Food cooked to order, so great for dine-in, poor for drive up. (Think in-n-out) Fourth time here, service good all times. Great menu with unique items like fried veggies. This time I had the Chicken Club and it was excellent! If you need FAST food, go elsewhere. Decent food prepared well, this is the place.

Being a new place in town its real busy but it was surely worth the wait! Got a Santa Barbara char* and was very impressed. The sourdough was a fantastic change up. Pickles “KRISPY” , Lettuce “KRUNCHY” onions are grilled and fresh, the tomato was perfect and they were NOT stingy with the avocado. This is truly the best addition to this little town in years. Cant wait to hit the entire menu.

Looked for somewhere to eat and my boyfriend and I thought we might as well try this out. Only the second day it’s been open so the line was obviously a little bit of a wait but no complaints with that. I have nothing bad to say about this place at all other than the large size is like a medium compared to everywhere else. It’s okay though because it was amazing! oh and their onion rings… SOOO GOOD!! Definitely recommend

I was welcomed by staff as soon as I walked in. Everyone was pleasant and professional. I asked a couple of questions about the menu and was able to get it my way (take that BK!) They gave me a pager, so I don't know what others were saying about confusion when their orders were ready. The wait for food was minimal and my burger was prepared as I asked. The Manager came out and said, "Hello," which was nice. Overall, a great dining experience, with tasty food. Oh, and my burger looked like the photo on the poster. This is increasingly rare.

Well today was the first day they opened. I was #3 in line for drive through. I ordered #6 no onions fries and a sprite. Took 20mins to get my order but I must say.... it was worth it. Super fresh, fries were delicious. The burger was made with love. The ranch dressing is really good too. I love that they have Coca-Cola products. Overall I'm happy. Thanks for the amazing lunch. I'll be back.

Went through the drive through tonight and had a wonderful experience. There are two ladies there holding it down hard core and their work ethic and care really shows. The first lady’s name I don’t know but she is silly and she always makes a joke about the total cost coming to some thousand dollar value. She is fun and she’s having fun at work while working hard. She’s great. Additionally, Dani is amazing! She went above and beyond the call of duty providing excellent customer service. She is also working hard and having fun doing so, and it shows. Plus she’s personable and funny. Food was super fresh and delicious.

Stopped by during a trip down to visit some family and thought this place looked interesting. Went through the drive-thru and got a double char and a diet coke. Dakota at the drive-thru was incredibly nice and enthusiastic, had a nice brief conversation. I'd definitely return if I was in the area again for the service alone.

Had to venture into Sonora today and ended up getting lunch at the Habit and it’s been a long time since I’ve been able to eat there since I don’t live locally to one. So many new things on the menu, the teriyaki burger was amazing! The staff was very friendly and the manager was awesome. She definitely made sure we were taken care of and they kept the restaurant so clean. 10/10 would recommend!

The staff here are always happy. Store is always friendly and clean. Habit burger you must be doing something right, your employees are smiling. Keep up great work and most importantly, pay food service workers what is deserved, a living wage and 🫶. They’re golden. As a delivery driver, and customer (a happy fat customer 🥰) they are truly top notch…I enjoy visits here.

The food was really really good and have to leave five stars for that. Staff was very nice also. Food wasn't warm at all, Burger patty was the same temperature as the lettuce and tomatoes. Also the shoveling of the ice bare handed into the machine was hard to witness

First time I ever tried it. I'm from out of state and we don't have them where I'm from. Wow they are good, CA deff has some good places to eat! Burger was great, fries where perfect, green bean fries where perfect. Everything was fresh made, you wait a little bit longer BUT it's worth it.

My favorite burger for a fast food place. Very good shakes and fries. Lots to choose from and a big menu. Always clean at this location and everyone is friendly. They greet you as you walk in and always seem like they like their job.

