It's Boba Time

I got strawberry waffle and asked for chocolate topping. came with huge ice cream scoop. Its good.

Fairly busy, and a wide selection of drinks as well as some snack size sides (cookies etc). The top of the drink is sealed shut, so a nice feature of you're driving or drinking on a trampoline.

Yummy..., Amazing macron's. Loved it. But, not sure the boba taste changed a lot.

Good but lots of options. This place is pretty overwhelming with all of the menu choices. I'd recommend looking everything over before you go. Especially if you have kids who take A while to decide what they want. We got the mango, coconut & strawberry, and Pina colada smoothies with black boba. (All boba options other than the black boba cost an extra $.50.) The staff wasn't super helpful when I asked questions and after I said it's our first time. Other places I've been who serve Boba and I say it's our first time getting it here have been super helpful. So I was disappointed with that. But, I kind of understand why the cashier may have been short, the like was out the door and there was only one person taking orders. It's small inside so waiting in there while they make your order can be difficult when it's crowded. It was good but I think if we go back we will look over the menu more so we know ahead of time what to order.

The boba was okay but the person who was there was very unfriendly. You could tell that they were impatient and wanted us to get out of the way. It didn’t make sense when we were the only customers in there but perhaps it was a bad day for them. :/

Everytime I go they mess up. Just ordered the brown sugar (okinawa) milk tea. They gave just milk tea. The brown sugar syrup wasn't there. What's the point of getting it

Beware, they will accept your money at any time and then say they are closed. Very rude people working. I visited September 6th at 9:45 am. I walked in the open door and placed an order at the counter and was waiting about 5-10 minutes for my food. Then a girl named Helen came up to me and said they aren't open. Helen was very rude about it at first, telling me I should have known and I was the one in the wrong. She made me feel very uncomfortable, like I didn't belong there. She said they always have the door unlocked and the register is always on. I am from out of town and was visiting this place for the first time, I didn't know. They did offer to make the food I paid for after I requested a refund, but at that point Helen and the other man working had made me feel so uncomfortable, I didn't want or trust them with making my food.

They delivered the boba within 2 minutes of ordering, but that service was far from okay. Employees made the inside feel hostile and severely uncomfortable. No offer for a receipt or anything of the sorts. I felt rushed to order by the cashier although there were no people standing behind myself. Would probably never come back.

Moriah lacked customer service greatly and wasn’t paying attention at all while taking my families order. I’ve enjoyed every other employee that has taken my order in the past but not this time. She only got two out of our four drinks correct. As I was telling her an order she was entirely zoned out and not focused at all. I love the boba but was not happy with who took the order.
