I've been a loyal customer of this donut shop for 3 years, and my family and I make it a point to visit every week at opening time. The family owners are always warm and welcoming, even at the crack of dawn. Their orange juice is incredibly refreshing, and their donuts are truly exceptional. They're fluffier and sweeter than any others I've tried, with an irresistible taste that's hard to put into words. The ham and cheese croissant is another standout favorite. With a variety of offerings I haven't yet tried, I'm excited to continue exploring this shop's delicious treats! :)

Always I'm greeted immediately when walking in the door. I always get my bakery goods fast and fresh! Place is outstanding!!!

Best breakfast place around! I'm semi new to Simi valley and this place knows my coffee order and has great pastries! Can't wait to get my breakfast before work tomorrow ☺
I Love the maple bacon doughnuts, & the turkey bacon club crossaint it's so good the OJ is fresh made plus the store is alwasys clean & their staff is always with smile on their faces.
Positively the best donuts. Always light and fluffy. Even their Bear Claws are light. Worth the drive from Orange County!

It's a little warm in the afternoon but completely worth it for the food. The BLT croissant is amazing and they make fresh squeezed juices. The monster green with extra ginger is my jam.
This food is great. The only issue I had with this place is the service of the hispanic lady. I'm a man of color and she told me she didn't speak english so I stepped aside to wait for the owner to take my order. A white lady came in to order and the hispanic lady's English was as clear as mine. The owner is a great lady. It's sad that she has this kind of "help".
Customer service is excellent here. They are friendly and fast but you dont feel rushed even when they have a long line. Their iced coffee, delicious. Their donuts so far are the best in town, we like the chocolate glazed or frosted with sprinkles. The bacon croissant sandwiches were gobbled up by two small children this morning after fighting over the donut box. :) Thank you for providing great service Eastside.

look, their donuts are amazing. the owner is amazing and the staff is amazing. however. if you're supposed to open at 4am, then open at 4am.

Don't eat here if you're black / African-American. You will be served last even though you're the first in line. A Hispanic lady that speaks very good English, will not serve blacks/ African Americans.... She will pass the work on to her boss or another worker. The Hispanic lady that works here literally told me to get out of line, and proceeded to take the white/ Caucasian lady with blond hairs order. How humiliating is that? I'm not the only black/ African American she has done this to.( Her boss has the nerve to cover up this disgusting, unacceptable, hate behavior) And they had the audacity to say the Hispanic ladies English was not good.... but that is a lie, she speaks English better than I do, and I was born here. I thought we were over this racism and segregation disgusting era. You have lost a good customer!