This was my second visit here and again it was great. I went to the drive thru and even though there were two cars in front of me my total time from ordering to getting my food in hand was eleven minutes. I ordered a double cheeseburger, Santa Barbara burger, and tempura green beans. Food was fresh and tasted amazing. My tempura green beans were hot and fresh. Service was on point! Will definitely recommend and go back. I took pictures of my food and receipt to post but there was no option to add pictures.

I do agree that there are long wait times and they are pretty pricey but as far as the actual restaurant and the food, I think this is probably the nicest fast food in Sonora. It's so clean and nice on the inside. The bathrooms are spacious and clean as well. I like that everything is touch-free and they have actual paper towels instead of the blowers. The atmosphere is great and there's tons of seating, and I love the jalapeño and seasonings bar. I would say this place is better for dine in when you have time as opposed to drive-thru or when you're in a rush.

This place isn't terrible, the staff used to be a little rough but it looks like they've cleaned house in the last few months, so no complaints there. Inside was clean. Staff was friendly. Orders were correct. Burgers were cooked well and put together nicely, no wilted lettuce and not a sloppy mess. We didn't get sides or drinks this visit. Overall not bad, this might be the closest thing Sonora will ever get to an in n out, so I'll take it.

Asusual these guys killed it. Best burger place. I love their jalapeños and pickles. They are the best. Service was ok ok. We ordered for curbside pickup and after waiting for some time, we have to go inside and pickup our order. What's the point of you can't honor curbside pickup and offer curbside pickup. Food was good.

We had heard that this particular Habit wasn't good, but my son and I both thought it was one of the better ones we had been to in quite a while. The burgers were absolutely delicious and he loves the green beans. It was clean inside and the service was good. Overall a very pleasing experience and I would definitely go back.

The Santa Barbara Char was great! The fries were not. The drive through is very slow, however, I suspect this is because they don't normally offer drive through service (at least that was my experience at another of their locations.) In short, if you like a good burger, give them a try! Also, I'm told (but haven't tried) their tempura green beans are really good.

I come here for the cheeseburgers, They are very good. I haven’t tried anything else except the fries which are good too. I have not dined inside yet. ➡️I am editing this to add that unfortunately the dining area is always dirty. The last 5 times.

I chose to dine-in on a Sunday at around 4:30pm. The place was clean and there were 10 people inside waiting for food. The drive-thru had 5 or so cars waiting when I got there. My food arrived approximately 30 minutes after I ordered. The fries were good, the cheeseburger was also good, but the buns were overly toasted in my opinion. After finishing my meal I noticed the drive-thru line had extended into the parking lot with approximately 15 vehicles in line. I would go to this restaurant again, but not when it's quite so busy.

Burger was great and so were the green beans and the Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Our only complaint is that we sat in line for 20 minutes waiting for our order. There was only one person inside taking orders for inside dining and drive through. I think that person was actually cooking as well.

This was my second time having habit burger. The burgers are always on point and it tastes just like it would fresh off The grill! Onion rings were my favorite. The only complaint I have is the French fries, they weren't very fresh this time and tasted very plain. I would definitely come back again though just for the onion rings and burgers. I've also had their shakes and you can't go wrong!

EDIT ON SECOND VISIT!! NEVER have I ordered a burger that looks so freaking small, and cost almost 10 bucks. Check out the photo and look how thin the hamburger patty is... I mean is it possible to actually make it thinner...?? I doubt it... Tiny little anemic Burger is what I would call this....

They did not add the avocado to my salad. We live too far to return and they don’t answer their phones. Very upset. With their prices so high and they paying their people well enough, you would expect quality and consistent ingredients.

If you go through the drive thru at The Habit always check your order before you leave the window or the building! Check it twice! Maybe even 3 times because somehow they manage to mess up orders. Yes we keep going back but just from our learning experience check your order! The service people are friendly and the place is pretty clean. And the drive thru wait takes foreverrr..... make sure you have a good air conditioner and/or heater for the long wait periods and plenty of gas so you don't run out waiting in the drive thru. 😉

I am a huge fan of habit burgers and food in general but my last 2 visits left something to be desired. The bun was grilled but seem overly dry. Hard to tell if it was stale or what. My sweet potato fries were dry and cold and my coffee had no flavor. After 2x I will not order the shake again. I hope they can get the kinks out.

