They cook over charcoal , the chicken was juicy and Smokey flavor . Rib are on point 👌. Can’t forget about the sides I’ve got a corn and beans . Everything had great flavor. Definitely be coming back for dinner . Place is nice and clean with a salsa bar . Chip we’re stale but that didn’t matter because the whole meal was good.

Came through the drive through around 8:30 PM, their speaker was giving them trouble so they had us pull to the window which was no issue, my family got got the wings, chicken torta, barria tacos, and Cobb salad, food was AWESOME and the ladies at the window did a great job! Will be returning!

The food was good. But i have to add that the best super pollo is the one in mentone tx. Its completely out the way for most people, but if your ever in the area, i highly recommend it.

If your looking for beef ribs this is a great place to go! I had a side of chicken and a side of beef ribs and had leftovers for dinner!

Chicken is great, but they do run out of food often. Staff is great.

Although the wait time can be a bit long, the chicken is definitely worth the wait! It's flavored so well, and charred just the right amount for it to be crispy yet so juicy. You'll definitely use a lot of napkins. The drinks themselves are a bit pricey and I personally thought the ribs were a bit dry. I'm guessing there were problems with the restroom that day since I was told by the people who dined with me that it wasn't normally like that, so I'd give them the benefit of the doubt in that department. Other than that, this place is definitely worth checking out! It's an interesting hole in the wall that you might miss if you're not paying attention to the map, but it was a satisfying dinner.

The Super Street Tacos are 🔥!!! I ordered 1 steak, 1 chicken, and 2 grilled shrimp ones, and WOW! The steak and chicken were a little bit dry but not bad at all. The Tex mex burrito with Birria was fantastic! Why’d yall get rid of it?? Tried to order one and they said it was discontinued! Then I get the one with steak and now it’s half as full! Love the food from here but at least gimme the option to get the burrito I would get everyday for like a week straight bc it was so good!!!

It alright. But I ordered online and I ordered guacamole and this girl said they don’t have it and I didn’t get my money back at all and she said I don’t know you have to check online.

Manager was great we didn't get the best waitress not only she didn't write everything down we wanted and we paid a lot for just 2 toddlers and myself and husband.. Chair I had their was a nail on it didn't realise that until I sat down and I was bleeding on my right leg from it.. The food was great just sitting in a nail and waitress wasn't on the same page as me and also work on better attitude is a family place... For the future please write everything down and actually pay attention too what the customer is looking into... Over all too the manager and cooks thank you..

Hmm. How can i put this? Our first time going to "Super Pollo" was not very good! We ordered 2 dinner plates plus one kid plate. We waited and they brought my daughters plate. She got a quesadilla and fries. The fries were as hard as rocks she couldn't even bite through them. Kids could choke like that. They were soaked in grease and just plain awful. The beans looked old, they tasted old! The chicken was over spiced and there was a bit of blood on it and the rib my husband got was burnt black and had no meat on it! Over all it wasn't a good food experience. If thats how mexican food from chihuahua tastes well then I'll make sure and not even go near chihuahua food restaurants. Let me put it this way, when you get a warm welcome into a restaurant their food is going to be delicious. Other than that be prepared for the worst! Oh one more thing its a bit pricey!

The food is terrible. They insisted on putting canned spaghetti sauce on a chicken burrito even though I insisted they not put it on. The burrito was cold & bland. I've eaten some other things there over the years that was just as bad. Now I just drive past and don't even consider eating there.

Wow after a hesitant decision, we decided to go eat here and ended up regretting it terribly!!! They where very short staffed and the Waitress serving us was very rude and miserable, shoving the chips and salsa and our plates of food onto the table and utensils in a pile in the far corner from us. After the food got there it was cold and flavorless. We will not be back anytime soon .

So i have heard bad comment about this place before from friends but i still decided to stop...totally bad decision. I had a bad experience with this restaurant myself.......first of all bad customer services i would ask something to the waitress and she wouldn't answer of course she was on her cell phone and when she did answer she did it with attitude. So we order a chicken to go and it was burn, my mexican water had a wear taste. They will give you rice and beans on big containers but they are not even half way served..... For what i paid for my order its definitely expensive not worth it. I will definitely not come back to this place. This is a 0 start for me.

We wanted to try something new, so we drove 47 miles to try Super Pollo. It was very disappointing. We had a family combo, which comes with chicken sausage and ribs. They also give an individual plate with beans, rice, lettuce and tomato. To begin the portions of rice and beans are very small. The beans are water down and the rice is stale and old. The lettuce and one tomatoe slice had turned brown, so it must of been very old. The corn was so old and hard. The ribs have no flavor at all. The ribs are not BBQ ribs just plain ribs. Our ribs tasted old and microwaved. The chicken and sausage were ok but not great. The waitress gave us our menu, drinks and food. She did was she's paid to do and nothing extra. I really hope this place improves.

Soggy tacos everything was cold and expensive they might have good chicken but I won't be back it's hard to find people who cook with love after they made there money the food taste goes down that's what I hate about family owned restaurant they don't give a care as long as they making money and the place smelled not friendly unless you look like your from here I wish I could show you the pictures really disgusting I didn't even give it to my dogs just do everyone a favor and do better or close the restraint so people won't waste there money very lazy and mean of you all to serve nasty plates to people hopefully God shuts you all down gross
