Their food always gets me compliments plus they're incredibly fast, serving us curbside with a smile & super-efficiency. They're definitely well-adjusted to business in the Time of Covid

I have a particular bias concerning Ticos Tacos giving homeless people steak and eggs breakfasts. Even if it WASN'T good I'd give em five Stars. So, I give them TWO five star ratings!😁 I don't remember when the last steak I had. God bless you guys!

Tico's is my favorite Mexican food in Simi! Their cheese enchiladas are like nowhere else. Their carne asada plate is perfect every time. Their salsa is amazing!! I have turned several people onto Tico's, and if I didn't turn them on, they already knew how great it was! I have never spoken to anyone who didn't like Tico's. They have a huge menu, too.

The burrito I had the first time I came was decent. The next time I came, I had their hard shell beef tacos with chips and salsa and realized that they were all an exact replica of those from Tito's Tacos and I was in gustatory bliss.

Excellent soft taco's. Hardshell good too. Carne asada, shredded beef, Carnitas my favorite. Fresh warm chips n 3 salsas mixed together. Good Omelettes until 11am

Always great food, and the staff is always incredibly nice. One of the greatest breakfast burrito's you'll ever have.

The food was great! The staff was absolutely polite and happy, which is great when you go into a restaurant. It is a throw back to small Mom and Pop restaurants where you just feel comfortable and welcome. They have a lot of regular customers, who all seem to love and adore the food and the staff. The staff knows their regulars and their orders. The price is very reasonable and worth the visit.

This is a local Simi Valley staple, seeing as this restaurant is still in the same place. With the same nostalgic experience you'd have because it was a place you may have gone to growing up in the area, Tico's Tacos are still going strong, despite the Democrat-led push to shut down American society as a whole due to Covid. However, thankfully, Tico's is still here. 🙏💯🌮❤️

Authentic Mexican food made to order, even though it's not a sit down formal rest. Family owned and operated. Friendly service, they bring your food and drinks (and they refi your drinks) out to your table like a sit down rest even though you order and pay at the cashier upfront. Great home made salsas and liquor license. Great little gem in Simi Valley. Must try!

Excellent meals tonight. My wife had the chicken tostada supreme. I had the shredded beef hard shell taco and beef enchilada. We really enjoy this wonderful meal fresh ingredients cooked perfectly definitely a tasty homemade meal. 5 plus Stars.

First time trying, very delicious. The staff was very warm and helpful. The house salsa and chips were spot on. Service was quick, we were able to sit down and eat and back at work within 30 minutes. The carne asada wet burrito was very tasty. I wish I took a picture. We will definitely be back soon.

I love this place. Tico‘s tacos is great. I have been coming here since I was a little kid. We used to ride our bikes all the way across town just to come here when the place was called Arturo’s! My favorite thing to get here is the beef chimichanga because it tastes almost like a dessert. It is so delicious. Even though my favorite Mexican restaurant is Don Cuco this chimichanga is a work of art. I love it so much. I am not a fan of their salsa or their location now, but I highly recommend Tico‘s.

Good place to eat for a decent price. Been going here for years and always get the crunchy shell beef tacos. Definitely recommend the tacos if it's your first visit. Tasty salsas too. Salsa Verde is my favorite tho. They also serve beeakfast. Good stuff.

Probably my favorite place in Simi. Usually go for a burrito and they all taste great. Only complaint is that the meat is usually more chewy than soft but everything else makes up for it. Their chorizo breakfast burrito is very simple but it's probably my favorite thing on the menu.

The salsa is not bad but its not great either. My aunt makes way better salsa. Maybe she should sell them her recipe anyways only different from my point of view is that they make there tacos using regular side tortillas. Unlike other restaurant who charge you enough to buy a packet of them. For a taco.

Tried this place for tacos and other Mexican food, was not convinced. The service was friendly but a bit slow even though they weren’t busy. Food itself was marginal for the price. Decided to give them another try a couple weeks later but unfortunately it was a similar experience. Slow service and the food is not justified for their prices. Will prob not try them again.

The menu found online was out of date and our total price was double what was reflected online. Taco salad looked great & burritos were ok. We ordered the cheese nachos and they were terrible. Chips in a styrofoam container that was heated up in a microwave. Part of the styrofoam container was melted to the cheese which was nasty. Don't get the nachos.

There service on the phone won't make you want to go there and then there food it's bland and dry tortillas never fully cooked close to the worst mexican food iv ever had this is my last visit to this place I gave them 3 trys like everyone else and disappointed everytime But that's just my opinion. Try it for your self everyone has different tastes buds

Tacos were WACK, The asada was so dry and seasoned so nasty. She kept trying to charge me for larger tacos when I kept asking for regular tacos. Before I left I asked for green salsa and she said she gave me some but didn’t. Honestly don’t waste your money here, over priced WACK NASTY tacos. I spoke Spanish to her entire time so it wasn’t as if she couldn’t understand me

I was there today with my son to have tacos for breakfast because it’s my bday. I didn’t have my card so my husband gave me a $50 bill. When I went to pay for our $34 worth of tacos the cashier told me she would not take my $50 bill. I questioned if this was their policy and she said no, she just doesn’t want to take it because she wasn’t comfortable with it. She was very rude. If this is not a policy and you “just dont want to take my $50 bill” get a new job that is not a cashier. Dont get me wrong, I understand when places do not accept over $20 bills but this was not the case. I was not paying for a $3 taco with a $100 bill. I will never give this place my business again based solely on her rude attitude.
