Every meal is cooked and spiced for an authentic flavor. The drinks are just as good. The only warning I have to give you is that this family friendly restaurant is not for someone looking for quiet reflection or solitude. It gets a little loud when there’s a birthday boy or girl.

The service and food were great. The fajitas were served on a sizzling platter. The beef, chicken, and shrimp were delicious. The rice was different from what I expected, but was still delicious. That was by far the best lunch I have enjoyed while spending time in Seguin.

Had the healthy plate and my husband had a combo plate. Took a while to get the food but overall it was delicious. The chicken and beef was seasoned well and the veggies were fresh. We came on a Sunday evening. Our server Oscar was wonderful! Highly recommend him.

Not your typical Texmex restaurant. Most Texmex restaurant food looks like a heated up Old El Paso TB dinner. Not Los Cucos. It's a little on the pricy side, but when the food comes out looking like a chef put it on your plate, that's when realize you are not at just another Texmex restaurant. I have eaten here three times in as many months and everytime it have not left disappointed. The food is delicious and the environment is pleasing.

Oh my word so glad we found this place. My food has off the charts. Yes they have a lighter side menu. Not usually offered in Mexican places. Highly recommend the beef stuffed avocado 🥑 😋. Oh my gosh! Los Cocos has really stepped up their menu game! My husband ordered the skinny avocado and I had THE most delicious salmon salad ever!!! Everything was beautifully presented and tasted as wonderful as it looked. (Just don't go on a Friday or you'll think you've just entered a club scene) Oy vey, my ears! But the food made up for it.

I finally got to try this place after hearing a lot of great things. Everything on the menu looked so good that it was a little difficult to decide what to eat. I ended up ordering the chicken stuffed avocado plate. It came with a stuffed avocado, beef fajita enchilada, rice, beans and tortilla soup. The beef was very tender and delicious. It was such a large serving, and I couldn’t finish the whole thing. I also had a strawberry margarita, on the rocks. That was good too, as they used fresh strawberries. I highly recommend this place! A few days later, I took my daughter there. She had the seafood enchiladas and I had the chicken fajita enchiladas. Both were good.

We frequent Los cucos almost every Sunday and sit at the bar tops! Jessica has been our bartender/server most of the time we come here and she does not disappoint, she brings a happy vibe no matter what and makes every trip here even better!! It’s been awhile since I have been here, my friends and I wanted to have a few drinks. Wow! Changed for the better!! It was very nice! We had the house margarita, and Pepino caliente, and the drinks were great!! Atmosphere was amazing! Live music And my bartender Jesssica was the best!!

Hadn't gone in a bit! Took my mother (83) to join friends from congregation! This restaurant right off of Hwy 10 on access road between 123 exit and Austin/business 123 exit (or Google it.lol) Walked right in! Found parking right up front for mom. I guided 2 of her friends (vehicle behind us) as they never had been to Los Cucos. They agreed very easy to find once they got there. They were able to add the 4 of us to already a table setting of 9 with no problem! Our waiter was so nice and accomodating! We ordered and got our meals out pretty quick! My tortilla soup was different from others I've tasted. This one had Squash, carrots but in a good way! It was very good! The fajita taco that came with it was great with its fresh homemade tortilla!! Great price for this dish. There are some pricey items on menu fyi. But the food was great. The Parrillada with the choice of rib and sausage was what my friends had they said was awesome and they shared theirs. Drinks were topped off with us not reminding the waiter. Also had initially had ticket together but didn't seem bothered by going back and giving us separate tickets. Also no group tip was automatically added. We were allowed to give our own tip based on what we ordered if we chose too. My mother and her friends had an awesome time!

I stopped in with my family on a Friday night and was delighted to see they had a mariachi there. I was informed by our server, Jackie, that the mariachi is there almost every Friday night if they are not booked anywhere else. For dinner she suggested we try the "Delicioso" and it was delicious! Ummmm....I have been hunting for birrias. Couldn't for the life of me find any. Started doing some additional research and found Los Cucos had birrias. I figured I would give them a try. Hands down the best birrias I have had. Full of flavor, juicy, and they dont skimp on the meat.

Best Happy hour and service in town! Now hear me out… do not skip the Cucos Salad. It is light and fresh with a good portion of protein. I believe the dressings are made in house and very tasty. I also love their tortillas and beef fajitas! It does get loud and echos in there, but if you go at an off time, it is much quieter. It’s our go to restaurant in Seguin.

I went for my first time ever this weekend. Our waiter Joshua was super attentive and helpful when our table was wobbly he fixed it in a few seconds. He recommended some delicious drinks and the food was delicious as well. A young man takes your pictures and they print you out a copy free of charge and then attempt to sell you a paper framed one for $20. Which we did purchase because we were on a date. I only wish he would have printed the picture the long way because I was wearing very nice high heel sandals. That is regardless, I thought it added a special touch to the experience. I live 35 minutes away but if I’m ever in the area I would go back and I do recommend it.

This is my second time to eat at this restaurant. The food was good. It came out quite fast. I loved their salsa, but the Quesos was not great, which was also put on my rolled beef taco. This restaurant is usually quite busy on weekends.

Stoped in yesterday, restaurant looked clean and the Christmas decorations made the restaurant look elegant, was greeted by Jackie, she recommended one of the skillets which came out fast and was very delicious. Great recommendation. Great service. Will be back.

Wonderful and delicious food, it was pretty tasty, like always. It's pretty legit and a great place to take the family and chill and joke around. It also has a pretty good atmosphere, and waiting isn't so bad because of it.

Place was packed on a random Tuesday evening, but we got a table right away. Service was also very fast. Prices were more in the mid-range, but portions were pretty large. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean, and food was good! Quesadillas were nice and crispy!