We've only been twice so far. The first time it was amazing! Everything was delicious! The second time we placed a bigger order. The fries were horrible. My burger was sloppy and they forgot my husband's burger. We also ordered milkshakes and they were not enjoyable. Will give them another try. Stick to smaller orders.

I ordered the $10 Gotta Habit meal. The Santa Barbara Char half sandwich is supposed to have caramelized onions. Mine did not. I asked for avocado ranch for the chicken bites. They gave me regular ranch. Disappointing experience considering the price.

The food is good but every time the mananger Luis takes my order he manages to get it wrong EVERYTIME without fail, my order is not complex. Its just a plain burger. Tonight he was seen eating food while bagging our order! How is he a mananger. He is also so rude and defensive when I ask him to remake a simple order after getting it wrong 5 times.

We waited about 30 minutes in the drivethrough for our online app order that was prepaid for. The window drive through Clerk had said that yes they were slammed with only 2 cars ahead of myself. She then put ice in my Daughter's soda when the online order said no ice and she got a tad sassy about it when I nicely pointed it out to her. I ordered extras ides of ranch that I had to pay extra for and she didn't include them in our bag and no napkins and any plasticware was included in the bag (in fact no condiments whatsoever either were included) even though we asked for them also online. Then we finally got our food after waiting yet another 5 minutes. We then drove out and went to the Kohls parking lot to sort through the rest of the food realizing all of our sides weren't in the bag and she never gave us our banana milkshake that we ordered. Good thing we were still close by and drove back and went inside to let her know we were missing items. She stated verbatim "well, I couldn't make the banana milkshake because we use chocolate chips in it while hand making them and we're completely out of them" when it was already bought and paid for online. So she said nothing of this through the drive-thru and never even gave us any milkshake, yet that was her response when we came back and brought it to her attention inside the store this time. She said well would you like one of the 2 other shakes instead and I responded no thank you as I don't like the other flavors of milkshakes they had as to why I ordered the banana one. But I guess in her eyes, since she didn't have all the ingredients for mine, she just decided not to make it, give us one at all (even though already paid for) nor inform us of it at all while waiting in the drive-thru for that 45 minutes. So when she extremely snotty responded "well then, if you want I can just make you one just withought the chocolate chips grinded in it instead then", in which I told her again nicely "yes please" since I've already paid for it. She responded with "fine" and walked away while I went and sat down and proceeded to wait for milkshake to be made by her. I then after 5 minutes decided to ask the gentleman behind the counter helping serve customer's inside at the counter if I could speak to the manager for a moment. He said "yes of course, they he is the manager" and would be right with me. I informed him I never ever hardly make a complaint, but felt that in this case one needed to be made. As the female employee was right there still working the drive-thru window listening to it all I had also explained that no condiments that I asked for were in my bag as well and that within this 5 minutes she was just standing there, no customer at the window and still hadn't even started my milkshake after another 5 minutes while waiting inside now for it and the rest. He apologized profusely, his name is Shawn, and stated he's been managing it for a year so far and that he's been till none of my condiments and I had statedtrying to fine tune his staffing and still working on it. Another 5 mutes goes by as I'm talking to him and she FINALLY goes to start making it. She slammed it on the counter and said "here you go". So I also pointed out that there was no whipped cream on top and she grabbed it back, put a tiny bit on top and slammed it back down and said again verbatim "HERE" and turned immediately around with back to me and never gave me my condiments either. Shawn the Manager then stated to hold on for a minute as he could clearly hear and see her raunchy attitude and ran to his car and gave us some free burger tickets to use anytime later and and also stated another free entire meal on him for us at anytime later just ask for him and that my Daughter and I will get a free meal. He stated at that point his female employee should have asked for a break instead of taking it out on us customers. He was very kind and I felt rectified it and he stated he'd be having a serious meeting with her later addressing her rude and unprofessional behavior!!

