It took 20 minutes in the drive thru with 2 cars in front of me. I got a large vanilla cone, and it was the size of a medium. Now I remember why I do not stop their.

This is the worst’s daily queen I ever been to they are never open on time like today it was 4 minutes before opening at 11:00 it was 10:52 and won’t even open this is why they are going under I’ll never do business here again

Came here for a field trip, half the kids got ice cream but it was more of sour milk. When teacher told them they cleaned the stuff from the night before. We didn’t get new ice cream or refunds.

Literally waited in line for almost 30 minutes with only two cars in front of me, ordered reaper tacos with extra cheese and barely got any cheese at all, people are rude and unprofessional. I've been to a lot of Dairy Queens and I've never been to one this horrible. Never going back again. This particular DQ sucks so bad. What a waste of time and money. So many people complain and you guys literally do nothing about it while we're all just getting robbed. Very nice...

This is hands down the slowest and most unhelpful Dairy Queen in all of Texas. I’ve never experienced such poor service at a DQ before. It took a ridiculous 35 minutes just to get two toasts and French fries. I ended up wasting my entire lunch break waiting for my food. Absolutely unacceptable. If you're looking for quick service, I’d suggest going anywhere but here. The worst DQ experience ever. I don't know how this place is still open

It was slow service.new Manger was yelling at young man like he was and idiot. Was served wrong food.wasnt aloud to get tea heard Manger tell young man we don't make it for one it was 3 in the afternoon. No ice !. She was in kitchen cooking .hamburger bum was cold and cooked wrong.Will be along time before we go back McDonald's she faster and better service..

Don’t come here. Ordered a 4 piece chicken basket in the drive through. They told me to pull around and they would bring me my food. I’ve been waiting here in my car for 1 hour. I’m parked right by the front door with my window down. Still no food. Also there was only 2 cars in front of me. Not like I was waiting behind 10 cars. Very slow There’s a Mexican restaurant next door, I saw people go in and eat and come out and leave. I’m still waiting for a 4 piece chicken meal, I didn’t even order a drink. What are they doing in there ?

Went in for lunch, ordered steak finger baskets. Waited 30 minutes and the guy in the kitchen yells out just waiting on your fries. We get our food and head out, ( working and eating on the go) Opened the box and the fries are cold 🥶, gravy is like mashed potatoes and the toast was 🔥. Steak fingers were so so. Anyways 15 minutes after eating what we could, had to call it a day because we were sick as Hell from eating there. Never again Silsbee DQ.

Extremely slow. Pulled in to the drive through at 12:00 with 3 cars in front of me took them 15 minutes to move the line forward 1car. Left after sitting at the order speaker for 5 minutes and no one asked me what I wanted. Employees seem to have missed the concept of FAST food. Don't go here if you have anything else to do that day.

Ordered a DQ Dude, Fries and a shake at drive through window. They insisted on bringing food out to the car if I would pull up front and park. Got home with food and saw there was grease literally pouring out of the bag all over my clothing and my new car. Fries were not even cooked. Called to speak with manager and was told they were on another call. I explained the problem to staff on the phone. Barely got an apology out of them. They did not offer to refund money or fix another order properly. Will NEVER go there again. Eat at your own risk. Wouldn't stop there if they were the last place on this earth to eat.

I have more bad experience stories than I have space to talk about here. We consistently get the wrong items, the service is slow. I ordered a royal cheesecake blizzard and got a cup that was halfway full of regular vanilla ice cream, with the top half being a few bites of the cheesecake with a scoop of strawberry on top, not at all what the item says it is. I ordered meat and cheese nachos with no jalapenos, and the item had to be remade 3 times to get it right (and this was a simple item). I could go on and on, but the fact stands, this is a poor excuse for a food service retailer, and it would take quite a lot for me to go back there at this point.

CONS: The service was HORRIBLE. Both my boyfriend and I had to repeat our orders to the high as a cloud cashier. All we wanted were two cheese burgers (one with no veggies and one with no lettuces), two fries, a root beer, and that one blue icy drink. When he FINALLY punched it into the register, we paid and sat down. We waited about 20 minutes for our order in which time about FOUR FAMILIES all with multiple small hyper children came in and order ice cream. They were all fed before us. Upon finally getting our food, we only got the fries. It was another five minutes at least before we got the rest. The rest turned out to be two completely plain burgers, two sprites, and the blue drink. We asked for our money back and left. PROS: The couple of fries that I picked at were good. The blue drink was good and they didn't seem to mind that I still took it with me out the door, and the manager was nice and seemed upset by the terrible service we were given. She apologized too.
