I tried Shake Shack The ShackBurger tasted really good — fresh meat, soft bun, and great flavor overall. But the size of the burger is really small, and honestly one isn’t enough to make you full. Overall, the taste is great, but the portion is too small for the price.

Our first visit here. The young lady that helped us was exceptional. She explained the menu and helped us navigate the kiosk to order, which turned out to be pretty simple. We ordered the smoke stack and the shack stack, bacon cheese fries and parmesan fries, a vanilla shake and a coffee shake. The burgers were good, really tasty, but a little smaller than we expected. The shakes were kinda thin, tasted fine but nothing spectacular, and the fries were really not great. Our total was $60, which could have been spent on a much better meal. I'm not saying we would not eat there again, but it wouldn't be the first choice.

Usually pretty crowded, finding a table can be challenging and prices are bit higher than other fast food chain, but their special Dubai chocolate shake is pretty unique and fun, so points for creativity and getting into the hype!

Their shroom Burger is delicious for VEGAN. My husband gets it every time. I love it too - I love mushroom though. Fresh burgers. Simple and basic but delicious. Get the root-beer on the draft. It goes well together with the burger. There is root-beer float too. Yum! The chicken nuggets are delicious as well. +: The kids can play at the yard in front of the mall and book store next to it. - : order at the tablet and the system is slow sometimes and price is on the high side.

Shake Shack is a NY-based, modern-looking upscale burger concept with freshly cooked food and an unconvincing price tag. It offers takeout or dine-in and has a walk-up window. The atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant, but make no mistake—it is fast food, with counter service and self-service condiments, etc. The food is on par with Five Guys, so if you like a gourmet burger, this is an excellent fast option. Food aside, the price is steep, costing nearly $20, plus the suggested tip, in north Houston, which is pretty expensive compared to other options. Even though you order at a kiosk and interact with no one, you are asked to tip on your already costly meal, which somehow feels wrong. While I like the food, it's not my first choice because the quality and service are not worth the premium price. It may be worth the treat if you are at the mall already and have some extra cash.

The restaurant was super busy upon arrival, we tried to reserve an area for my daughter's birthday but was informed that they are too busy to do so unless outside. Well, that's not an option in this Houston heat. We were able to gather together just fine on the inside one the crowd moved out. I tried the shake stack, it was delicious. Quite a bit cheesy though. So if you're not a cheese fan, try the shack burger. The flavor in the patty was good. Some might say it's a small burger, but it was filling for me. I also ordered the cheese fries. They were good as well. All my food came out hot. I tried the oreo funnel cake shake. It was different, yet delicious. The staff was nice and provided excellent customer service. That's always a plus in my book. I can't wait to try this place again.

It was okay. Nothing spectacular. Food was hot and fresh. It was good, meaning it wasn't the wrost. Lol. Service was friendly. Place was clean. It is a bit pricey for a burger place. For five meals we spent 100 bucks so not somewhere I'd eat often. Reminds me of five guys with everything being priced separately. Would I go again? Maybe. If there was nothing else I wanted, sure. All and all 6/10.

I really love their food but I am sad it has been the second time that I am missing a burger from my to go order 😔. After the first time that happened I started checking to make sure my order was complete. I did not check this time and missed a burger again. I noticed when I got home so it did not make sense to trying go back.

Fantastic food. Got a single patty bacon cheese burger, onion rings and a fountain drink. My total (which includes a pre-loaded 'gratuity') was $21! Seriously good food, seriously over priced. I'm also not a fan of tips at an establishment that does not employ servers - people who's income is derived mostly from tips. For the prices Shakeshack charges, their employees better be well-paid!

Server was great but the food and soda were terrible. Quality wasn't there. First off, the burger and grilled cheese sandwich were extremely small and flat, like the size of my fist. Also, the soda tasted like tap water with fizz and food coloring, it didn't taste like Fanta Orange Soda. I just threw it away after a sip. This is the 1st time I gave this place a try. Never again. Other fast food restaurants have better options and even better pricing.

Very loud. The person taking orders didnt even acknowledge that i was there. There was no "hello, what can i get for you" just a simple stare. I was offended but the family was hungry and i had kids with me so i ordered from the little self-order kiosks that they have. The food took a long time and once it arrived, it was slightly above room temp. The patty seemed to have been slapped onto a bun from being "hot held" for a while and not cooked to order. Which baffles me as to why the order took so long. The fries were fresh and crispy but not as hot as I hoped for. The ketchup was out. I also had to clean my own table since the employees didnt seem to understand the concept of keeping a clean restaurant.

I ordered a milkshake, and a few minutes later I got the one that had been sitting on the food-ready rack since I got there. I asked why, and the person just asked me if I wanted more whipped cream. Very expensive and not worth it.

The food is extreamly greasy. To the point where i couldnt eat it. My husbands lettace wrap had water in it. Not coming back. For the price we were NOT impressed. They do not offer meal combos everything is a la carte. For 3 people we spent $55.00

Definitely not worth it. I ordered the cheese burger with truffles. What I received was a flattened, tasteless, pathetic excuse for burger which looked nothing like what was shown on the menu. Head over to In-N-Out instead. You’ll spend less and it will taste a heck of a lot better.
