I placed an order over the phone, because the app wasn't working. The first employee I spoke with sympathized, took the order, and promised it would be ready in just minutes. I live just minutes from the location, so I left immediately. The sandwich was finished, upon my arrival. The two individuals behind the counter were helping a few baseball team families when one of them noticed me. Shelby was kind enough to pull me to the register (while sandwiches toasted), then wished me a good day. 100% Overall Satisfaction

This location is really good. Clean, friendly very respectful. They greet as you arrive and leave. Take pride in making your sandwich and listening attentively. And if you order a double meat portion, you GET a double meat!! A definite recommend in this small town!

Not good customer service at this location. Didn’t toast sandwich when ordered online.

The lady with the blue hair is extremely rude. I tried to ask her what all meat they had and she said I’m not naming all of them and they were out of two. I said can you just name a couple of them. And she said like I said I’m not naming them there all up there. This whole time I was being respectful and she was being all out rude. Wouldn’t recommend going when she’s there.

The food was almost ok. Way to much pickles, bkack olive and peppers, but the lady making our sandwichs was on speed for sure. My sandwich was torn all apart while she was wrapping it. NEVER WILL I EAT HERE AGAIN. IF I COULD GIVE -5 STARS I WOULD.

Employee was very rude to my fiancé. She asked my fiancé what size cup she wanted, and when my fiancé asked what size was smaller (medium or regular), she said “medium. Duh.”. My fiancé wasn’t greeted at all, she waited a few minutes for her order to be taken, no other customers were present but a few employees were standing around. When my fiancé asked for the receipt the employee who took her order said “but I was gonna throw it away. You need it?” Extremely rude service. I don’t have a name of the employee, but she was a white lady with white hair, her shirt size I’d assume is large.

I’m only giving one star because I can’t give zero. The way me and my family were treated was unacceptable. We tried to put an online order in, was charged the money, and it was still rejected. We were told very rudely by the lady with white hair that there was nothing she could do and we’d have to call the office only for the office not to answer and the messages be full. I walked back in to ask her name and witnessed her cursing under her breath while making a customers order. If this is how customers are treated I will not hesitate to never eat at this location again. Do better.

The lady was not helping the new employee do anything she was just standing there doing nothing they need to fire her. Just because she shows up everyday doesn’t mean you don’t have to fire here don’t recommended