For a $42 meal I was disappointed. None of my modifications were done to my meals. My fries were soggy, cold and salt -less. My boyfriends burger was smashed as they shoved all four orders of green beans and the burger into one small Togo bag... with my napkins. I ordered a santa barbara burger so I got a large bag that could've easily been utilized. I work in the industry. There is no excuse for these mistakes.

For a $42 meal I was disappointed. None of my modifications were done to my meals. My fries were soggy, cold and salt -less. My boyfriends burger was smashed as they shoved all four orders of green beans and the burger into one small Togo bag... with my napkins. I ordered a santa barbara burger so I got a large bag that could've easily been utilized. I work in the industry. There is no excuse for these mistakes.

Habit is not what it was… Lousy service is lead by management of the school: Customer No Service. Food has also dipped to new lows. Treat yourself with respect- eat elsewhere.

We are in sonora visiting and decided to get an ice cream cone from here. Our local habit usually asks if they can put our cones in a cup since the ice cream is so soft and we always say yes. Usually we get at least half of the cup full with a cone on top but not here, we got the equivalent of maybe 1 small scoop on top of the cone and then put in the cup. The base of the cone was empty as well so we just got a little bit on top. We usually share since we get so much wouldn't have been able to. Just disappointed, not sure why we were given so little.

I have been to several habit burgers and unfortunately this is the only one that was disappointing. I ate here three times and I really wanted it to be as good as the other two I have been to but it has been open for over a year and still feels like it isn't managed as good as others. Even with the issues habit burger is a better choice than most of the other burger joints in the area.

we walked in and there was only 3 people in front of us waiting for food. We ordered and waited 30 mins, I went up and asked how much longer. I was told 10 more mins. After those 10 mins I went up and talked to the manager and expressed my frustration. She said they were short staffed and what did I want her to do about that. I said it would have been nice to know ahead of time that our wait time was going to be almost an hour. I waited another 10 mins and they called our number. They forgot the avocado for my husbands salad and his dressing so he had to wait another 5 mins to eat his food. The food was alright but not worth waiting 50 mins with a toddler. I don't recoomond going here if you don't have time to spare and I encourage you to ask what the wait time is as they will not just tell you. Also I watched grub hub/ online orders wait even longer.

Had awesome hamburgers Monday. Went back Tuesday, price went up and burgers were smaller. Very disappointed. You answered me with blank statement you put on ALL review with a website to follow information lol you can't even get to website from your comment. You have to either memorize a very long name of website or write it down. Completely lame and inefficient. 9/25/2024 Now you answer my survey from 2 years ago. Again you did nothing!

Several minor quality issues with the food and the kitchen seemed to be pretty disfunctional. The counter staff were impatient with customers not getting the food fast enough despite calling the type of order instead of the customers name. These are issues I have never encountered at other Habit locations.

Always a long wait does not matter if you order ahead, in the lobby, or in the drive thru. Last 3 times I've gone during lunch they had been cleaning the ice cream machine. I had been hoping to try the caramel shake, oh well.

Just poor customer service from corporate. The main office does not care they think chartickets will fix everything and it does not especially when they messed your order up and refused to refund my money sent me chartickets worthless to me the nearest habit is 2 hours away not everyone can use those

I tell myself every time that habit will go faster this time, but they never do. Today I tried keeping my order short and ordered just a drink and fries and it took them nearly 35min in the drive through. I was third in line. Every time it takes forever!!

