We came in on busy Sunday after church service. After being seated by a nice young lady, we had the pleasure to have Shawna as our server. It was busy, but she made us feel like we were her only table. i had the "moons over my hammi" and my wife, Lorena, had the "country fried steak breakfast". The food was perfect, and Shawna was a cheerful soul and kept our coffees filled and our 3 year old daughter entertained. I will make it a point to stop in more often. It was my first time to that Denny's location and it won't be my last.

Erin gave me the best customer service I have ever had in a long time the food was great but she was the highlight of the day will definitely be going back looking forward to seeing her there.

She cleared out a booth for us because that was our preferential seating and she went way and above serving with a smile on her face after being publicly humiliated from an angry lady customer. We went back during lunch during the week and had the best service ever! I think her name was Katie. The food was hot, good and everything we could ask for! We will definitely go back! We appreciate the opportunity to revisit and see that this isn’t the typical visit that we experienced that day. I’m sorry that the revised review didn’t get posted! Our visit was ABYSMAL today. We waited for our food for over half an hour, got one refill after trying to get our waitress' attention, had to ask the manager for utensils and napkins and they even gave less food on the kids menu! We were charged to get an extra egg after they barely gave any egg on the plate! The manager said that she would give us a discount but we didn't get one. $65 for bad food and awful service.

A couple of items were accidentally forgotten and the staff personally delivered them to me although I didn't live within their area. They were so kind and even wrote a "happy birthday " note for me. They went over and beyond. This truly made my day. I am very thankful and wanted to share my experience.

I got the sirloin steak there was onions and bacon and candied stuff all over the top of it and I had the red potatoes and the broccoli and it it was so good I loved it so much it was great

Erin is the best service we have gotten at Denny's in a long time. She remembered all of our orders got our drinks out fast and conversation was great. And everybody is always so nice but Erin is by far our new favorite. 10 out of 10!

Only issue I have with this Dennys is the bathroom. It was clean enough for a Dennys. Could use an update. it needs one as well. I say that because of the sewar gas you get coming up through the floor drain. It was the worst part of what would normally have been a great visit.

The service was absolutely terrible. Waited about 45 minutes for the food and when we got it one of the orders was wrong. She took it back to change it and brought back the same exact meal with a few added things. On top of that the food tasted old when we got it. Do not recommend stopping here.

Placed an Uber eats order, over $90.00 plus tip for a family of 4 to have an entire item (combo) missing. I don’t know What’s more irritating, the person who bagged the order at Dennys and failed to check if it was all bagged? or the Uber driver who didn’t check! Never again.

Awful food. Tried to get a refund through customer support and the store, when I called, said they don’t owe me anything and that they’d call me back on their own accord. Anytime I try to call the store back they just don’t answer. Customer support gave me the managers number and the franchise office and everyone acts like there’s nothing to do. Obviously the reason this store is going downhill is because management at store level and above don’t take the time to listen and care. It’s a slippery slope and the store has only gone down hill , especially since Covid.

Everything was fine when we arrived we were seated by a waitress named Natasha and told her that our table was dirty because there was like breadcrumbs all over it and she seem to have an attitude did a poor job cleaning the table and then when we told her that there were still crumbs on the table. She seemed annoyed & offered to have us moved and so we did so. We got our food and my mother had her order made wrong. Supposedly it was a trainee who made her food. My mom told Natasha that her food was made wrong, and Natasha seem to be bothered by the fact that her food was made wrong. Natasha offered my mom to have her food remade. My mom declined just told her like hey you know like my eggs were not made the way that they were supposed to be made. Natasha just left and went back to the kitchen, but her body language showed a big attitude. My mom also ordered an English muffin that arrived hard as a rock. When it came time to pay, my mom was asked how was the food by the trainee and she gave her honest opinion, saying that it was bad and how her eggs are cooked wrong and mentioned the hard muffin. Overall, it just felt like a big waste of money. And we also didn’t come to eat to deal with Natasha’s attitude.

Stopped by Dennys this morning after work with a coworker and we had the worst service ever. Our waiter kept going back to sleep after each trip to the table we had to ask for our own refills we didn't have any silverware and the cook was MIA doing something else. The gravy had a weird taste and my eggs were overcooked. Their were dirty tables and the counter wasn't clean the floors could have been swept and the women's restroom could have used some attention as well but instead he chose to take naps in between. We asked if their was a cook cause we didn't see one in the kitchen and he didn't know if he was there or not. Sometimes we have a group that will stop by and eat when we get off of work in the morning being we work overnight needless to say we won't be doing that again. It's a shame that this is the only 24 hour restaurant that you could actually go in and have a sit down meal but getting poor service especially when ya'll are not a cheap place to eat.

Came here because of my son. As we are waiting for his food I watched the guy making food with no gloves on literally picking up the food. Some of the servers seem really out of it mentally not trying to be rude.

Today we decided to Celebrate my moms 80th Birthday with breakfast at Dennys. We drove from Oak Cliff Tx to Seagoville Tx. The omelets were very overcooked. The hash browns were under cooked. The coffee creamer was thick and spoiled. The manager offered to remake the food. The server Margarita was nice and the atmosphere was cool just the food was trash😞.

I picked up breakfast for my whole family and came home with one of my pancake orders had a large piece of metal tip. How can you guys not notice? This could've been fatal if swallowen. I've called them and told them about what I've found on my pancakes, yet they denied the metal item. One of the pancake orders had pieces of spinach or lettuce in hashbrown. Like for real, I payed for the breakfast and you gave it to me how it is. The lady on the phone did not apologized and sounded annoyed when I tried to explain my issue. She truly needs to work on her customer service. I was only given one refund for one meal but not the rest. My family didn't even eat thier breakfast .

Ordered online for curbside. When we arrived to pick up they told us they was on the way outside with our food, after 40 minutes of being told that no one showed up and went inside to request my food and was told they was still working on it because food had stuck to their pan... after waiting and finally receiving my order and got home with it, the food was burned, we was missing the ham on the sandwich, and had some rotten strawberries. Called and spoke with Claudio the shift manager and said they couldn't do much except to refund 1 meal only. Very upset 😡 in how they handled this.... I guess they thought we was some sort of dogs to eat that stuff. They should feed that food to their families instead of us.
