This is our favorite restaurant in Shaver. The lake views are beautiful, and the food and bevvies are great. They make their soups and dressings from scratch, and the ribs are the best I've had. The service is friendly and efficient, and the owner is usually on the premises helping out. Add live music on the weekends, and dinner shows featuring bands like Pablo Cruise, and you have a terrific experience in the natural beauty of Shaver Lake.

Best meal ever after the little tornado came through and wiped us out a bit on the patio. It was a freaky thing that happened. The waitress was wonderful.

Definitely a place to visit if you feel a break in the routine on a Sunday after church have lunch and why not do some fishing and have a snowball fight in the snow season of course. :(If we ever get rain so it can snow);

Great service, great view of Shaver, decent food. Maybe they ran out of ground beef. Hamburger was small and flat.🤔

Really nice seating on the deck and lots of windows for indoor dining. The parking lot is very small but within easy walking distance of cabins in the area. The food was just OK, not that great. There are better and less expensive alternatives within a 10-minute drive.

The waitress was super friendly. The food portions are very good. The food quality is ok. My steak sandwich was over cooked. The table next to use ordered the calzone, which looks like it could feed 3. Prices were a bit high. My cocktail was weak.

Atmosphere - Views are great; but, while eating our large table umbrella suddenly launched into the air and landed on the people beside us - fortunately no one was hurt. Food was below average - Sirloin Steak and Herb Chicken were both overcooked/dry and lacked flavor. Veggies also overcooked and had "boxed" mashed potatoes. Service was good; but, very overpriced. Several better places to eat in the area. Will not go back.

It took over an hour for food to come out and service was sparse. The price was too much for the quality and definitely for the service. We should have spent our time at the lake instead.

There are 2 of us and we asked to sit on patio on this beautiful day.... the hostess tells us Sorry the patio is for large groups only of 4 or more people... if they were packed I might have understood but as you can see by my picture not full on patio and no one waiting and almost empty inside..needless to say we went and spent our money on beer and food at the Pub and Grub and the service was outstanding... Great views is all this place has going for it. If you can turn $$customers away in the restaurant business you have No business running one!!
