Mi pareja al entrar por la puerta de cristal sufrió un golpe grande porqué no se abrió bien y se daño la nariz para que se subsane lo de la puerta,por lo demás las pizzas buenas el local para la influencia que tiene se queda pequeño.

Llegamos sobre las 22.00 con mi familia(4personas) para cenar el come y bebe. La chica que nos atendió nos sentó junto a una familia un tanto ruidosa ( le pedimos amablemente si nos podría dar otra mesa porque no podíamos comer cómodamente de tal manera ),a lo que ella no accedió. No dijimos nada y comenzamos a pedir. 2 pizzas familiares a mitades. El tiempo de espera fue algo normal,teniendo en cuenta que había más clientes. A la que se fue un grupo de personas, comenzaron a limpiar ( algo que entiendo porque todo el mundo quiere irse a casa antes). Pero nos pareció de malísima educación y muy mal que la camarera que había ahí (a 1 hora aún de cierre) nos levantase todas las sillas de las mesas cercanas a nosotros, de manera como si nos estuviese echando. Muchacha, que yo también soy camarera, y no es necesario estudiar para saber que eso no se hace!! Que todos nos queremos ir a casa, pero hay algo que se llama respeto ya que estamos gastando nuestro dinero en el establecimiento de tus jefes y ni siquiera hemos acabado de comer! Que a la que se te van los clientes no tardas ni 15 minutos en levantar sillas,mover mesas barrer y fregar… Muy bien a los de cocina, las pizzas estaban muy ricas! Pero fatal el servicio de esta muchacha…

Nada no esperable de un Fast Food/Take Away, comida muy muy normalita, servicio escaso, por no decir que no vienen casi ni a la mesa a tomarte nota, y cuando acaba el turno y no recogen pedidos en mesa en pocas ocasiones te avisan de que debes acercarte a la barra a realizarlo. Temperatura bastante buena y bebida de máquina muy muy aguada, eso estaría bastante bien que se corrigiese.

Muy mal servicio,tardan mucho en atenderte y la comida está quemada muy mala experiencia

Pedi una mediana de dos ingredientes a recoger, por telefono, FACIL Y SENCILLO DOS INGREDIENTES PEPERONI Y JAMON. Cuando llegue MARGARITA. En la tienda había dos mesas comiendo ni estaban tan apurados como pa no memorizar DOS ingredientes. Aunque fue la escusa que pusieron. Llamo días después porque este es el procedimiento que usan apuntarlo en un papel y suerte, no me acuerdo el nombre de la encargada que me atendió ese día, pero la que me atendió hoy la amabilidad brilla por su ausencia. Trabajo en la compañia y este trato es vergonzoso. Un cliente menos.

Cada día más decepcionante como preparan las pizzas en este Domino's. Hace tiempo las hacían genial, ingredientes abundantes y estaban muy buenas. Actualmente todo lo contrario. Muy pocos ingredientes, hechas sin ninguna profesionalidad ni cariño, están malísimas. Es que saben mal de verdad, secas, etc. Una pena, acabarán cerrando si siguen haciendo tan mal las pizzas.

Absolutamente decepcionante. La bebida está caliente, no sale hielo y se pide una solución a la empleada Mónica siendo su respuesta "yo qué voy a hacer, la maquina tardará 1 hora en volver a hacer". La profesionalidad es necesaria para trabajar de cara al público y también el ser resolutiva. Si no sale el hielo, suministra hielo o da botellas de la nevera a los clientes que han pagado por un come y bebe y no por tomar la bebida caliente. Además, tras intentar dialogar con ella y pedir hoja de reclamaciones, se fue a la trastienda para empezar a despotricar de nosotros. Profesionalidad cero.entramos a las 15.13 y salimos a las 16.31 como nuestra mi foto y la máquina seguía sin hielo aunque la encargada que entro en el turno de tarde puso esa sus alegaciones que debido a la demanda el hielo tarda más en suministrarse. Curioso, (adjunto foto) estamos solo dos mesas y considerar casi hora y media como "tarda un poco más" es quizás un poco excesivo. En resumen, una vergüenza por la falta de profesionalidad de la empleada y de su encargado Luís y su encargada de tarde para dar una solución eficiente.

Es porque el servicio que me han tratado mal y le dije que me dé una caja grande y me a dado una pequeña una chica me atendió. Y después me atendió un chico que me a dado uno grande. Y la máquina de bebidas me salió agua y no bebidas

We were there eating, and we had some leftover pizza slices. We asked for a takeaway box, and they insisted on the receipt (which they never gave us), and the person at the counter kept demanding it. When we told them we hadn't received a receipt, their response was: "We always give receipts." Well, not this time. In the end, they gave us the box, but the service at this establishment leaves much to be desired. They've definitely lost customers. We always used to go there to celebrate birthdays, but that's over now. We won't be back.

Four of us ordered the "eat and drink" combo. The first two pizzas arrived quickly, but when we ordered again, it took an hour—yes, an hour! We asked what was going on, and the guy told us, "They're in the oven." Fifteen minutes passed before another girl arrived and said there had been a mistake and that it would take a while. I confronted his colleague, who had said they were in the oven. He looked like a liar. I think paying 42 euros for two pizzas is a bit of a rip-off.

A very bad experience, not because of the food, but because of the customer service. I placed an order, which I then canceled, but it had already been placed. I did inform them beforehand upon arriving at the restaurant, and they finally served me around 2:40 PM. The staff member who served me, a young woman with dark hair, basically tried to force me to buy the order or even threatened me that the next time I came, they wouldn't serve me, which they can't do. In fact, she used foul language, making me feel uncomfortable. The customer service was terrible.

The pizzas were great, the problem was the customer service. Three of us ordered a meal and a drink, and the girl who served us told us three times to wait 10 minutes because they were packed, even though the place wasn't even at 50% capacity. I understand they have takeout orders, but it seems unfair to have to wait so long to eat.

I went to place an order at the counter. There were already two people waiting for an employee's attention. One employee was leaning against the wall, quietly looking at her phone, and another employee was chatting quietly with another colleague while he was adding ingredients to a pizza. After a few minutes without anyone attending to us, I called one of the employees, who replied, "Excuse me, I'm looking at the screen." Obviously, I left, never to return. I was eager to try eating there, because the delivery service always arrives cold.

Let's see, I've been like 5 years without going to one of these dives and suddenly the drinks machine is broken, even if it worked all the drinks are zero and nobody cares, there are ingredients that they don't even have because they don't have any left, the power even goes out, they take too long to serve you without anything out of the ordinary, the treatment by some employees is quite rude... and suddenly the big surprise, we are repeating the order and they tell us that our time is up, but what are you telling me mate, what time or what the hell, if eating and drinking has no time or quantity limit... I won't come back here, not in 5, but in 10 years, and we'll see...

I wish I'd read the reviews before going. The soda machine didn't have ice, nor did it have any for the hour and a half we were there, so the problem other users are reporting remains unresolved. We had to eat with Pepsi because they wouldn't offer to exchange it for cold drinks. When I asked, the attendant pointed to this sign in the photo, where they didn't take responsibility for the lack of ice, and explained that they were making it. I think it's a serious mistake because no one tells you before you sit down and pay that you'll be drinking a hot beverage. LAMENTABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE, especially in August.
