One of the better fastfood joints in sonora, although a bit pricier. The night manager stephanie is awesome and always hooks me up with fresh foods and a big smile at the window. Ask of the fries are fresh before you order though or they probably won't be.

I love the hamber, i call it baby buger. They use to but secret sauce on them, but not any more. You have to ask for it. I was very disappointed that they didn't have any this time. If I knew that I would old gotten something else. I know a lot of people that love the Secret Sauce.

Several months ago I was riding my motorcycle and it was cold outside late at night and I stopped in Jack in the box to get a cup of coffee they were closing the dining room but they let me sit in the dining room and drink my coffee anyway while I was drinking my coffee I fell asleep and those young folks in there let me sit in there to sleep for 5 hours and when I woke up they brought me breakfast and coffee and juice and water and treated me like I was their own dad I want to say those people really treated me fine they wouldn't take a penny for what they served me either I want to thank you at Jack in The box for the kindness of your people. I'm 68 years old with two blown hips and walk with a cane. You fine folks made my day. Thank you , I won't forget you!

Amanda was the nicest and best fast food employee (employee in general) that I’ve ever had. So personable, pleasant to talk to, and knowledgeable. I’d go to this jack in the box location every time just because she works there. She’s a star. She deserves a raise and to be a manager if she isn’t already.

It's fast food, so its not like its high quality or anything, but I can't remember a time where I was dissapointed with the service or freshness of my meal. The staff is always on point and my order is always correct apart from occassionally (and I mean very rarely) forgetting no whip on my milkshake. Really great job you guys!

The only place open 24 hours in Sonora. Looks like they finally got a good crew again cuz I haven't seen any random closures plus the food has been on point. The drive thru crew are always friendly & respectful. Sometimes the wait is long but I'm still giving 5 stars cuz I know they all work hard. I really appreciate the late night food & friendly service. They should put out a tip jar!

These guys are great! I like my milkshake made a certain way and they always go out of their way to make it perfect for me! They would get a 5 star, but they have messed my to-go order up a couple times, but have always made it right later.

Had a $5 coupon. Tried the buttery Jack combo. Was really happy with that burger, tasted great, fries were a bit overdone, and oversalted. I like their drink machine, so many flavors to choose from. Will go there again.

The only person I spoke with was the cook and he was extremely friendly. He yelled over the counter wall while cooking, just to make sure I was okay and that's how I was doing. Very cool cook, a Hispanic fella. got a great attitude. He's a keeper!!!

Usually very good, but understaffed. Corporate needs to help the crew out a little more so it's not so stressful for them. They're usually very nice but overwhelmed when I visit. The food again is quite good, this is probably still the best Jack in the Box I've been to, especially because the quality is consistently above average.

Regular tacos were cold and the fries looked like they scraped the bottom of the tray trying to fill a small fry order instead of making a fresh batch and I was in the drive thru long enough that the fries would have been done. Ultimate cheeseburger was good along with my mini taco order

I wouldn't say to not go here, since I continue to go, but don't expect great service if you show up late at night. Sometimes the staff is great and helpful. Sometimes they just say they can't do things because they don't know how or don't feel like it. While they are 24/7, don't expect certain things to be available later. They run out of certain products regularly and certain machines are regularly down for cleaning, late at night. This is to be expected, but when they have clearly finished cleaning a machine and just don't want to bring it back in service until later or are just chatting while one person tries to get my order done...it just rubs me the wrong way. I shouldn't expect greatness from fast food, but some places do it better than others.

Came with a co worker doing some construction up here. I'll remember this jack because of 2 things. How long it took to get my food. And the lack of service by the worker girl who took our orders. No communication no, "have a nice day" like I even said thanks for the food and like. Nothing. I don't know. Pretty bad time. Guess we'll try Wendy's next time were working in Sonora.

The dinner should be open as many places already have the dine in experience open the drive thru was my only option twice the drive thru experience took about a 1/2 hour to get my food and get out by the time I got to the drive thru the food was luke warm btw I got the food to the house being delivered to the food was cold. They need to open the dine in experience and speed up the pace it is a fast food restaurant not a slow food restaurant. Hire more workers to enhance a better take out experience

This place is sad 😭 and not healthy! Last year would have been 1 star they have slightly improved! Better management and it could be a 3 or 4 but when the people that work dont care it's not going to be good.

I ordered 5 mini churros- i got 4 I ordered a large curly fry-i did not receive I got hella attitude from the person taking my order because they didnt take my order correct and when i asked for sauces they were very rudely handed it me.

Visited last Sunday and both employees I dealt with weren’t wearing masks while handling our food. We’re almost a year into the pandemic, there’s no excuse for not taking precautions now. Both times I’ve used the app they’ve forgotten items or swapped them out for something I didn’t order. They don't answer the phone or a knock at the door either, so when they mess up the only way to get it corrected is to go through a ridiculously slow drive thru line.