We drove from Floresville to Seguin just to eat here. Time well spent. I had the Entomatadas and they were good stuff. Service was good. Lagged a little at times but the place was BUSY. The worst part was the fact there was no way to block the sun coming in the west windows right in our faces. Hopefully they get that remedied for those tables that are impacted. Luckily it wasn't too long until the sun went down. Anyway, the food...Good stuff. Can't think of a single item that disappointed the person who ordered it. Solid place in a part of the country that has great mex/texmex food.

Yuck...just yuck. My husband's steak was good and my strawberry mojito was good. The rice and beans were bland and tasted reheated. We didn't really like either salsas but the red one was especially weird tasting it was super thick and tasted burnt. The green sauce on my chicken enchilada was super sour. The chips that came with queso were gross. 3 stars for our waiter and the steak.

This was my first time here. The food was not bad but not particularly special either. Although the employees were nice, the service was poor. We were served water in a broken glass and given silverware that had food stuck on it. It was hard to enjoy our meal having experienced both of those issues.

Our expectations weren’t high and to that point, Los Cucos did not disappoint. While Cyndi had a cheese enchilada, I opted for the Gringo combo plate: fajita, enchilada, and taco. The food was tasty enough, but the guacamole (much too little) and pico de gallo was “tired”. The guacamole was turning brown and the pico wasn’t fresh. The fajita meat was good tasting, but only enough to make a single fajita (without shredded cheese). The beans and rice were good, but it’s hard to mess that up. The restaurant was freezing in temperature which made the food get cold fast. The Perfect Margarita was very well made; just too little compared to other restaurants. It wasn’t a horrible experience; but we did hope for better than mediocre.

The prices were high and the food was just ok. I had beef enchiladas, the sauce tasted like a can sauce. The borracho beans tasted like canned beans with added seasoning to make them taste authentic. The beef wasn't very seasoned and there was little cheese on the enchilada. I gave this place a second chance and was pleased with the flauta plate. My mom had the cheese enchiladas and was disappointed.

We went here with some friends and had a fairly good time. I had the Enchiladas Verdes and it was pretty good. My husband also had enchiladas and said they were tasty. It is a little loud if you're trying to socialize with friends with an entertainer doing live music. We were seated in a short amount of time after arriving and the service was great. Been here a few times usually was pretty good. Service was great. This time the food not so and had to wait for service. When we ready to pay we had to wait for about 15 min once we got up to pay, the person that was waiting on us saw us came over and took the payment from us. We where there towards the end of night so I understand they were all busy trying clean up so they can close go home. But they should still pay attention to their customers.

Everything was changed. The recipes of the quality of the products they use are low, and prices are rising. The service was good. Thanks.

stop in for lunch today, we ordered off the lunch menu a stuffed cheese avocado. I wanted the the beef enchiladas. our waitress said i can't order 2 them off that menu so I agree for the more expensive one ? lunch came, my wife got hers and she ate the avocado. Me, I got 3 tacos and was pretty disappointed. Unfortunately if your calling yourself a Mexican restaurant maybe you should cook like it. The beans I could only take a taste. Bad after taste it left. Tacos i could only a 3/4 of one . This is so far from what I remembered. Sad thing is waitress didn't even try to make my enchiladas order right even after she knew it was wrong. chips and hot sauce were great. Sweet tea was good too.

We had a brand new debit card and only used it once which was as this Los Cucos restaurant. The next night there was an attempted charge of nearly $150 so it was pretty evident the card information was stolen during our dinner at this restaurant. Our server was the manager, Hugo. Still debating on pursuing legal action.

It's been a long time since we've eaten at this or any other Los Cucos. After today's meal we will never go back. I was eating salsa off of a chip and noticed a long black hair.....I was upset but didn't say anything 'cause these things happen....they shouldn't though. They used to make some of the best fajitas poblanos. They should come to the table sizzling, no sizzle at all, sauce should cover all the fajitas, nope, we got mixed and the chicken and the beef were both dry and chewy. The tortillas have never been the best and today was par for the course. We shared a single ground beef enchilada, it was good. We had a lady named Debra who was working hard but had too many tables to cover. I wont be dreaming about their 'fitas any more. WE added a jalapeno sausage and it was overcooked.

Found a piece of plastic several millimeters in length in my quesadilla, at first the waitress only attempted to take half off of my food, but we had to talk to a manager to get it completely comped. Waitress was also terrible, barely checked in on us and she skipped over us several times after I got sick. Also felt discriminated against because she started avoiding me after I got sick. Manager was also not helpful.

I walked in 10:50 am and there were about 6 people working in the restaurant with what appeared to be no other customers. People walked in after me, their order was taken first, at 11:00 I finally decided to walk out. As I was walking out I made it known that it was a shame that with so many people working the service was so slow. I’ll add that no one had come to take my drink order either. I did receive chips and salsa right before I decided to walk out. For a restaurant that looks so nice, and has a menu with seemed to be some great offerings it’s a shame that the service is far from what one would expect or deserve. The public has choices, please aspire to be better and become a better choice for people to enjoy.

Terrible experience! My husband and I came for the first time. We ordered two margaritas on the rocks no salt! Wendy, our server brought us two margaritas on the rocks with salt rimmed glasses, we immediately stated that we had ordered the drinks with no salt. She took the drinks back to the bar and wiped the salt into the drinks and returned them to our table! They were incredibly salty and undrinkable! We canceled our appetizer order and paid for our undrank drinks and left! We will not be back! Terrible experience! I am sorry that I can’t rate this experience zero stars, unfortunately I have to give them one star!