I love what they have done inside, but the food was terrible. The meat over cook, the bun was not fresh. French fry were so salty I wouldn't eat them. Stood in line 20 minutes only to wait another 25 minutes to get my food. I feel like they are just understaffed. Those girls were trying to hurry and couldn't keep up. Seems more like a management problem for being short handed. I'll try again in the future but if it's no better next time then that's the last time

Went to the Habit today. The food was O.K. The french fries were cold, and way undercooked. It's going to be a long time before I go back to the Sonora Habit. Too bad, I saw other reviews and response from the customers. The reply from the owners was pathetic. They seem to have the same response to all the negative comments..." Sorry, We'll take care of it."

Food was pretty standard for a habit burger, but my overall experience was not very pleasant. Instead of calling out order numbers, they called out the order itself making it confusing of who's order was who's. The second was that the ranch given with the onion rings was watered down and the container was less than half full. The floors here were also very dirty with lots of leftover foodstuffs on the floor. My experience at other locations were great and I will be eating at habit again, but this location was generally a disappointment.

Went in opening night, was given a free sandwich coupon however after waiting over half an hour in line, I found out they didn't have the full menu (didn't want one of the sandwiches and was getting food for others in my family). Came back a few weeks later, they didn't honor the coupon, which I assumed would be good since it didn't have an expiration date or mention only opening night. After waiting half an hour for food (after ordering), I'd say it was mediocre at best and overpriced. It's at least nice there's another place open in town, I may come back at some point to give it another chance and update this review.

I order curbside pick up sat there for over 20 minutes before they brought out the food I ordered and you know when food smells so good and then you get home and sit down to eat I could not even bit into because the bread was so hard and the after taste of my food is awful the onion rings is like they Fried in month old oil so gross won’t be going back

This is my third time at this Habit Burger. The first two times my food was ice cold when I got it. I wanted to give them another chance. This time was no different. Cold rubbery burger patties and the fries were just lukewarm and unsalted. All three times I dined in and ate as soon as food was received. It seems like the patties are precooked. This was my last visit. Also, when you force your employees to say "welcome to Habit Burger" to everyone who walks in the door, they wind up sounding like robots.

Came in and ordered a meal to go on the self serve kiosk with a buddy and ended up waiting to get my food for a half of an hour waiting inside. Lady calling out numbers didn’t know mine and was blatantly telling me that was my order when it was not my order. Service needs to pay more attention and not make accusations to customers as the customer is always right. Service did make this up by giving coupons however needs improvements.

Was the only person in the drive thru and waited 20 minutes.... 20 minutes for a drive thru with no line just baffles me. The habit is one of my favorite burger places but I won't be coming back to this one. They could care less about timeliness. I've done this 4 time and every single time is the same. I keep hoping it's just a fluke but it's definitely not. I'm so disappointed

After update (at bottom), I’d give 3 stars. Just got a burger, tempura green beens, and paid an extra $2.20 for avocado (because I can’t eat cheese right now and avo is a good substitute). I got home and this is the amount of avocado on my burger that I paid an extra $2+ for. Also supposed to come with grilled onions and there were 2 tiny pieces of them. Not happy. Update: I took it back. Apparently this is the amount of avocado you pay $2.20 for. 1 scoop. But they apologized and promptly remade the burger. Very polite and friendly staff.

I wanted to like this place and I’m a very understanding person. I’ve been there many times trying to give it “another chance.” Every time I go, something else is wrong. The Caesar salad is absolutely drowned and soggy with ranch, grilled chicken on top Is ice cold. Fries are cold, onion rings are barely warm. Every time they hand me my food I have to remind them to give me something that’s included in my order. A $30 dinner is ruined every time I go and it’s such a waste of time and money. I’ve given them so many chances and I’m finally done. If ya’ll can’t get such simple things right, there’s no way you’re going to stay in business. So disappointed, I do not recommend this place by any means.

Burger tastes and chews like a cold burger thrown back in the microwave for two minutes. Took 20 minutes to get through drive through with three cars in front of me, to pay 17.24 for a double burger meal that I could barely choke down…wow guys…(fries were ok….)

