Worst service! Lady in the drive thru had a horrible attitude and was rushing me to order..mind you I had just drove up. I ordered jalapeños and didn’t get them. Worst part my daughter found a wire in her chicken . I have tried to call them numerous times and they don’t answer.

This location is right outside of our neighborhood, so we used it often out of convenience. Seems like every time we come here they never have chicken. We always have to wait for several minutes.

Ordered an 8-piece. Only got 6 pieces. Specifically, ordered 4 drums, 2 thighs, and 2 breasts. Got 2 tiny drums, 2 breasts, and 2 wings.

Worse church’s chicken I’ve ever been to. Chicken tasted old with a funny flavor and was chewy. Was charged for a 5 piece tender meal for chicken sandwich meal, overcharged.

My initial visit to this location was met with an attitude from the staff, which occurred approximately two years ago. Upon my return today, I encountered a similar issue when I politely requested a biscuit that was not burnt and hard. I was taken aback by the staff member's negative reaction to my reasonable request. As someone who does not consume overcooked food, I was simply seeking a decent dining experience. Unfortunately, even my chicken was hard, and I visited during a relatively off-peak hour of 10:00. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with this location and strongly suggest that management address the issue of staff members bringing their personal problems and attitudes to work.

Really bad customer service!! I pulled over about 9:40 and the two person attending at the drive thru just told me that they close at 10 but at that time they just have some leftovers and if I wanted the chicken tenders it would have to be the spicy ones, that means they'd give me what's left and not fresh chicken?? so what is the point to close at until 10 if they're not going to sell fresh chicken? They'd better close whenever they don't want to cook anymore! Plus, the way that lady spoke through the speaker was so horrible, and on top of that, she kept pressuring me because she said they were going to close soon, smh!

Do not ever go here I was charged for some chicken. I did not want. I told him to do a refund. It took them 30 minutes and they printed out the same receipt and said that my money will come 5 to 7 days my money never hit my card and that was $40. I talked to the manager and he told me that he had to talk to another person that was in upper management to get my $40 back even though he had a receipt And also I told him it should be on the cameras. I told him the time that it was done and nothing was done about it. I would never suggest this place. They’re disgusting. I hope they get shut down. I’m gonna also report them to Better Business Bureau after I talk to corporate.

Every time I come to this location my food is horrible and never fresh the employees are extremely rude today. the employee gave me cold chicken and the building just opened at 10:00am the biscuits were burned she told me it had nothing to do with her she does not have a name tag but she is working drive through on march 1 2025 at 10:34am I will never eat here again because your employees are very rude and I also waited for fresh chicken which she said would take 15mins but actually took over 30 mins and still was extremely rude and the manger just stranded there and didn’t do anything to an unsatisfactory customer please make changes.

So I came to Church’s on my lunch break to order a Two piece dark meal with fires and an apple pie. The cashier was so busy watching her manager talk to a customer she didn’t acknowledge me standing in front of her and when she did, I asked her did they have Shrimp ready she was like no I asked her. Did they have the chicken fried steak ready? She was like no then I asked her for a two piece dark with french fries a Dr Pepper with easy ice and an apple pie with extra icing so Ashely turns for me to store my order. I’m looking at the label over the chicken so she proceeds to put spicy chicken pick up the spicy dark meat to pack my order and I was like no I told you regular not spicy so I end up just going through the drive-through went through the drive-through and poor customer service from the front counter to the drive-through. I had to repeat my order three times to the same lady when I get to the window they hit in my food, and I asked the manager the guy.what was my total. So I pay and proceeded to head back to work.. Now once I arrive I get ready to eat my food and this is what it looks like.. French fries were lukewarm no biscuit and ketchup nothing.. I’m truly pissed at this point. I’ve called the restaurant four times Mo Answer. I ve went online and still can’t get it touch with anyone.. I want my money back.. I wouldn’t send my Dog there.. POOR CUSTOMER Service!!

Tried ordering over the phone and couldn't understand them. Went in person and ordered for my pregnant fiancé and I. Ordered a 5 count chicken tender and left. By the time I got back to my hotel room, I noticed I was missing 2 tenders. So I had 3/5. Tried calling the store again, and someone hung up on the other side. I should have double-checked before I left the restaurant, but also, someone else should be doing their job. Will not be doing business here anymore.

I asked myself if I work at Church's Chicken why would I look at something that's old and sell it to somebody say I'm going to cook you something fresh nice light embrace so you get a 1 star
