Food is great, authentic Mexican food period, and I know about Mexican food Tacos are great, hand made tortillas, salsa to die for, those deep fried jalapeños are the cherry on top of the pie.

Small business with a good menu to place an order from. My reason to stop by is the Super Burrito 🌯 👌 the drinks are fresh and cold too. 🧉 🥛

Never fails to get great food all year round in Soledad. I got a Sope today and it was the best, authentic Mexican restaurant with out having to travel far down south.

I moved to the bay area about 5 months ago and had not had good Mexican food in California until I came here in Soledad. Awesome food, and some of the best pastor I've had.

Very busy. Great authentic Mexican food. Call ahead to avoid waiting too long. Been here several times.

Don't let the looks for you. The Carne Asada tacos were great! The food is quick and tasty. Then you can grab a drink at the store.

No matter how long the line Is they always keep up the quality of their food. The workers move quickly and are always willing to help.

This place is inside a supermarket which serves authentic Mexican cuisine for low prices. We had tacos and quesadillas here. Both were really delicious.

Fantastic food, way too many choices ! and everthing we have had was terrific. Stop here! Test it and you too will become a raving fan. All I can say is this is our new best favorite in Soledad! Yippee! Rather than carry on with a long review, Just go! you will be happy!

Great little spot inside the market. We were passing through & needed something to eat. Didn’t have high expectations but Taqueria Pacheco impressed! The chicken burrito was tasty, not too salty, and not at all greasy. Tables and seats inside to eat at.

The food here was absolutely delicious and on point! The customer service received along with the warm welcome made this experience just memorable. We had a dish custom made and the cook definitely delivered with great seasoning and presentation.

Wonderful atmosphere - classic Mexican dishes and platters, ordered at the counter, made with fresh ingredients by people who know what they are doing. LOVED the vinyl tablecloths, eating alongside the locals in the middle of a classic roadside store.

Almost everything came with a pepper a lemon and an avocado. 10/10 would come again.

Delicious food! Great place to have lunch while I charged the car. It's 1.25mi from the Electrify America charger - 20min walk. I had the carne asada plate. Great flavor; not dried out. LOTS of food! Two meals! Corn tortillas were made to order...I watched them make them. Made a burrito with the leftovers. Can't wait to make quesadillas with the remaining tortillas.

I ate the poblano pepper than came with his meal. It was grilled to perfection. I had the fried fish. I couldn’t get enough of it! Don’t be afraid to order this bone in fish dish. They cut it where it is easy to get off the bones. The batter they fry it in was so flavorful. The batter was thin and crisp in every bite. The fish was moist and flaky and fried perfectly. It was served with the best French fry’s, rice and beans and a salad!

This place makes bomb authentic Mexican food. It’s my go-to if I’m ever driving through Soledad. 10/10 would recommend. Good people and REAL horchata

As a local to central coast California, my husband (from Veracruz, Mexico) and I drive an hour out of our way for these insanely delicious tacos. The handmade tortillas are killer and the atmosphere is exactly what you would want for an authentic stop and go taqueria. We have been eating the carne asada tacos (#12) for years and it has always been exactly the way we expect each time. The service is great and the workers are extremely gifted in their talent of making authentic Mexican cuisine.

Best Menudo in town. You just have to get up early on Sunday and get there before the line gets huge. Usually at 7;45am the line starts getting bigger and eventually out the door in peak hours. 7:00-7:15 You'll think they're not even open it's so empty.

Let this be said, I'm a fuzzy eater but I was blown away! Simple but perfect tastes, all made on the premises and so fresh. I had pork taco and it was the best taco I have ever had. It's a small cafeteria style place inside a supermarket; so if you're more into good tasting food than fancy decor this is well worth a detour. I only wish I could fit even more food in my belly for the lovely dishes they have here!

The carne asada here is unique I believe. The meat is chopped much smaller in size than what I have generally experienced from a mexican restaurant. The flavor was delicious and the size of the burrito was not too big, and not too small. Just right. We will be returning when we get hungry on our way up and down California on 101 for sure!

First time eating here and I must say that the food was good. My super burrito was good and my wife's torta was also good.

had the super burrito with chicharron, not bad but the meat was on the hard/crunchier side instead of crispy, 3.5/5 also had 4 tacos: pollo, asada, chorizo, and pastor. flavor was good but meat was a little tough/overdone/dry, 3/5 overall: big enough portions to justify the price, so i’m not upset 🤷‍♂️

My wife had the Camarones Al mucho de ajo. Very tasty grilled shrimp with garlic. Side of refried beans, rice, French fries and tortillas. Would give the food 4 stars but the service was a bit slow and the indoor dining is super basic so it nets 3 stars overall.

Small store/restaurant. This place does have a variety of foods and drinks, just triple the price. Also, careful where you park. People will park behind you and not give a second thought about your thoughts. 😕
