Me ha encantado Hermanos Ceballos, se come genial. Volveré para seguir degustando sus maravillosas tapas, y el sitio es precioso por dentro y el trato muy agradable.
Sitio excelente y atención perfecta. Esperamos un poco para poder sentarnos porque está lleno de gente, y con razón, pues vale la pena la espera. La comida está deliciosa de principio a fin. El camarero nos aconsejo con algunos platos y acertó de lleno. Destacar lo exquisito que está el solomillo al whisky. El precio está genial por la cantidad y lo bien que comimos. Nuestra vuelta a Sevilla tendrá parada obligatoria en Hermanos Ceballos seguro.
Súper bien y muy agradable el local La comida bastante buena y precios muy asequibles Carta un poco fuera de lo cotidiano que hay en absolutamente todos lados en Sevilla este. Carta novedosa Pedimos croquetas de jamón que estaba. excesivamente saladas pero supongo que siempre no salen igual aparte de eso bien todos Tapas grandes Lo recomiendo
Buen lugar con platos estupendos, ambiente bueno y con un servicio agradable y recomendable. Indispensable pedir las taleguillas, ventresca de atún y el solomillo de la casa,con una salsa espectacular. La presa también la pedimos, pero en relación calidad-precio elegiría otros platos. Unos 30-35€ por comensal, con una botella de vino y varias cervezas, un precio razonable para la calidad de las comidas y la cantidad. Un lugar para deleitarse con una comida increíble
Los camareros y la comida buenísimas. Hemos comido en plan tapas. La ensaladilla de pulpo, y las croquetas de gambas buenísima!!!! Fuera de carta pedimos carrillada que también estaba buenísima!!! Muy recomendable!!! 🙂
Un bar con un ambiente increíble y un servicio de diez. Álvaro y Sara son puro encanto: atentos, cercanos y siempre con una sonrisa que te hace sentir como en casa. Da gusto venir por lo bien que te tratan… y encima son guapísimos 😉. Sitio totalmente recomendable al que siempre apetece volver.
Sin duda volveré, comida exquisita y trato inmejorable, personal muy atento y profesional. Siempre tienen un fuera de carta bastante amplio. Me gustaron mucho los chanquetes y la burrata frita. Lo recomiendo mucho😁
We ate outside on the terrace and it was very comfortable. They have heaters and it was nice and cozy. The food was very good, although I thought the potato salad and the meat could have used a bit more salt. The waiters were very young and very competent. The service was quick.
Having lunch or dinner at HERMANOS CEBALLOS is like being at home! The service from the waiters is spectacular… Carlos, Alberto, Javi… they're the best! They always give us great advice, and it's always spot on! Everything is delicious! It's advisable to make a reservation because it's always packed! The quality-price ratio is excellent. I have absolutely no complaints; on the contrary, I have nothing but praise for this restaurant and its staff! We always try new things; their menu is varied, and they always have other delicacies for us to try! Their star dish is undoubtedly LAS TALEGUILLAS! We haven't eaten anything like it anywhere else! If you want variety, quality, price, and good service, this is the place for you! THANK YOU ALWAYS, GUYS!
Reserve! It went from empty to full in 20 minutes at lunch. A buzzing restaurant, beautifully decorated and delicious food. I especially liked the stuffed mushrooms and the moussaka.
We ordered several tapas, including a delicious country rice dish off the menu, which was also delicious, taleguillas, garlic shrimp croquettes, and sirloin steak with whisky and Roque sauce (honestly, the whisky one was spectacular because the sauce is creamy). Overall, everything was very good. A great option for lunch, but it's best to make a reservation. The service was unbeatable.

Me ha sorprendido para bien este restaurante, con una buena decoración y un trato muy bueno de los camareros. La comida esta muy buena y todo con muy buena pinta. Lo recomiendo 100%. Como única pega es que estaba la mesa un poco pegajosa por algunos lados, pero nasa que no se pueda resolver con una buena limpieza
Todo lo que comimos bastante rico y los camareros muy atentos y amables en todo momento. Tienen una carta bastante amplia así que hay opciones para todos los gustos. No nos encantó la ensaladilla de pulpo, que parece estar hecha con pulpo de lata (es mi sospecha por el sabor). Tiene bastantes mesas tanto en el interior como en terraza. Muy recomendable para tapear por la zona.
The overall experience was good, and the food deserves five stars, but it's true that the service could be improved. They're very efficient, but the face-to-face interaction is lost; there's hardly any personalized service or conversation beyond taking orders. That said, I think we were lucky to have been served mainly by Javier, as he was very kind and attentive!
The restaurant was completely full, so it's advisable to make a reservation if you plan to go. We ordered potatoes with aioli, mixed salad, cuttlefish, grilled churrasco, grilled sirloin, and two San Jacobos. The food was very good, but we had to ask for the grilled meat to be cooked a little longer, and the problem was that they never finished cooking it to the level we wanted, so we couldn't eat some of the pieces. We didn't really connect with the service, as from the first hour they told us that if someone misses our reservation, we have to let them know so they can relocate us (we understand), but the person who served us didn't understand that it was unexpected and last-minute. They were quick to serve us, but we were in a spacious space, but they placed plates and glasses in front of us, practically passing things in front of our faces. Aside from those details, the overall experience was good; I'd rather think they were simply overbooked and we were overly sensitive.

The food is very good (the taleguillas are spectacular), but the service could be much better. It's understandable that they want to clear the dishes quickly to speed up the order, but there comes a point where it seems like they're just itching for you to leave so they can fit another family at your table. A better way to channel that rush would be to avoid making mistakes with orders, ask about the doneness of the meat, or handle requests like a clean plate or a sauce quickly instead of having to ask for it multiple times.

Pedimos de comer y nos traen todo a la vez, situación ensaladilla, taleguita y chipirones. Como me como todo eso a la vez? Al final todo frío y ya de mal gusto también decir que el plato de chipirón por 11,90€ me parece demasiado tacaño para su precio. Y el camarero si fuera más agradable también sería un buen punto. Hemos venido otras veces y el trato ya sigo mucho mejor pero esta vez la verdad deja que desear
We went to Hermanos Ceballos for lunch today. We've been there before and enjoyed our meal, but today was different. We arrived without a reservation and put our name on the waiting list. After waiting quite a while, we noticed they started calling people who had arrived after us. We went to ask, and to our surprise, they hadn't put us on the list at all. We had to keep waiting to try and sort things out, because it wasn't "appropriate" to wake people who had just sat down and were behind us. When they finally called us, we sat down, and the disaster continued. We had to wait another long time to have our order taken, and they didn't bring the dishes we ordered, including a cold potato salad that should have been prepared. After the mistake of not putting us on the list, they should at least make sure we received good service, but that wasn't the case. Getting the bill was another ordeal. Fed up with waiting, we got up and went to pay at the bar. For us, it's a no-go: we'll never go back, and we don't recommend it. A terrible experience.
We expected more... We all agreed, the food wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best either. The cuttlefish dish was quite small for the price. The mushrooms stuffed with ham and aioli were over-fried, with too much batter, and the accompanying fries tasted strange. They were very dry... I suppose because they'd been in the oven too long. The octopus salad tasted only of onion. The only dish that was good and actually enjoyed was the sirloin steak with whiskey sauce, but the rest... nothing special! The service from the waiters was good. They were quick and friendly. Although we were quite cold outside. They should have heaters or radiators so customers feel comfortable. The price? Expensive for what the dinner was. €22 per person.