Run a bear bones staff 9 times out of 10 resulting in them being slow even on the drive through. Also lookout for incorrect orders as most of the bare bones staff are almost always "new". Now if you can get past long waits and wrong orders then the foods okay.

Waited in the drive thru line for 40 plus minutes. The staff was visibly stressed and under staffed. We were missing part of our order when we got home.

So I go here often,and at different times of the day. Every shift puts way to much sauce on everything from the hamburgers to chicken sandwiches. I even ask for no sauce due to this inconvenience. Along with that it is a very long wait in drive thru.

No indoor dining when other restaurant have indoor dining. I am going to round table Pizza across the street. Pizza was great over there. I think Jack in the box should start in door dining.

Food is ok, but the drive thru is SLOW (nearly 45 mins to get through and they didn't even give us the right order). Also, for whatever reason this jack in the box is dirty... They haven't cleaned the drive thru window in over a year. It's sad we have to go out of town for decent, sanitary fast food.

20 minutes in a drive thru is not fast food. Clerk assumed my order was finished so we would've had to order the rest at the window again, taking even longer. I'm not getting up earlier to compensate for the speed of your drive thru so I'll just go somewhere else now. I can't afford the time sink.

Soda machine broken tasted like the Soda guns weren't clean the worker told me it was fine even with that nasty tasting soda they need to clean there Soda machine ordered spicy chicken sandwich it wasn't spicy I'm suspecting they ran out of spicy didn't tell me and gave me a mild one curly fries soggy and salty.

I really used to enjoy the drive through here. However, in the last year or so, I've noticed a change. My requests are not honored (but my money is taken), the menu is not adhered to (and therefore the food is not consistent), the quality of the food is definitely not there (for example, I ordered 2 burgers, and one had a good looking patty, and the other had a hockey puck that looked like it had been sitting for hours .. The cook clearly didn't care, or was checked out, and supervision was non existent). I think the crew knows what they are a supposed to be doing, but for what ever reason, they are not doing it. The owner / manager really need to get involved and ensure that things are up to spec. After contacting the company, I was offered coupons ... Heh. I don't want coupons for free food that's not ok.

It's crap. Can't get the order right more than half of the time, they take forever to fill one order. Employees are rude, disrespectful and snobby. The drive thru is even worse. No one knows what they're doing....you might wanna train better. Not to mention the food is undercooked, dry, fries are soggy, old and cold, soda is flat....I could go on.

Went here last night. I ordered the Bleu cheese rib eye burger meal. When I got home I opened the box and found the burger in the bottom picture. I understand that food doesn't look exactly like the menu photo but this is ridiculous. There was a little onion and bacon, no tomato and the amount of the Bleu cheese covered about the same size as a nickel. Also the fries had to have been sitting awhile because they were lukewarm and really soft but chewy, like fries that have been done for hours and left sitting out.. $7 and some change for this??

Slowest Jack in the Box I've ever been to. Literally every single evening that I come to this place in Sonora. It always has a huge line with a 15-20min wait time! Unbelievable. How hasn't Management or Corporate done anything by now. I've only been here in Sonora for 5months approximately. Imagine just how long this has probably actually been going on for smh! So inconsiderate as well for those who are on a meal break from work or just simply trying to hurry & get home.

Used the drive threw an it was slow. They weren't even busy. When I pulled up to place my order. They asked me to wait an made me wait about 10 min befor they took my order. When I pulled aroind to the window I waited 8more min for them to even talk to me an pay for my order. After that i waited another 15min befor I even got my order. We ordered via the app, I went inside at the estimated time of pickup and the order had not been started. Two employee's were vapping in the parking lot, there was no one in the dining room and no cars in the drive-thru. The dining room is filthy! Every table needed to be wiped down and the floor needs to be professional cleaned and the staff need to be trained in how to treat customers.

These homeless looking workers wanted to take my 45$ order then proceed to give me 20$ in food and after I realized there mistake they wouldn't give me my other half of my order idk if there keeping cash for them selves or ordering food on my dime but this is bs there not worth your breath

Has the worst customer service is supposed to be 24 hours but there's been multiple times they're closed with the drive thru blocked off by crates which looks tacky. If Sonora wasn't so small and options for fast food weren't so scarce this would be the last place I gave my money.

Tonight we waited 45 mins to get through the drive through to be told to pull around front, we waited an additional 35 mins before knocking on the door to find out that they had forgotten our order. When they they came out they’d forgotten a shake and had to go back in, and when we got home multiple parts of our order were completely wrong (tiny tacos instead of tots, wrong customizations, etc). To top it off, none of the employees we interacted with were wearing masks. If you go here I’d expect a long wait, and I’d inspect your order thoroughly before leaving the window. I’m done trying with this place.
