We used the drive-through. The service was quick and accommodating. The lady helped with the flavors of blizzards we were looking for. The ice cream could have been a little colder when we got it. With that said, we ate it quick, so no harm, no foul.

Excellent service. Drive through was really busy so we went in. We ordered dipped cone and hot fudge sundae. Both were great. Service was wonderful. Only thing is I wish they would put alittle hot fudge in bottom of cup then put ice cream and then put the hot fudge. Overall wonderful experience. Will return.

everytime i come here i blast "god bless the usa" by lee greenwood because the food here makes me do the worm on the hood of my car in such joy and excitement i love their blizzards i love their chicken mmm mmm mmm toenail licking good

This place was busy on Friday night. Our youth team celebrated there. I only had a blizzard but most families bought meals. Steak fingers were a particular favorite. Meals were hot and tasty. Service was good. Folks were friendly and helpful. Ice cream was delicious, just what we expected!! 😄

Dq did not give me my ice cream I paid for. Has made mistakes many times before.and by the time doordash delivered my dinner 1 mile from my house, it was cold and my fries were a kids size not a small size. It will be a long time before I order here again

I don’t understand I can order two burgers and order tacos and fries drinks and the burger be wrong and taste old anyways. And the fries cold but I waited 15 minutes to receive this and when you talk to the mgr with short hair you get ladie you get attitude how do you fix that problem ignore the fact you spent. 38 bucks walk out and go down the street to hamburger depot no tacos but food was great this place has gone downhill and needs to be updated seriously

15 minutes before they closed I was craving a chili cheese dog. Got home and this was what I got. I called them and they said it was too late to do anything they were closing. Well I don’t want one tomorrow. It was for then, so I went hungry and it was a huge inconvenience.

Just another failing DQ... everytime i come here it's always an issue, but today takes the cake! I ordered a cherry limeade in the drive thru, and when I get to window.. nobody is moving just sitting around talking and giggling.. I get the girls attention to come to the window and I ask for my drink, she tells me she can't make it right now cause they have to run to the store and get more limes... are you kidding me? Nope... im just supposed to wait in line while one of the other girls goes grocery shopping... this store being managed like this will to be closed soon like the others..

We have been big Dairy Queen fans all our lives but our experience last night changed everything. We called in our usual order and went inside to pick it up. We got two Dude meals with an order of beef nachos. The dudes were 100% gray...meat, "breading", everything. There was no crunch to the "breading" and it wasn't in the least bit browned. The nachos were absolutely horrible too. It was like they had been made for hours. The chips were grainy and soggy and everything was floating in grease. We've had all of this to go many times before and never, ever had anything "taste" like what we got last night. We threw our food away and we aren't picky people...it was just that bad. Also, the entire staff seemed angry at each other, slamming things, arguing over headsets, etc. The manager was rude to the employees and to at least one customer. The tension in there was so high, we wouldn't have been surprised if they all had started fighting one another. We have never experienced anything like this at Lumberton Dairy Queen before. It will be a while, if ever, before we go back.

Placed order had to repeat order three times to the lady. Then they ask us to pull around and wait 15 minutes we go in and finally they hand us the bag. Get into the truck and what do you know it’s all wrong. Then go back inside and it’s like pulling teeth to get a refund. Hell no I don’t want to wait another 15 minutes in hopes you can successfully make a simple burger.
