Not our normal location. Busy night and staff got behind so we had to wait extra long. Staff members were great, apologetic for the wait. When pizza was ready we got a free large bottle of soda as compensation. Not necessary but appreciated. That's Customer Service. Great pizza as well.

Originally went to dominoes, for carry out but was told that carry out ended at ten, but we could have delivered, we said no thank you and decided to try pizza hut. They said no problem, we ordered our pizza, the staff was really pleasant to deal with, we were in and out in about 10-15 minutes and the pizza was great. We will definitely be back to this pizza hut

I am so impressed by there delivery service! Jorge was so nice, patient, and very fast at delivering. He made sure that my food was correct and hot. Definitely one of the best delivery employees out there. Pizza hut is so delicious, A++!

There was a $2 personal pan pizzas special on Tuesday ( while supplies last). It was nice to be able to get 4 personal pan 1 Topping pizzas for my family. Everyone was able to have the pizza they liked. I don't know if the $2 special is every Tuesday but I will be checking to are if it is the special next week. Next Tuesday check the app to see if it's available.

We haven't ordered from here in a while. Well the toppings are very sparce. Had we ordered a 1 topping from somewhere else we would have had more toppings then our 2 toppings we ordered. The order was missing all of our sauces and the cheese shaker we paid for. The driver said 5o call the store for a $5 credit. Sorry I didn't want a credit for a place I don't intend on ordering from. It just reminded me of why we don't order from there. Good Luck & Farewell.

I ordered my pizza through the website. My pizza was not ready when I got there because the order was sent to the wrong location. I had to drive across town to get my pizza and even when I got there the pizza was not ready and I had to wait another 20 minutes so the overall process took over an hour. I noticed a difference between 1st Street and Alamo Pizza hut. 1st Street is very light on the toppings where Alamo you can actually taste the toppings.

I ordered my pizza through the website. My pizza was not ready when I got there because the order was sent to the wrong location. I had to drive across town to get my pizza and even when I got there the pizza was not ready and I had to wait another 20 minutes so the overall process took over an hour. I do not plan on ordering from Pizza Hut again. It had been several years since my last order, so I decided to try it again. I simply do not enjoy your product. The flavors were mediocre. With so many other options, I feel my tastes are better suited to other pizza companies.

I was really disappointed with our dinner tonight. The pizza crust was so thin. We don’t like thin crust. I called the location about it the person who made the pizza said it was hand tossed.🍕It was hard too. Next time Dominoes…👩🏾‍💻 Pizza Hut really sucked tonight.

**I should have read the reviews first. This establishment is not Honest! Food is cold. **** I placed the order via online. I had a coupon for 50% off my order. My husband arrived and the manager Laura decided to dispute charges. I am handicap at home in Moorpark. Get to the car the order IS incorrect. He brought the food back in! Had to wait 12 minutes for correct pizza. Laura Mgr refused to make the order fresh as well. According to her "It will keep warm in the Box" on the shelf. 12 minutes! $38.38 thrown away!! It was COLD! Horrible service. Not Honest! Very disappointed a coupon cost me dinner I choose.

Their app gave a promotional price that is not honored at this store. No Disclaimer, no notificación. Just an email saying order did not go through, contact the location. It took minutes of confusion then placed the order and realize the price was $2 higher than the menu. 15 more minutes discussing this with the manager over the nondisclosure on the app. Nothing they could do. Big New Yorker was horrible at any price. Cheese and sauce was dry, thin and aweful. Pepperonni was paper thin. Worse than a high school cafetería. Caused intestinal distress. Will delete the app and not patronize.

My mother called to order 4 pizzas as they had a deal of $10 for a large 3 topping pizza. The person who took the order did not apply the discount and when we called to complain about it they said that it was because my mother did not mention it to them. This is complete BS! They are ripping off elderly people who can barely make ends meet. The manager had no compassion and basically blamed my mom for the error. We will never buy from these crooks again.