Use restroom which was gross. When exiting restroom you can see the prep table utilized by the cook. It was disgusting. Misc food and lettuce littering the presurface can barely see the stainless prep area. Never in my life have I seen something so disgusting. Tables are filthy. Afraid to eat the food now. What makes it even worse they try and remind you to pay them a tip. Clea. The tablees, which i cleaned myself Clean the floors and make cooking area sanitized then customers would consider tipping.

They switched from Coke to Pepsi. I won’t go back. Burgers are good and the staff at this location is amazing! But their corporate overlords have made a classic blunder with this change.

I ordered thru the drive thru. I ordered a chicken sandwich with Teriyaki sauce no onions no tomato no lettuce, fries and a shake. When we got home I ate my delicious fries when I Got to my sandwhich, I noticed it had tomatos lettuce onions and no cheese and the chicken on one side was huge but the other side didnt even cover the bun........ of course my frustration after waiting in line for 10 mins, and paying $16 for my meal was real. I called the number to make orders because there is no other way to contact the store. The man on the phone helped me soooo much. he was astonished at the neglect to my sandwhich. He contacted the store and asked them if I could pick up the sandwhich tomorrow after I got off work since they would be closing in 20 mins and there was no way I could make it. This is no the first time I have had a bad experience here..I thought I would give them a.second chance, but chances are I won't be going back. Their lack of attention to orders and then their lack of customer service is so sad.

This place is a joke, you get stuck in the drive thru because they have the parking lot blocked and their employees said they couldn’t move it to let me out. No purchase was made and none will ever be made at this place. Update now that it is operational for a while. Food served cold ( burgers and fries) inside eating area not even takeout. Partial blame has to go to CA governor Brylcreem Newsom since he has made finding good employees very difficult. We lost many local businesses because of his dictatorship.

I have no idea why people would wait over an hour to get overpriced McDonalds. I would understand if it had been busy but there were maybe 6 other people in the fast food joint and the drive thru was nowhere near full. The burgers are basic. Similar to the frozen burgers you can pick up at the grocery store. The fry's were ok but there are much better local options available.

The absolute worst burger experience ever. The bun was burnt, the burgers were burnt, the onions were burnt, and the fries are literally cardboard. I've never been to any other location other then Sonora, California. But I can promise you I'll never eat a Habit burger ever again, and would advice against anyone wanting to try it.

This was our 2nd time eating here about 3 weeks apart from each visit an last night will be our last. 1st x thought the food was ok my girls loved the burgers but then they all got sick I thought maybe it wasn't the food but again last night right after eating they got sick again. I didn't get sick but putting hot food like bread in a container made it a soggy mess only had a few bites couldn't eat it so unappealing

OMG, my first visit to the habit burger grill yesterday was good. I had the char burger with cheese. The meat was excellent like a great home cooked burger. I went back this morning and ordered the same thing. I was eating in my truck and 2 things hit me. 1) they raised the price 2) they cut the meat portion by 50% . What a joke. No better than the rest I will not be doing business there again.

I understand that places get busy but this place will make you wait over 30 minutes in a drive through line to give you an overcooked burger sloppily thrown together. Had this experience every time I’ve been here, I will not return. I would recommend people heed the many many negative reviews this place has and stay far away. There’s a jack in the box across the street, definitely a better option.

I'm not much of a comment reviewer, but I went through the drive-thru. They had forgotten to give me my drink. So I turned back around ran in to get it. Then, once I got back to my room, i noticed they forgot to give me my ranch bbq sauce and ketchup. Which I paid for. I normally love the habit. But will not be going back to this one.

It can be hit or miss here. Last time I was here it wasn't a great meal. All the tables were dirty and employees standing around talking loudly. Burger was overcooked. The French fries were also hard and over salted. My drink was Mr pibb and the taste was off. They keep raising prices and it's just not worth it. Other locations don't have these problems.

