Opinions de Arby's Simi Valley
I mean it's Arby's. Did you know it's like RB, for Roast Beef? That's what I got. Just plain Roast Beef. It was salty and beefy and delicious. I also got the mac and cheese, which I'll pass on next time. It was fine. And any place that carries Diet Dr. Pepper is my kinda joint.
Drive thru experience was off the charts! William was amazing and I haven't gone to an Arby's in over a year but will go to this one more often because of him!
Fast food chains always get floored when it comes to reviews. But this Arby's seems to be doing something right. I've been here more than a few times now to get my roast beef fix in and the employees here always churn out what appears to be perfection. It always tastes fresh. Maybe Im just the lucky customer but because the consistency is there and the service is quick and friendly it's a solid 5 stars from me. Keep it up, Arby's
I usually get the $1.00 sliders and they are well worth it. One will actually fill you up. Only thing is after 5 pm they are $1.60 and I think they should stay at a buck all day long because I wont buy them after 5pm. I have to stay Arby's makes it a fun experience you get to ring the bell if service was great and I always ring the bell. The restaurant is clean and the food is abouve my expectations for a fast food place! That's why I gave Arby's 5 stars.
This was nice. The Arby's near us have all recently closed but this one is doing brisk business. Despite being busy it is very clean and the staff are regularly using hand sanitizer and cleaning the counters. The food is standard Arby's and that is a good thing!
This Arby's is newly built & really nice! Has a drive thru, outdoor seating & best yet, an indoor restroom! Employees are super friendly & the food is fantastic! There is a gentleman there name Corey, he is phenomenal! He is courteous, helpful,& friendly! He takes great care of us & all of the other costumers that we watch come in. He has such a great personality & smile that he keeps us going back not just for the good hot meals, but to see him as well!
Aside from the huge rush period when everybody wanted to go to this Arby's, I would say that this restaurant is relatively quiet. The interior decor is good (no idea why fast food restaurants after getting better decor these days). It's relatively clean compared to the norm. Food is what is expected of Arby's. It's good enough that you wouldn't think that you're at a fast food restaurant any more. I usually visit once a week if I can.
I used the drive thru and had a coupon for 2 for $6.49 Gyro sandwiches. They were good but I wish they had a little more Taziki sauce. I'll ask for extra next time.
The food is decent 3 to 4 stars the people are outstanding and they are #1 in cleanliness compared to any restaurant in Simi even better than Reds and there the only restaurant of any type where the people preparing and handling your food always wear and change there gloves appropriately. It is the #1 place I would feel comfortable eating at with our issues at this time.
It had been a long time since I was last at an Arby's. I'm newish to the area and have driven by quiet a few times so I thought I'd give it a try. Had a beef and cheddar with curly fries as good as I remember or better Looking forward to going back.
It was delicious! Love this place! It was so cheap! I loved when I said to the cashier “surprise me!” When asked what sauce I wanted and he misheard me and said “spicy?” So I got spicy sauce! It was such a pleasant I will RETURN like it or not!!! ;-)
I love this place!! So, it's Arbys and it's an American institution, but more over this particular store is awesome. Very clean, easy to get in and get out. The food was on time, hot, the server was super sweet and very helpful, quick, thorough and concise. The inside and out are all nicely kept and modern even down to the "all-gender" bathrooms. 10 out of 10, 5 stars all the way, thumbs up completely, I'll be back and I'll look to find more Arbys in my travels. Oh and by the by the new Luau menu, sooooooooooo good!
The beef n cheddar and chicken breast is good like always. New store is nice with wood accents giving it a cozy feel. Definitely my go to place for a decent roast beef or chicken sandwich!
Writing on behalf of Trisha Paytas; she loved the customer service, the FRESH and CRISPY fries! Such a good cheese pull on the Mots sticks!
Tasty Fish burger, Curley fries. Highly recommend others to try this place.

I forgot how good an Arby's classic was! Loved the horsey sauce. Nice, big seating area, too. The curly fries were great, too.
