was not offered a refill on my Diet Coke. By the time the issue was addressed, confidence in the kitchen was already gone, so we declined a remake. Overall experience fell short. Cocktails are worth ordering. Food execution and service consistency need meaningful improvement before this becomes a place I would recommend.
Holy crap I was so excited to try this place but let me tell you firsthand do NOT come with high expectations. We came February 15th at 5:30(to see if we could get sat early) for a 7pm reservation that had been made over a month before. We didn't get sat until 7:46 after watching multiple groups of 2,4 and 8 people being sat before us. We did get complementary champagne but they didn't ID anyone for it. At 6:50 we double checked we were checked in for our reservation. At 7:15 we asked what the status of being seated was, we were told another 5 minutes. Around 7:30 we reached back out asking when our table would be ready because we hadn't been updated at all and we were told about 5 minutes only to be sat more than 15 minutes later. Once sat we found dirty utensils under the table. Interested in trying a pumptini? They were out:/ Goat cheese balls were EXTREMELY underwhelming. On top of all this we were hit with a ventue/admin fee of 3.5%. After looking into this more it seems to cover staffing, set up, and clean up for events. I would like to know why I'm funding events that were not even apart of? Curious as to why we have a mandatory staffing fee when they are clearly ill equipped.
Very slow service and at points purposely was avoided. The food came with challenges mainly the caviar and chips. The chips were stale and broken in small pieces. The cheeseballs were good along with fish/chips and brisket bolognese. The dessert churros were good but ordered two expresso martinis which never came after 30 minutes which is where we were purposely ignored. The waitress likely forgot to enter order and went out of her way to stay away a long time. A better experience would have been for her to own it and make it right. The bottom line is this is not a high quality restaurant, the staff is the main problem. There was zero sign of leadership and staff is not equipped/ready to serve at high level.
Well, it wasn't the best! The service was a little lacking, waited 15 min for apps and was told they ran out. The another 30 min for the change. They brought the apps with no plates, another 5 min for the plates and by then the apps weren't hot any longer. Waitress kept avoiding our table and had to ask for updates on our order. After 1.5 hours and watching 5 top get apps and their entrees, we left. I don't believe I'll be going back anytime soon. 😔
We were staying at the hotel that is place was located and we were only here for one night. We love the decor, the vibe and wanted to come to this place just for a drink or two after our dinner at Ocean 44. The young ladies up front said they were “all booked and cannot accommodate anyone at the bar even just for drinks”. It was 8:30 PM on a Saturday night and we looked in, the place had a bunch of empty tables and the outdoor patio lounge area was completely empty. I get that this place had just grand opened for a week and wanted to crowd control, but you should be able to accommodate people that just want to go, check out the ambiance and get a drink or hangout in the patio. Nope, “all booked”! Alright, take your “all booked” and lose the revenue and brand reputation. Good thing Ocean 44 was just as cool (if not better) and they did so well there (food and service). Do better, management, open your bar to allow walk-ins so people can see how great you guys claim yourselves to be. Until then, you guys have earned an amazing 1 star for a cool looking place from the outside looking in.
We visited Wolf with an out-of-town guest and were overall very disappointed. Despite having an 8:00 pm reservation, we weren’t seated until 8:30 pm. A 30-minute wait with a reservation felt unnecessary. Our server was wonderful. Friendly, charismatic, and truly the highlight of the night. The appetizers were great, but unfortunately the entrees were not. Everything was extremely salty. My salmon was completely over-salted. The menu was also very unclear for gluten-free diners. Our server tried to help, but mentioned the kitchen is still “working out kinks” and that dishes can be inconsistent, which was concerning. There was a lot of guessing around what was actually gluten-free. Our guest ordered the risotto, which was inedible due to an overwhelming amount of red peppers. It was removed from the bill, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, that guest was up all night vomiting afterward, possibly due to gluten cross-contamination or the dish itself. I’d recommend giving this restaurant more time to work out issues. Gluten-free diners should proceed with caution. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
