Denny’s in Balch Spring was different, OK first the greeter he was nice polite and a nice face express that made me feel welcome. Now on a mid Sunday morning it was a full parking lot, but when I got inside WOW it was quiet, organize, humble and people were everywhere but minding their own business and kids under control. You place your pick up order this lady was nice took my order let me know how long to cook the meat and my estimated time to wait. THEN she said I have to pay the cashier. That young lady was just as kind and polite with a full standing room only I was blown away by the friendly atmosphere as a whole and the customers in general. The customer service was on point. I have not being there in about 10 years it has changed for the best. You can tell by the leadership that he has great expectations for his staff by modeling what that should look like. You lead by example. His voice was not loud or rude. Thank you sir for you and your staff services in Balch Springs. I will go back in the future hope the same experience today will still be there.

Haven't went for a family breakfast in a long time. Service was the best. The fruit was very tasty. I put the rest on my pancakes. Omelette was bigger just forgot to document at the beginning of the meal 😕

I have been to many Denny’s Restaurants and I have never seen a more cleaner and nicer restaurant than the one located at Balch Springs Texas. The manager and staff are always great. They always make us feel welcomed. We would highly recommend this Restaurant.

We almost didn't go in at first because the parking lot was full and we thought it would take forever, especially with it being a Sunday morning. However, the GM Micheal was extremely friendly and seated us quickly. Our waitress Aliyah came and took our orders promptly, was nice, and topped off my coffee without me having to ask. Food was served hot, correctly and swiftly. Bathroom and overall restaurant was clean.

Out of all the higher end breakfast spots that we visit on a regular (we are just breakfast people) this location stands out the most. How well this restaurant runs, attentiveness, food, and just well serviced is sooo great. We went on a busy Sunday and Patricia was our excellent waitress. So sweet and kind. The manager, Mr. Michael, was out and checking on everyone as well, cleaning and sitting tables. After my husband had a talk with Mr. Michael(my husband ran restaurants for a long time) it was very clear why and how the store ran so well..from the front of the house, to the back, to even the clean bathrooms, everything was excellent! Great job and kudos to you Mr. Michael and your team!!

(Highly recommend the Sampler Appetizer) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SERVICE: 5/5 -Ms. Katherine G is one of the greatest hostess I've had the pleasure of coming across, truly the definition of hospitality and kindness. She goes above and beyond to make sure not only me but my guest(s) are taken are of in a efficient and welcoming manner. -Ms. Katherine G took the time to help me and my guest navigate the website/app to get discounts/deals for our meal, very patient and understanding. Her continuous kindness and helpful nature have and will continue to bring me back to this establishment. Thank you Ms. Katherine G ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ BUILDING: 5/5 -This locations is always very clean even in busy times, staff are quick to take care of messes and any foul odors that may rise. -The restrooms are well maintained and kept free of trash, foul odors, residue in/around the toilets. (Side note they have a very nice modern restroom design) -The exterior is always clean and free of trash that may blow in from the fields, every time i visit it looks like a brand new building! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ CONCLUSION: -This location continues to keep me coming back, the speedy service and kind hearts are the great foundation to keeping this place running. I highly recommend visiting this location in the late hours (12am) to experience Ms. Kathy's perfect service! -The location is great especially if you are looking to stop for Gas or other items, given there are two major gas stations right down the street, very traveler friendly area. We went to have dinner Last Tuesday night. Out of 11 people’s entrees 3 plates had hairs in them. We told the server and they replaced our pancakes, which contained another hair. The service was exceptional but the food lacked quality. The manager made it right by not charging those entrees and giving us 15% off.

The food quality is as poor as can be! Even at a relatively low price, I wouldn't advise anybody to eat here. I had a mixed starter and the t-bone. I ordered it rare but got it the live cooked out of it... Impressive!