Employees here were quick to assist if we needed anything additional, and handled our large order without issue
Always great food. Makes me wonder why they are not more popular.
Arby's has famous roast beef sandwiches as well as reuben sandwiches, hamburgers and many other things. The best deals are as a Rewards member where you'll usually get free sandwich or side every week or BOGO.
Arby’s is always good for me. I never get sick eating there and it always tastes great. This particular branch has low volume when I go so that’s a plus. Parking is awesome. Bathrooms are clean
We often during the evening times. The food is hot, fresh, and crispy(referring to the ckn sandwich) and the staff is very kind too. Their burgers are also delicious 😋 Its such a cozy spot.

I've been waiting so long for an Arby's with a drive - thru. Food is still as good as ever. But unfortunately, both times I've gone through, there was a problem with the employee getting my order correct or taking longer than it should have. Maybe they were extra - new.
Not bad for a fast food restaurant chain. The dining area clean and the staff is friendly. The food fares average. If u r hungry for a roast beef sandwich Arby's is good for a quick stop.
**UPDATE** I've decided to change my review based on the response from management that I received shortly after posting. The manager quickly determined that I'd been served the wrong type of meat: brisket meat instead of the thinly-sliced and tender roast beef. The manager offered a free meal replacement the next time I visit. That's pretty good customer service, and I am pleased with the response. I'll leave a less-than-perfect 4-star review just because the brisket shouldn't have been so dry and filled with so much gristle, but they promised to resolve my issue and i am glad that the soft, moist roast beef is still a thing. **Original Review** Arby's sliced beef (the beef they use in their classic roast beef sandwiches and other sandwiches) used to be thinly sliced and soft, mostly free of fat sinew and other undesirable bits. Since the COVID-19 Pandemic, however, it seems quality has taken a massive hit: The sliced beef is thicker and not as soft, filled with sinew and hard, rubbery strips of fat. The classic sandwich I bought from this location the other day was tough, thick, dry, and full of rubbery fat. Biting into the sandwich resulted in the entire contents pulling out from the buns because of the rubbery fat sinew. Gone are the days of high quality beef slices, moist and soft, free of rubbery fat. Won't be going back unless this improves.
They definitely have the best chocolate shake of any fast food place.
Enjoyed dinner with a friend. Accidentally ordered The Classic, we thought it had cheese. We were wrong. We took them up to the counter and the manager was kind enough to explain and replace our sandwiches. But, he went a step further and let us keep the sandwiches we accidentally ordered. Thank you for your understanding and helping us out. 👍
Great food as always! Very tolerant with coupons and they got our order right too! Looking to avoid high fructose corn syrup? Ask for their tangy BBQ sauce.
This is a very modern Arby's compared to the one in Thousand Oaks. I like the outdoor seating but it was too hot to eat outside today. Arby's always does very good on their meats. One thing about Arby's that is interesting to me is I always see employees eating inside the restaurant. Most fast food restaurants that I go to the employees will never eat there. Everything is clean and the desert is delicious. There is plenty of parking at this location. I took away one star because there is no wifi there.
Great quality food More like a good Sandwich shop vs fast food Fast drive through The Brisket Bacon Beef dip was full of awesome tasty meats!!!

The roast beef sandwich buns were stale while the French dip roll was nice and soft. Asked for 15 arby sauces but got 5. Arby's management confirmed they will address these issues. Love the quick response!
The food was good, the service; not so much. As usual at most places these days, it was a young kid that took my order. His voice was like a zombie with not an out of thusiasm and he sounded like he would rather be anywhere but there. I get it, most people don't like having to work, but damn. When I pulled out, I realized he had forgotten my drink, do I come back around. "Oh yeah" was all the zombie managed. No apology, nothing.
I hate to rate it 3stars. I love Arby's, but the shift manager took about 90 seconfs of me standing at the counter to acknowledge my presence and even then didn't greet me. No apology or reason for my wait, just asked what I wanted to order. Not great on customer service. The food was fantastic Arby's food though. No complaint there...
