Went in to redeem my birthday treat. They were super busy. I am a first responder and was on duty, I got a call, and my order had to be canceled. Due to redeeming the birthday treat, I lost the gift. The manager and the owner came through and gave me a gift card to make it up. 5 star service. Thank you

If you are ever in Sebastopol, this is it, at least for me, when it comes to pizza. The thing i like the most is that you order by the slice. So you can mix up your choices. The salads are pretty good too. I love this place. I go at least once a week. The staff is super friendly.

YOU HAVE TO HAVE THEIR TOP OF THE LINE - it's a MONSTER of a pizza .. and .. EVERYTHING (even the KITCHEN SINK, I think) - It's NY Style pizza, to me. It's pretty good .. I've eaten there - oh my goodness - I cannot count the times. Let's see .. Old Chicago or Mombos? Man ... two different types of pizza and what a choice?!? They're all good there, though - better call ahead - sometimes it's backed up a bit with orders. I always call ahead. You WON'T be disappointed.

My family loves Mombo's! Great NY style pizza, huge slices and cheap prices which is a bit of a rarity in our little upscale town. Perfect hole in the wall place for a quick yummy bite!

Wow, this pizza is delicious! It was large enough to have leftovers and it was just as tasty out of the toaster oven the next day. Only in town for about 9 days visiting family but ate their pizza 3 times!

Best pizza I've found on the west coast in 17 years! True NY style by the slice pizza. Phenomenally good! One recommendation is to order ahead if you're wanting a whole pie!

I’m all about thin crust pizza. I grabbed a couple of slices to go and they had great flavor. Slices hot out of the oven don’t sit very long which is always a good sign. I’ll definitely be back

On a recent drive to Armstrong Redwoods we decided to stop for lunch. What a great pizza place! They sell pizza by the slice so everyone got what they wanted. They also have beer! Very tasty pizza. They have specials and frequent buyers program.

Mombos is my family's favorite pizza in town! My uncles, aunts, cousins, and immediate family love their thin crust New York style pizza. Being born and raised in NYC, they should know good pizza. We ordered two JUMBO pizzas for my cousin's 22nd birthday. One plain pizza which everyone loves. And a half veggie/half pepperoni pizza for those that like meat or some goodies on top. The pizzeria here has nice people who work here, and it's clean and they make their pizzas on time for pick-up. They also use DoorDash to deliver to your home. Mombos has another location in Santa Rosa near the SRJC that is popular. They also have a variety of specials. I printed a coupon online for a discount on our order. There's a fun old-style horse merry-go-round for kiddies out front. There’s picnic tables out front to eat on during Covid.

This might be the best thin crust pizza on the west coast. I don’t mean to be hyperbolic or over the top, but, honestly, outside of Boston, NYC, or Italy, I can’t think of another pizza place I’d rather order from than Mombos.

One of the best pizzas I have ever tried. The customer service is exceptional. They greet you with a smile and a kind thank you at the end. Enjoy eating at this place also as I can watch a game while I am enjoying my delicious pizza by the slice or entire pizza. Highly recommend

Stopped in for lunch since we had Job in the area and was very happy with the service and the food, pizza and atmosphere were very good. Anytime we have job in the area this will be a now must stop for lunch and highly recommend.

Oh no! The beautiful wall mural is gone! Gone! GONE! It has been painted over , I’m so sad to report. Nevertheless, the cooks and servers were great, deep dish pizza scrumptious and my grandson ate every bit of his pepperoni and cheese with gusto. He reported there was a good pepperoni to crust ratio (yes, the young guy used those words!).

Mombo's Pizza is a great local pizza place. They do a lot more than just pizza. Plenty of appetizers and desserts are available as well. They have great quality food and prices that reflect that. But they have grown quite popular, so I would order ahead of time so you aren't waiting around.

OK updated review!! Much better visit this time!!! The slices have definitely improved. And the Mombo fries are definitely crispy!! I had the buffalo fries last time but I took them home and they sat for a bit before I got to them so of course they were not so crispy but that’s on me for joy eating them sooner. Bravo Mombo!! Bravo!!

OK updated review!! Much better visit this time!!! The slices have definitely improved. And the Mombo fries are definitely crispy!! I had the buffalo fries last time but I took them home and they sat for a bit before I got to them so of course they were not so crispy but that’s on me for joy eating them sooner. Bravo Mombo!! Bravo!!

I love this pizza but the girl with the glasses and the brown hair always rolls her eyes at me and is just unpleasant and not friendly and that makes me not want to come in as much. I try so hard to make her smile or laugh but she just Rolls her eyes... please work on your customer service. Everyone else is very kind and welcoming

I’ve been coming here for years ever since I was a little kid and recently they have been getting new pizza chefs and the pizza just dosent taste the same as it used to be. I ordered 3 pizzas and the pizzas were burnt spent over 100$ bucks for burnt pizzas

The place went from excellent to just okay, we got the mombos mondo pizza quite a few times and post-COVID happened, They've made their pizzas thick as deep dish. But now it's thin crust at the same price.. makes sense they just wanna save a buck but they lost their trusty customers for now

Not what it was I'm sorry to say. Has become a flat bread pizza, not thin crust. My second try since I noticed the difference a while ago. Too bad, their old crust and slices were very much "New York". Not anymore unfortunately. People nice, sauce and cheese 🧀 are good. But definitely a difference in crusts and weight of pizza. Ordered a whole pie.

This was my go to place, great pizza produced by talented pizza wizards, top notch... But they sold out.... I walked in the other day and they had painted over the iconic, amazeballs mural that was a primary feature of the joint. They said they went corporate... This represents a disturbing trend in Sebastopol of great murals being painted over with inane and "on brand" nonsense. Rosemary's garden, the wall by Honeymoon and now this, all dreams dashed by some fools errand. Shame on you. I may stop in for a slice now and again cuz the peeps are still great but the pizza will never be as good, the crust never as crisp, the cheese nigh as stretchy, the hope for a better slice lost forevermore...

Staff can be pretty bad at the Sebastopol location. Bunch of children that don't have a clue how to provide proper service. Recently ordered the Superbowl package #1 special, add says $25 for two toppings and wings. After I got there they asked for $35 because the two toppings were extra....not what the add said. False advertisement. ... I'd recommend acre pizza in Sebastopol

Got put on hold for 15 minutes with no reply. Went into the store then was told the name I gave was too difficult to spell. The cashier got aggressive when I asked them why I was left on hold. He told me "you were left on hold for 3 minutes get over yourself." What a professional attitude. The guy with scruffy hair and beard has horrible service and people skills. Leave me on hold and forget is one thing but telling me I was on hold for 3 minutes and then being toxic after you forgot? Wow

Sloppy crust, poor customer service, and they don't even have good prices for the garbage that they sell.
