I walked in and was greeted by friendly staff. I didn't look at the menu but I described what I wanted. They made a few recommendations and each one was right. I even decided on a fine Chardonney. The multi-soda selection machine is always fun. This place remids me of a simple Olive Garden.

I consistently have the most exquisite time at the presto pasta in Simi valley. Drake my usual cashier is so polite and always makes my day. Ashley the manager is soooooo kind. They both make my dining experience here very very pleasant. I will continue to eat here

Ordered food to go for a baby shower. Food was ready right on time, they loaded into the car for me and were so helpful. The food was delicious with everyone enjoying the choices. Easy to work with and saved time by putting the wonderful food out to serve. Highly recommend!

We love coming here! The staff is always extremely nice & provide excellent customer service. The food is fair for its price. Love the Cajun chicken pasta & Greek salad. Kids menus is also great, my little one loves coming here

I strive to come here once a month and thoroughly enjoy the cheese tortellini with creamy pesto or Cajun cream sauce. The staff never fail to please, and they have a wonderful positive work ethic. Special thanks to everyone at this branch for the wonderful experience they always provide as a team here. May they have a sense of feeling appreciated for their service.

We liked it for the price! The food was good for its affordability. They have really good lunch deals. I got the chicken piccata and my husband got the shrimp scampi. It's not like the Cheesecake Factory obviously but neither is the cost.

This is a fast food pasta place. Definitely not worth the price. Will never eat here again, I don’t know how the review are so good. I should have known when the food was ready in 5 minutes.

Absolutely fantastic quick Italian food restaurant, if that is what you are into. But… if you really want real, homemade freshly cooked Italian food, please just go to an Italian restaurant somewhere here in Simi Valley because this is not one. This is a place that pulls frozen items that are premade out of a freezer, makes them, and serves them to you. I recommend going to Olive Garden in Thousand Oaks. If you can’t get over there, then go over to Olivio trattoria here in Simi Valley and have a tremendous meal for about the same price and it will be freshly cooked.

Ordered the eggplant sandwich paired with a Greek salad and a side drink, totaling around $18 plus a modest $1 tip. The sandwich proved underwhelming: the eggplant was overcooked to a soggy texture, while the bread appeared hastily sourced from a bag, lacking any warmth or chill to complement the dish. As for the Greek salad, the server brought raspberry vinaigrette on the side—an utterly baffling default for a Mediterranean classic, leaving one to wonder why a proper Greek dressing wasn’t the go-to option. When questioned, the only alternative was creamy Italian, which hardly suits the profile, and neither the order-taker nor the server inquired about preferences or offered suggestions. The self-serve drink station was a redeeming feature, yet the meal as a whole felt hastily assembled from pre-prepped components. Overall, a letdown given the price point.

Last time we were missing fried artichokes, this time we were missing cookies. Two times before that there was an entirely incorrect item replacing a very basic one. Really disappointed with my experience overall. When we get our correct orders, it's decent, but nothing to write home about.
