The lady handing out the food today was rude and couldn’t get our order right. Judging by how manic the whole place looked despite not having any dining available ,I would say this is a management issue.

This place makes me want to run out of my skin. While I know that doesn't make any sense. After you walk in, you feel the low quality. The smell is like a trash can, but comparing it to a trash can would be an insult to the trash can. Then you order and get your food, only to get served food that is over 5 hours old, and has only been reheated and greaseafied. No greaseafied is not a word. It is just the only way to even begin to describe how awful it is.

Worst mc Donald's EVER!! super slow. Never EVER give you your food right away They're idiots when it comes to the app they don't knoe how to get the orders. Then the manager suggested that I don't use the app and just order like ever one else. I DONT HAVE TO! If ordering online is an option for us customers then they need to get with the program. Rude AF MANAGER.

For dinner for 2 we paid 23.00 and received unbrowned, not even near golden fries, and burnt mushrooms on a 9.00 burger meal. Very disappointed. I did get a 7.27 refund for a wasted meal. Only thing good was the drink, I had water and it was wet.

I've been to this McDonald's three days in a row. I've been there because there isn't anywhere else to go so late in the evening. I work all day ans I'm staying in a hotel. So, I've had to go there because it's the only place open at about 9:00 pm. For three days my order has been wrong, I've had right wait I we ten minutes for it, my burger has no onions, my chicken nuggets come without the sauce I ordered, no napkins, ice machine has no ice. I'm not looking for a free hand out either. I just want a decent dinner. Don't visit this McDonald's. It sucks.

Terrible! Took over 30 minutes to get 2 biscuits and gravy. There is not a thing on their menu that's worth waiting that long for. You should not use good food and McDonalds in the same sentence.

They always get my order wrong if theirs a long line at the drive-thru don't waste your money fries will be cold signature burgers are not worth the price. They always pull you to side to wait .Ice cream machine Always down.Bad all the way around.

This place has gone to Hell in a hand basket...To much grab a**ing going on at night to get any good service. Breakfast is the only thing worth eatting. The place is always dirty and full of flies. The employee are very unprofessional. To many untrained teenagers just there for a paycheck. I use to like the fish fillet sandwich but can never get a fresh fillet now. It's always to dry to eat and can tell it had been sitting in warmer to long but they'll tell you it's "Fresh". I could go on and on but won't. Something just needs to be done about this place soon.

Slowest most run down McDonald's I've been to in years. Took about 10 minutes to get to the order window and about another 15 minutes to get my order which was a very small order to begin with. The signage and look of the building looks like a McDonald's from the 1990s. Definitely not well ran or invested in.

Worst place ever! If I could give no stars I would, I ordered the chicken strips to go waited 15 min. From the time I ordered till the time I received my food. Then when I went to bite into chicken strips and some of them were RAW! When I called the store some to tell there machine was malfunctioning, or there staff incompetent some bimbo manager named Heather told me there was nothing she could do as it was the chicken company’s fault! Not the way it was prepared. And then hung up on me! But what can I expect in this small corner of hell that this place was in. Save yourself go to the Pizza Hut!

Habitually Strange

The wait time was atrocious, and my order was wrong not once but twice, and then once it was fixed drove 15 mins home and found that the fries were missing. That's 3 strikes. most of the employees are rude and completely disinterested in customer service! I'll take my business somewhere else.
