Hippizzazz Pizza

Local gem. Great pizza assortment sold by weight and ability to mix & match. Served with cloth napkins and pizza cutting shears to make it super easy. Not a gluten free place, but vegetarian options. Assorted cold beverages (regular, wine, etc) and some extra items for takeout (fresh breads, bagels, cookies).

This was such a fun lunch experience and what an ingenious way to serve pizza. Because you select your custom portion, each person in your party can get exactly what kind and amount of pizza they want. Not to mention it's deliciously prepared on sourdough and full of toppings. For a unique take on pizza, so very fitting of Sebastopol, definitely try this place!

Excellent food and service and I think the female server/owner may also have another business. The male server was really nice and all the food and beer and dessert and everything was amazing. Great cookies! You cut the pizza with a giant pair of scissors. Excellent.

SERIOUSLY, DO NOT SLEEP ON THEIR SALADS. AND oH the cookies. It’s all so damn good, every time. The pizza get jazzed up with lemon zest/parsley/parm after they come out of the oven so don’t think what you see behind the glass is exactly what you’re getting cause they’re gonna make it sparkle, promise. Choose to sit in a chair or on a bench. or choose violence and grab a stool. The stools require a strong core.

I went to Graton for new years and the next day I was looking for a bite to eat. I found this plaza and the spot I wanted to eat at was closed. But in front of me was this place Psychic Pie. So I said "fine I'll get some banana cream pie or something", little did I know that I was about to walk through the holy doors of PIZZA. The place is cozy and everything was out to see. The gal that assisted me was soooooo nice and walked me through everything. They also had fresh sourdough bread and cookies (sold out). The pizza was out of this park good and I love pizza. Living in SF makes it tuff to come to this gem everyday, but I will be making the drive at least 2-3 times a month for this awesome little slice of heaven.

Best pizza I’ve ever had. The price may not compute until you realize the quality is better than anything else around. Sourdough, most everything sourced hyperlocal from Sonoma county. So fresh, so delicious. Wow. I usually get the mushroom or potato being vegetarian. Pizza is sold “al taglio” or made to order to the cut—you tell them how much you want and they cut it from a premade pie and then cook it on the spot. Lots of great beverages, soft serve, and cookies as well.

Simply perfect. We tried three different flavors, all delicious, you could actually taste the quality of each ingredient. We drove all the way from SF, didn’t disappoint. Wanted to try the soft serve with chocolate budino!! We’ll def be back :)

Mic drop. This place is the opposite of “mid” as the kids say. Their seasonal selection of freshly sourced ingredients is always rotating and the flavors are always fresh. This pizza is next level. 10/10

So so so freaking good. First there’s the awesome sourdough crust — crisp, bubbly, tasty. Then some really interesting toppings like a caesar salad pizza — start with i think red sauce, lemons !, and cheese, bake that, then top with lettuce and dressing !!! Or a straight up pepperoni with the sourdough and red sauce. Or one with no sauce, potato slices, creme fraiche, chives, and drizzled hot oil. Worth a trip! (Be sure and check they are open.)

This pizza is out of this world. The sourdough crust is incredible - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The toppings are locally sourced and amazing. I came here 2 years ago on a weekend trip and had it twice. I was driving through this weekend on a trip from Dallas with my sister and had to make a stop. It was better than I remembered.

The pizza was really good. I thought the bread would make it heavy, but it really wasn't. Had a nice crispy chew to it. The flavors were spot on. Just what I was looking for to resolve my craving for pizza!

Great beverage selection, various wines to pair with the different pizzas as well as a bunch of Laughing Monk Craft beers a , Very much a hole in wall, the staff are very nice and willing to go through the menu and talk about the various pizzas. The rotating specialties are a great way to try things you thought you might never like. The by the square system let's you try a bit of everything if you want like a pizza smorgasbord.The sourdough is so flaky and light yet not super buttery, the perfect crispy crust that lies between thick and thin and holds the piles of toppings with ease. Each pizza is made with love as the owner seems very interested in making it happen his way. They put the personal in personal pizza, very much worth the price, left me wanting more. Please go out of your way and visit, best Pizza I've had in a long while.
