ABBIE the team lead is very accommodating. I called in with a minor complaint (missing pickle spears, very minor) and she was extremely nice and helped us! The drive up team is also extremely nice and overall I'm happy! Thank you Abby !!
First time at this one and I have to say the service was great. I order specific sandwiches and they made them perfectly. They were fresh and delicious.
Ordered through the app a little less than a hr before they closed and had it ready by 8:45pm. When I got their it was hot fresh and ready. I got the California pizza on flat bread and asked them to go easy on the Chipotle. I had never eaten here before but a friend had posted about ordering this the other day and said how good it was so I thought I'd give it a try...best pizza I've seriously ever had. I loved the way they cut it so you got a good amt of ingredients in every bite. The regular crust as also good and is the pizza in the second picture...I go back and forth between flat bread and the regular lol but seriously I Highly recommend.

My husband brought me my go-to sandwich — the Avocado Turkey — and it was sad. Thin. Flat. If I wanted a sad, thin sandwich, I’d have gone to Subway or made one at home. Schlotzsky’s, I’ve always loved you, but come on now — I’m paying for the veggies, so please put them on there! I’d hate to stop eating here (I’ve already been boycotting Pizza Hut for 8 years), and I don’t want to add you to that list. Do better, please… because I really want to keep coming back. The manager (Kisten) told me after ordering a calzon that the prices have changed as of just now (since I just ordered) that the prices have went up several dollars. I asked if she could honor the prices posted on the menus, she rudely told me no and blamed it on the owners "dumb decisions". That's false advertisement also. Due to her attitude I will go to chick-fil-a for now on. That incompetence in a so called leader position had lost and will continue to lose this company business. I was a regular and will never come back. You need to hire more professional "managers ".
Waited at drive thru speaker for a few minutes and when I spoke, I was rudely told be right with you, then another 18 minutes in line. Car behind had enough and pulled away. When I told the cashier she that's the second time today. It was only 1 in the afternoon. Should be a hint lady !
Over the last 3 years, they've made our food correctly maybe twice. It's now more worthwhile to drive to Beaumont and order with Dowlen Rd. At least everything will be correct.
The food was delicious, but unfortunately, the service was the worst I have ever experienced. The person taking my order was rude and disrespectful. While I was trying to place my order, he interrupted me several times then proceeded to order something for me that I didn’t want. Not only did he get my order wrong, but he also mocked and made rude comments about my friends and I. Later I was shocked to learn that Jay was the manager. This experience has completely ruined any chance of me ever returning to this location.
Food is good. Customer service is one of the worst I have experienced. The manger J was rude and disrespectful for no apparent reason. He mocked both my friends and I. He was dismissive and sarcastic. His actions have certainly changed my opinion of this establishment. Do not recommend!
I’m writing this review for the purpose of the owners to view as I was told to do so by an employee of this establishment, which I won’t name so they are not retaliated against. As I was told it’s the best way to reach the owners and pass the word along about the management of their business. I placed a phone order with a young man and asked if I needed to come in or go through the drive through. He advised me to go through the drive through window and pick it up. I arrived about 10 minutes after and went straight through the drive through to be met by the “manager” Matthew Johnson and face of this “hospitality, family friendly” restaurant, with a very ill-mannered, nasty tone and a “head bob” “Can I help you!?” I replied “yes, I have a call in order, they told me to come through the drive through “ he replied back with “well you didn’t stop at the order screen so I didn’t know you were here” I told him “ I had only been here for about 30 seconds, no big deal” he snapped back “well your food isn’t ready so pull ahead!” And slammed the window behind him. I waited for him to return and asked if there was a problem?? I was doing what I was told and why was he being hostile?! He told me “PULL AHEAD , I’m going to deal with another customer, (talking over me) then proceeded to tell me to come inside and we would “deal with this” all while bobbing his head and with a disrespectful, ghetto tone!! I immediately pulled around and went inside and he HID in the back from me acting like he was so frazzled working the window at a fast food place which no one was even in the restaurant , they had 2 tables. I waited for about 10 minutes or more and he stopped working the window and “took a phone call in the back to talk to someone about their app” lol I spoke to the employee in the front and I got the subtle hint that he is always this way and that’s what they have to deal with because he is friends with the “owners “ son so his foul behavior is allowed! They told me I needed to talk to the GM Kristen or her sister because they would LOVE to know about this, as I’m assuming they have issues with him like this all the time. I also spoke with Tabitha at the Beaumont location and let her know and she advised me to call Tuesday and talk to Kristen as well. I have been coming to the Beaumont location for 13+ years and now frequent the Lumberton location, and I have never and this goes for for ANY restaurant or establishment in general seen anyone in a management position act this way. Customers are the life of this business, without us coming and spending our money here he would not have a job and this business would not be here. He is in that position strictly from a buddy system, and NOT because he knows how to fill that role and everything that it entails! I’m sure his attitude traces back to his home life and maybe the fact that he is 45+ years old and that is as far as he’s made it in life, I don’t know whether to be annoyed with him or feel sorry for him. I have spoken with the owners in passing at each location when they are there, and they are very decent people and I know would not have someone like this representing them if they knew how he was treating their guest. I intend to call back and follow up with Kristen and hopefully the owners.
EDITED MY REVIEW TO ONE STAR: Just left this location and on my son's ham and cheese sandwich they just didn't put the ham?????? Went around 8:20-8:30 but still not an excuse to literally only put a slice of cheese on a sandwich and send it out. After this incident and what I've said below we will not be returning to this location again. At least not for awhile. It's a hit or miss with the food. Sometimes the food is okay, but then other times it's very low quality. For example, the California flatbread I have ordered countless times was missing the avocado and basically only had the chicken and sauce a few months ago. My son's order is always botched. (Ham and cheese sandwich) The pepperoni pizza is my main choice when coming here and you never know if it's going to be good or bad. (Lack of sauce. Almost old tasting) I ordered a chicken Caesar salad at one point and didn't even eat my meal because the salad tasted so off. Frequently out of the soup I want. The customer service at this specific location defers you to just going to the Beaumont location as well as the food quality. Which is a shame because this location used to be pretty decent. Gave 3 stars because it's a good chain restaurant. This particular location just drops the ball a lot of the time.
