The drive-thru attendant must have come back from her break the same time I pulled up because I sat at the menu for awhile, she pulled up parked and said, "Pull around to the window." Geez, if it doesn't work, have a sign up. Looking at those prices, I see why they didn't have a line. I don't mind paying if it's worth it. Service already was bad. Then I get my food. You see how much 🧊 I got in my cup? About 70% full of ice. So that means 30% drink. Never again. I'll pass on Dickeys every time. See how small my sides are? Smh. $21 for that little bit of food. What a rip off. Spend your money elsewhere. I got the cut corners special.

Dickey’s yall need to definitely do better my food was cold my brisket dryer then a biscuit my rolls were harder then rocks and waffle fry’s were cold and oily It had been about 2 yrs I had not gone for the same reason and decided to give it a second chance and definitely NOT ever going back

Very disappointing experience. The waitresses were extremely rude from the moment we walked in. There was no greeting, no willingness to help, and their attitude made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Because of how we were treated, we decided to leave without ordering anything. Customer service is essential in a restaurant, and unfortunately this place failed completely in that aspect. I would not recommend it based on our experience.

Food was ok but do not go here in the evening the service is the worst they mock you for what you order and then they make fun of your girlfriend for ordering the kids meal and then got it wrong yet just a bunch of kids so if you want something good and similar just go down the street to grubshack

Downright awful. My expectations weren’t high as it is Dickeys. Cold bland food. 2 girls working didn’t seem to care if the whole place just caught on fire. Would’ve rather spent the money on gas station food. Incoming owner comment “thanks for your feedback. We're always aiming to provide a top-notch experience, so we're sorry to hear that we didn't quite hit the mark this time. We hope you'll give us another chance to impress you” Sad to see this place in this shape.

If I could I would give the food and service -1 star. The food was bland it smelled weird. The service was very disappointing not one person smiled at us once. We were the only customers there. I’m very surprised that they are still in business here in Seminole. This restaurant is a disgrace to Texas bbq. I know I could make better food than them. Spend your money wisely people. Have a great day.

Flew into Seminole Texas. Usually Dickey’s is a great go to place for good smoked food. Not always the “best” BBQ , but a great back up. This place was the exception. It was dirty, poor lethargic customer service, small portions, and worst off cold brisket. These folks aren’t even trying. I usually get the double meat to make two meals out of it. It was more of a big single serving. Each table hadn’t been wiped off. Forks and napkins on the floor Employees too busy on their phones to ever help…

We stopped here on a whim, not wanting to wait too late to eat as we traveled between New Mexico and Louisiana. I normally read many reviews before deciding where to eat... this time we didn't. It showed 4+ stars, so we gambled. That was a mistake. Apparently it USED to get a lot of 5-star reviews, but not anymore. As many others have said (over at least the last year), the meat was cold. The baked potato I ordered for myself was overbaked, with several hard/burned spots on the skin. When I asked the woman taking my order what toppings I had to choose from (as it didn't say on the menu hanging from the ceiling), she said, "Sour cream, butter, cheese..." When I got the receipt, it also said bacon, green onions and many other things I didn't order because I didn't know they had them. The macaroni and cheese wasn't anything exciting, the noodles were actually too soft to add any texture. They didn't have the bbq beans my husband wanted, so we opted for the baked potato casserole instead, which basically tasted like mashed potatoes with cheese on them. The best thing we got from there was the plastic cup... it's a good reminder to not go back. It was a huge disappointment. After we left, I went back and read the reviews... too many people with the same complaints we had over at LEAST the last 12 months for some of these issues (like the cold meat) to not be corrected. It was clean in the dining area and restrooms. The potato salad wasn't too bad. But none of it was worth the $40 we spent for 2 people. And I definitely didn't get $8 worth of baked potato. Not a fan of being asked to tip before being able to taste the food and fully evaluate the experience. I tipped, but wish I could take it back.

This is the worst Dickey's I've ever been to. The brisket is bone dry and has a burnt taste to it. The Green beans taste burnt! This was the worst bbq ever!

Order looked horrible but I tried it nonetheless tasted even worse than it looked and the baked potato was burnt to high hell.... will never go here again just go to slims BBQ 1000x better