I love Pizza Hut and have always held the brand in high regard. I recently moved from Santa Clarita to Moorpark and thought I would spoil myself after a long week. I ordered two pizzas and wings for my family. Both the stuffed crust special pizzas were tasteless and not what I was used to from my previous (Santa Clarita) pizza hut. Being that it was my first try in the new city It will be hard to convince the wife to buy from my local restaurant (Simi Valley) again. The wings were the only thing my family liked. So after spending almost 60 on a meal, my family ate 8 wings and we tossed the pizzas.

Dominoes was closed last Sunday in Simi Valley on L.A. Avenue so I ordered Pizza Hut. The pizzas are much more expensive. The $10 deal advertised on TV doesn’t pertain to this location on Madera. The 2 large pizzas I got were warm and hardly had any toppings. I ordered double pepperoni on 1 and chicken on the other. I hardly saw any chicken or pepperoni. This was an opportunity for Pizza Hut to turn me away from Dominoes. I will continue to order Dominoes. Their Pizzas are delicious and affordable.

Congratulations, Pizza Hut, for achieving THE. WORST. CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVER!!!!! I ordered a pizza online at 6:30 pm, one of the deciding factors being the 50% off VISA Checkout promotion that was offered. At 7:45 pm, the pizza wasn't at my house nor was there any sign that it would be arriving soon. Being a bit concerned, I decided to call. The woman I talked to over the phone, while as pleasant sounding as she was, made no indication that there was an issue, nor felt any inclination to fake even the most superficial level of concern of the fact that my order had not yet arrived. For God's sake I live ONE MILE from their location. After demanding a discount and assuming (which is apparently always a huge mistake when dealing with Pizza Hut) that everything was now in order, I received a "follow up" call about 10 minutes later. I was informed that somehow my credit card information had deleted itself and that the VISA Checkout promotion (50% off), was also forgotten about. When I brought it up, I was told that this "sounded familiar" and my request was begrudgingly accepted. The good part of this exchange was that I was offered a $10 discount in addition to the 50% off VISA promo (which, according to my math I was still overcharged on the final bill) and the assurance that my pizza would be the next order out for delivery. Being considerably more hungry than I was an hour and a half ago, I was inclined to accept this update and "almost-what-i-asked-for" discount without resistance. 8:15....8:30....8:45....still no pizza. Mind you, this order was placed now 2 hours ago. After providing a more than reasonable amount of time, my wife calls back at 9:20pm. She was told 3 things by the same woman on the phone: 1)she did not know what happened to our order; 2) she did not know who told me that the pizza was next out for delivery and 3)they were now re-making our order. At this point we decided to cancel the order since by the time it was re-cooked, and barring any circumstances that would result in further delays, we would have waited 3 hours for it to arrive. Before being able to confirm our information to revert the debit card transaction, my wife was hung up on. To our relief however, the transaction was indeed reversed. If I could give 0 stars, I would have.

My family usually orders from Dominos & this visit to Pizza Hut confirmed why we like Dominos better. The delivery person called to ask if we wanted our food delivered to the door…I couldn’t believe it. We were not coming to his car to pick it up…absolutely not.The chicken was rubbery, there were pieces of chicken in the cup of bbq sauce we paid extra for, the quality of the food was disappointing.

Thought I give it a try since the heart shaped pizza for V-Day seemed to be a cute idea. Unfortunately the pizza was overdone, crust was inedible and the pizza was cold, not lukewarm but cold. Was my first time ordering here and sorry to say my last time. When I complained over the phone (I ordered online) they offered a discount on my next order which I had to decline since I won't be ordering again. They told me they could pick the pizza up for a full refund. I agreed. Nobody showed up for over 3 hours. I called again and was told I will be refunded and could keep it or throw it away. While the pizza was unacceptable, the customer service was friendly and professional. I had called Toppers (my favorite) and they actually offered a heart shaped pizza as well. Funny and delicious.
