Great food. Josh was a great server, excellent service. Lasagna was huge and garlic cheese bread was so light and fluffy. Meatball sub was to die for.

Stopped in for a late lunch with a friend. The cheesy bread was amazing. Then ordered their lunch special with the salad and angel hair pasta. Nice proportions, very flavorful and very fresh.

I used to go with my dad everytime I came to town. It was one of his favorite places to go. We love their pizza and salad lunch specials. They have awesome garlic know rolls too. Yummy. We went back recently in honor of Dad and it was equally as good.

Great service. The wait staff are excellent. Nice patio area with heaters. I have not tried anything I did not like on the menu. A little more expensive than a typical pizza place but the service is worth it.

I had not been here before. I was surprised how good the Margherita pizza was. It has the right ratio of ingredients for maximum flavor. My friend had the lunch pepperoni pizza and enjoyed it. The lunch special includes a salad. Our server was very attentive and astute. We ate on the covered patio which was a nice change. I'll definitely go back. They have a good sized menu at reasonable prices.

Great little restaurant for salad, pizza and pasta. Make sure to get the hot, fresh garlic and olive oil rolls free before your meal! The wife and I always get the “best salad” followed by the minestrone soup. No cheese on both makes it vegan.

The seating is closer than I or others prefer. Most times your conversation is either impossible to hear as other patrons will be much louder. The pizza is decent even though not NYC. However, the locally famous lasagna is as good as it proclaims. Reservations don't mean there isn't a wait time

Great lunch special and outstanding happy hour. I love the pizza here, and I love all the menu items. This month's beer is a really good pale ale. Sophisticated bar croud.

The chicken wrap is divine still. My partner ordered the ribeye French dip. The bartender made an unappetizing cocktail but we reordered another one and that turned out much better. Also there are free refills on sodas. Thank you!

It's a 4% surcharge.

I highly recommend confirming your order especially take home. Unfortunately, I didnt check my take out order (why would I?) until I got home and the yummy Mary Lou chicken salad was missing several key ingredients like shaved parmesan cheese.

Well, it is an American restaurant, in the end. This means that all the plates are modified and mixed up. The pizza is acceptable, and the service fast. Better to stick to the american food, or the Italian if you want to start to have a far idea of what that is. Easy parking and outside seating.

I haven’t tried all this place has to offer yet. The server was also the cashier, she initially asked if we were ready within 1-2 minutes of being seated. Because we weren’t ready that quick, she said she would be back in a few minutes, then she had to seat others, so we had to wait a bit to order, which isn’t too horrible, considering that maybe they are short staffed like most other places or the other employees don’t like to assist, either way, it was no fault of her own, she was definitely trying. Their prices seem inflated due to current market inflation, which we see everywhere, but yet this restaurant charges a 4% surcharge fee due to increase of costs, it’s not disclosed when placing the order, apparently it’s on the bottom of their menu, which nobody reads.

First of all let me say the food is GREAT! Prices are on the hi end of the spectrum. Staff was friendly. There was 5 of us ordering and they seem to be a bit confused about what we ordered but got it together just one too many salads. Did have to ask for fresh garlic balls because the ones they sent were so hard you just could not chew them. Once the fresh ones came they were really good. I will definitely try again.

Food was really good. Had a Mediterranean pizza and Salmon, we shared entrees. The bathroom and kitchen prep area were unbelievably filthy. Disappointing.

Oh my God my girlfriend and I come here all the time and I believe the waitress that Waits on his name is Melissa and she's fantastic when she's not here the services abominable manager Armando is very helpful and took my order and then the Latino young waitress has dropped food off and then did nothing but ignore me sonny get up and grab a to-go box for my salad and I'm still waiting it's been 15 almost 20 minutes without any attention this is annoying because the food is great and I love to come here

The hot wings were good. The salad was subpar at best. What little dressing was used had little flavor. The chicken on top was clearly bulk pre-cooked chicken purchased as a topping for pizza or something. It was dry and had zero flavor at all. Bad at any price, but it was on the pricier end of salads.

But today, she said I was right. Terrible service. We won't be back.

I cannot really speak for other dishes on their menu but they should not make pizzas. Period. I ordered margherita and it was nothing but dried up crust. No cheese, no taste and five thin slices of tomato. Yes, I counted. The other order was gluten free "Italian meats". Sorry to say that but there was nothing that could be called meats and it is simply offensive to call this piece of cardboard "Italian". And to top it all off: there was supposed to be eight wings in the order but we only got seven. And yes, counted those too. What a sorry excuse for a pizza place.

impossible to communicate with staff over the phone. unable to do simple things like record phone number and take down card. completely incompetent. good luck trying to get a delivery from this place. when i realized there was an issue with the order they gave BS excuses like the card was declined and they tried to call me to let me know. neither case was remotely true. unbelievable

Very disappointed and annoyed. I called this shop ahead of time to check if I could place an order for 12 garlic rolls, they told me I could just walk in and they would be ready, no need to order ahead. When I walked in it took 27 minutes for me to finally get my garlic rolls. During which time other customers had received garlic rolls. Most decent restaurants would of at least apologized for the long wait, which did not happen at Pizza Nova.

*AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT OR YOU MIGHT BREAK YOUR TEETH* Used to order delivery once a month from Pizza Nova until I cracked multiple fillings on a ROCK in a pizza. The ROCK was about 1/2 the size of a jellybean. I heard a loud crunch noise as I bit down and caused several $ hundreds in dental damage. I called Pizza Nova immediately because the rock appeared to be from inside their wood fire oven. The host on the phone was unable to get a manager to speak to me, but assured me I would be called by a manager. No manager ever called, I never received a single apology. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant. I was given no reassurance that they would inspect their oven. The dental work was painful and extremely expensive. *DO NOT EAT HERE*

I hate to leave bad reviews, but this time I think I should in order for them to do something about it. Even though I was not happy with their business last week when they delivered pizza, tonight we dine in with my family . Their service was so bad that during the 19 years that have been coming here never experienced it. They brought our salad after the pizza, forgot to bring the bread roll and we had to go to the cash register to pay our check. The manager was having fun and laughing with someone which I don’t know was a friend or customer. If the business operate like this, the resturant will be close in few month. Last week I order 3 pizza with three order of bread roll. They said they will charge me for two and one is free, but they deliver only 2 order of bread roll. I also told the I have a coupon, they said we will credit you after we deliver , and also they were suppose to credit one order of bread roll too. They didn’t credit anything back, the $8 bucks is not going to break my bank but it’s matter of principle. Anyway, I am your customer for past 19 years, and your service is degrading

First and last time here. The place was nearly empty. The seater greeter (Daylin red head) has the personality of a stump. No need to be rude when someone walks in and says hi. Server was nice but slow. Food tasted good but the portion size was sad for the price.

We ordered a vegetarian meal through uber and the restaurant sent us meat. They are rude and blaming uber for the mistake. If you have allergies or any sentiments avoid this place. They don’t care for the customer.