I was a little disappointed ☹️! I ordered a fish sandwich, a regular roast beef sandwich and a small fry because they have been advertising they have new fries right now for $1. I almost always get the potatoe cakes because I dislike their regular fries and their curly fries so much! They are dry and cold all of the time. The curly fries are always over cooked and over salted. It took a while for the order to be prepared so when they gave me the bag I didn't check it I just left. This was at almost 10pm I wanted to go home. I reached on the bag for a fry ask got on the 118 freeway only to find overcooked, oversalted curly fries. It wasn't worth going back. When I got home my husband said his fish sandwich was cold. My roast beef was cold and extremely dry. Turn out to be a lousy stop all the way around. Make sure you check your bag before leaving the drive thru. Better to err on the side of caution then get home to a mess.
Cashier was busy talking to a friend and ignored us until the manager came out (probably 3-4 minutes). Food was out quick but was very soggy and didn't seem up to the typical standard of other Arby's.
Drive thru is typically slow. Arby's roast beef has declined-- not a location specific issue, just a general trend across the chain. Curly fries still a classic. The gyros are surprisingly good.

How can you have a slogan "we have the meats", have a picture showing a meat packed sandwich, and then hand me a sandwich or I have to open the bread to find the meat. It ain't adding up... Stop the false advertising. Either make your sandwich on the commercial look like the one you going to give me or make the one you going to give me look like the one on the commercial. And lose the slogan because you don't have the meats if you're not giving the meats... Pause
Good God, it’s terrible value. I got a small fry with my food, and it literally had four total curly fries in it… and the box it came with was comically small. I honestly thought it was a joke and they were giving me a sample size or something. And it was four dollars… which is insane. The regular small size roast beef is like seven dollars now. I know about inflation and everything, but this place has just become a terrible value for fast food. Even rated against other bad fast food places. Arby’s was never exactly king of the hill or anything, but it was a good value before. Now it’s crazy to see how far it’s fallen.

This was not a go trip to the drive thru. The order taker was not pleasant, was short and abrupt. I asked to have the new sweet potato waffle fries instead of what came with the meal. He assured me twice he got it included. It was NOT included with my meal and was not even on the receipt that I requested it. He totally ignored my request and what made me upset, was that he had attitude when I doubled checked that he included it in the order. I am very disappointed and don't think I will be going back anytime soon. ☹
Love the food but I won't be going back again. I got turkey when I ordered roast beef. No big deal, I like both,so instead of making a fuss, I just ate and enjoyed it. What really bothered me is after getting home and checking, he shortchanged me $10.00. I should have been paying closer attention.
For the 3rd time in 2 weeks i ordered my beef n cheddar got to the register and even paid one of the times before they told me they were out of cheddar . How can they be out of cheddar they are none for there 2 for 6 deals and i hate to say it. but the service kinda was well bellow average. I couldn't wait for simi to get an arby's and now i think i would rather drive over the hill next time i want a beef n cheddar
Last time we ate there, we said we wouldn't come back!! But we decided to give it a second chance. Sadly this second experience is way worse than last time! Both of is got really sick after eating there. I had to take medicine to ease my upset stomach. My husband turned out on the toilet 6 times for the rest of that day! We will Never return to this place. I DO NOT recommend this place!
This is a rating on Arby’s buffalo chicken sandwich, which I bought 15 minutes ago. I don’t usually make reviews like this, but this sandwich, the way I received it, was a disgusting mess. It looked alright in the box, but as I went to pick it up the chicken literally slid out of the buns due to the amount of sauce heaped on it. Somewhat upset I went for a bite, supporting the meat with my fingers to keep it from escaping, and it did taste like a buffalo chicken sandwich, no problems there, however when I put it back in the box, my fingers were covered in the sauce, and the sandwich looked even more awful than before. After a few more bites I could actually no longer bear to eat it, and I threw it away. If you are a fan of this sandwich, good for you, but for someone who has never tried this sandwich, I encourage you to either not order it, or bring a towel. Again, I do not want to post this, as I love the roast beef and other Arby’s delicacies, but this sandwich left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will never order it again.
