Only myself and woman with 2 small children there at 1:00 on a Friday afternoon and took 10 minutes to get the greasiest 1/4 pounder I’ve ever seen. Dripping grease. All the young female employees working in kitchen were laughing and joking in Spanish. Avoid this McDonalds. Also has no self serve beverage bar, why? Slow service, poor quality food, employees too busy playing to serve customers.

They are offering terrible service! On Saturday, we ordered a simple Happy Meal through the mobile app. My husband went to pick it up, and it took them 40 minutes to prepare it. No one had the courtesy to ask him if he needed anything; they all ignored him. Why do they do that? If they see that he's been waiting for a long time, they should ask him if he needs anything. He tried to talk to them, but no one paid attention to him. Terrible service. Today we went back because my son loves McDonald's, and unfortunately, we found a hair in his McNuggets.

If it takes you 20 minutes to count to 6 for an order with just a happy meal then you should not be employed here. Literally the most basic of tasks.

Order was placed at 9:47. Hopped in line at 9.50, pulled up to speaker, current time is 10:20. Have not moved spots in 17 mins. Have been sitting in park. Absolutely horrible.

Pulled in to door dash went to speaker and let them know, took 20 minutes for the order. Came back for several but the second time I just pulled straight to windows and was rudely told to stop at speaker next time even though that order came out instantly.

My son loves chicken nuggets so I ordered online to pick up for his lunch at school. I get to the drive thru speaker only to be told they didn't have my order. I parked, went inside only to find chaos everywhere I looked. Waited at the register and finally left and went to Dairy Queen because I was now running late. After lunch I checked my bank account and found where I was charged for McDonald's. I went back and spoke to the Manager. I was told if they didn't recieve it then the funds would be reversed. Now I have to watch my bank account and pray I don't have to go back. This is the second time this has happened and recently. Last time I got them to give me my order. Today I did not have time.

I accidently placed an order at a store maybe 1-2 hrs away. They wrongfully charged me after stating i could call back if it charges me. I called back to get my refund and the girl on the phone refused and was very unprofessional. Of course i get outraged because that is THEFT! Absolute TRASH. *The reviews speak for themselves. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service.*

Monday August 11 , 2025 my friend went to Lumberton TX McDonald's and she ordered three hot & spicy chicken sandwiches & one hamburger 🍔 & so she brought our hot & spicy chicken sandwiches back to us & her daughter bite into her hot & spicy chicken sandwich & started spitting her hot & spicy chicken sandwich out cause come to find out her hot & spicy chicken sandwich had some bone piece s in that hot & spicy chicken sandwich. So my friend called that McDonald's and had told about her daughter biting into a some pieces of bone in her hot & spicy chicken sandwich & my friend told her that we are bringing that hot & spicy chicken sandwich & pieces of bone back up there to them . So when her & her daughter went into McDonald's to show them that hot & spicy chicken sandwich and pieces of bone the lady didn't won't to believe her that that bone piece couldn't have came out of that hot & spicy chicken sandwich & wanted to give my friend & her daughter a hard time of believing them & didn't really want give her daughter a refund for that hot & spicy chicken sandwich having pieces of bone in that sandwich , but she did replaced that hot & spicy chicken & bone pieces sandwich with a large fries 🍟 after all . So fair warning everyone who buys hot & spicy chicken sandwich should check it for bone piece s in them .

This is the absolute WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever eaten at. I order here often, online. I can’t tell you how many times my order has been canceled when I’ve arrived. Chance after chance because my kids love happy meals. Today ordered online, to sit there for 15 minutes to having to go inside. Of course order is wrong, burgers are burnt and have nothing but a slap of cheese on them. Didn’t give me my drinks, or my French fries to only have to go BACK inside for them to fix my order. An hour later and we are finally getting to eat some crappy burnt food. This place really needs to get it together. I understand it’s “fast food” but I’m spending the money I work for, and deserve to AT LEAST get the dang order right the first time!!! Will not be eating here again. I’ll drive to Silsbee if we want McDonald’s.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Placed an order for inside pick up, walk in and they said the inside closes at 10 pm (mind you, the website states 11pm and the app still lets you place orders for the inside) and to go through the drive thru. Get to the speaker, they say oh you have an inside pick up….. ordered sweet tea, got unsweet. Asked for sauce, no sauce. Fries were thrown in the bag and ice cold. Nothing good to say about this location.