Let me start out that most of the staff were wonderful. But I ordered my food online ( to save time I thought) at 6:30 and did not get it to 8:00. I waited in the restaurant for an hour and watched a circus unfold. Employees arguing and yelling at each other. They locked the lobby so people would stop coming in. They need leadership desperately. My food was raw, messy and disgusting. I love the habit, but this location needs help. 50 bucks for bad food.

I tried the Uber Eats for the first time and I haven’t had habit Burger up here in Sonora yet and needless to say I am extremely disappointed. I spent six dollars on onion rings and fries and only received two onion rings and then when I opened up my SB Char Burger that was supposed to come with avocado and caramelized onions those were missing. Top it all off whenever you call you get to some kind of offsite ordering system and you can’t even get in touch with them at the store. I won’t be ordering from them again.

We had lunch at this location today for our 2 year old grandsons birthday. It started with a bad attitude at the counter while ordering and the food made a lot of us sick. My husband and I have eaten there in the past and has been pretty good, not any more. Seems like that happens a lot when a franchise first opens, good at first and then ends up after a couple of years to be awful and I will say this was awful!! Not for us anymore.

Wow! Went in for the first time and they tell us we can use the table order thing so we do. When Done it says it changed us but order didn't make it to the kitchen!!! So we get in line and the lady has no way of checking. They are busy and not friendly. Although they where friendly to the door dash people 🙄! No # to get my money back and no sympathy.

Just don't go. We went through the drive through and were there for probably a half hour. The employees didn't want to answer any questions and were inside throwing hand signs at each other and throwing food at one another. It was just a room full of children screwing around and ignoring customers. They didn't give us our drinks and wouldn't come to the window. They gave us our food and we sat there for another five minutes waiting for our two sodas. We waived and tried to get there attention to no avail. I had to park my car and go in the building to tell the kid I didn't get my drinks. He set one small cup on the counter and walked off without a word. Hands down the worst fast food experience I've ever had. Seriously save yourself, the food was awful. I had to get a refund from corporate it was so bad. No reason to go there.

I went to The Habit Friday evening. Got my usual veggie burger, got my usual tempura green beans and got the peppermint milkshake. I’ve had this milkshake prior and never had issues. Not sure what gave me food poisoning from there but it happened. Had a terrible weekend. Won’t be eating there again.

I don’t normally eat fast food! But when I need something quick I try to choose better “quality” places. This is the 3rd time I’ve gotten food late evening, 7-9pm and my order is completely wrong. When you get charged for an extra burger patty and cheese just to figure out when you get ready to sit down and eat it’s frustrating to say the least. They want you to bring the food back for a replacement! Sure, let’s waist 20 min of our lives to go back and let them try again! You can’t get ahold of the people, and if you do they want you to do some online BS “contact us”. Zero quality control or customer service.

This place is terrible. I tend to not write these because people and businesses have bad days but they are a perpetual bad day in terms of the food and service. I never get my order correct and mind you I'll say no tomatoes and that's it and there will always be tomatoes. It's not hard. Plan to spend 30+ mins in the drive through window waiting for your food and somehow still be handed cold food. I've tried giving them chances but they're just not where I will spend my money anymore. The manager is also equally as terrible. She will have your food in hand and talk to her coworkers for 5 minutes before handing it to you. I've witnessed this almost every time I've gone in. She tries to be bubbly and funny but she's not. Just give me my food and get to work already. For being so expensive, I wouldn't recommend this place at all. The Outpost has a better burger with much better service and its a gas station smh. Get it together 🥴

The food is decent. But when I'm made to hold the credit card machine at the drive-thru window so that I can select what tip option to give them at the drive-thru window, that's where they lost me as a customer. You're not going to guilt me to give you a tip for working a fast food drive-thru window. And then make me hold the machine just so I have to select the option making me the bad guy if I select no tip at a drive-thru window is wrong. The business just needs to pay their employees so I don't have to subsidize them or feel guilty when I don't. I'll never go back there because of this reason.