Went to Arby's Simi last week and will never go back there again. Ordered a turkey, bacon ranch sandwich at the drive through. I asked if they could toast it. Oh yes they said. Okay please make it extra toasty because I cannot eat bread. Also with extra ranch. I heard her ordering it saying extra toasty. When we got the order I told my husband to wait while I checked the sandwich. It wasn't toasted at all. I took it back in and asked them to please toast it. What a joke. It seems they don't know how to make toast. They kept putting the bread in a toaster oven or grill. They give it back to me with just one side barely toasted. Now I'm mad. I told them that I wanted both sides toasted. I don't know what there problem was. I could hear them talking trying to figure out how to make toast. They brought another sandwich, again only cooked on one side. Finally the server said do you want your money back. Of course I did. Well he had to get the manager. Well apparently they do not have the capability to make toast properly. It looked toasted but it was not and it tasted burnt. It was by far the worse tasting sandwich I have ever had and the service was terrible. And to think that we were so looking forward to finally getting an Arby's. Ventura has the best one around.
Ordered and paid, just to be told after 2 minutes of waiting for my order they were out of the boneless chicken, so they asked me to park and wait. About 5 minutes later, they come out with my order so I hit the road. I live about 2 miles away, so when I opened my chicken container, instead of 9 boneless chicken wings, I got about 15 chicken crumbs, cold and inedible. Is this the food standard they have or did they just make me wait to serve me food scraps. I was expecting a fresh batch of chicken! If you don't heed my earning, just really really lower your expectations here, or just don't come here when you are hungry!

I went into the Arby's in Simi Valley (the only one). I went thru drive thru I was the only one in line placed an order for myself and my husband I got home and the whole order was wrong except the drinks, my husband took it back and the only thing they said was it happens didn't offer to make the order right or give us a refund nothing. I ordered the all beef and received the cheddar and beef and I am allergic to cheese this happened 2 weeks prior to us. I know we should never gone back. I called my bank to fight the charges not anything to make my order right. The only reason gave them one star is that is the only way I could right a review otherwise it would have been minus 5 stars. Very bad customer service the worse I have ever experience.
I ate here out of nostalgia. Hadn't been to an Arby's since the Before Times (pre-pandemic). Had seen ads online, decide to try it. Ugh. Over-priced, poor-quality, the store smelled bad inside. Indifferent and dull service. I was the only customer inside and the drive-through service had no one in it. Took 8 or 9 minutes to do meal delivery after paying. I ate the #1 combo (20 oz soda, Arby's basic sandwich, curly fries) and it cost $13 after tax. Food looked nothing like the ads. The one bright spot is the triple-chili sweet-hot sauce in the condiment dispenser. Much of this is Arby's corp. and the state of California's ridiculous fast-food chain minimum wage laws. The chain used to be about "roast beef" (R-B's). The sandwich filling is a compressed beef deli meat-ish stuff, stuffed into a tube, held together with some sort of stabilizers and starch binders, then thinly sliced using a meat slicer. It's nothing like "roast beef". Even gobs of "horsey sauce" couldn't fix it. Better option: travel 3/4 mile west on the same street, buy an actual steak at Stater Brother's market for the same money, and eat that.
Food tastes good, but now it's wayyy overpriced. I got just 2 items: a medium sandwich and mozz cheese sticks, and the total was over $15! Only 4 cheese sticks for $6, making each cheese stick cost $1.50!! That's insane; they're only 2.5 inches long.
My 36 year old daughter with Down syndrome was discriminated against because the employee didn’t like the way she orders her meal and then stated(once he saw her in the drive thru) now I understand!!! Employee owes my daughter an apology and training!
I ordered the promotional Arby's BBQ sandwich. The roast beef was drenched in barbecue sauce and nearly impossible to eat 😡
