Awesome pizza! We ordered it in the afternoon picked it up at 6:30! Very friendly service, really good food, great price. What is not to love!

We had a last minute big party for my Uncles Funeral Service, they were great and had a nice large area reserved for us! We got a party pack, the pizza was amazing as usual! The barbecue chicken will always be a favorite!

Try the bacon and blue cheese pizza! It's my favorite of all time. Their dough recipe is the best around and the pizza is always cooked to perfection. My boyfriend and I do dinner dates here, all the workers are very nice and accommodating. Best pizza I've had, local and franchise wise!

Amazing food as always, just wish they had remembered my add on's of ranch, caramel and frosting. Double check your food. I got mine through door dash and was missing my extras. Doordash made it right. Food is amazing!

Take out only right now. Loads of staff in the kitchen and they were friendly as always. I was a walk-in and gave my order then waited in my car. I got a text a few minutes after I was in the car telling me when it would be ready in 10 minutes. Overall it was quicker than it used to be, and the pizza was as delicious as always. Next time I'll pick up a growler at the same time now I know it's available. Love this place.

Arguably the best pizza in the county. They have some of the most unique & delicious specials I’ve seen at a pizzeria, but they’re masters of traditional pizzas like pepperoni, combination, etc. It's a bit higher priced, but in my opinion it's worth if for the quality you get. The best deal they have is their all you can eat pizza buffet on Wednesday where they bring out just about every kind of pizza they have, including a desert pizza. Service is usually reasonably fast, especially for made to order pizza.

Definitely the best overall pizza in the Sonora area; and we've tried them all. Great sauce, good-to-great crust, good toppings-all served in a genuinely friendly, warm/comfy atmosphere. Reminds me of the best pizza joints back east. They need to bring back the Black Butte Porter on tap, though-the perfect pizza beer.

This is our go to pizza spot in town, it's the best pizza for dining in or taking back home. It can get a little loud sometimes, probably because everyone loves this local place! Everyone has always been super friendly and helpful. We will always be back!

Came into town at 9pm and just made it to Mikes for pizza and beer. We had a small combo pizza and it was plenty to share and very delicious! I also got the large salad bar. Very clean and good salad bar options, totally worth the $8 to pile on all you can! Great micro brew selection of pitchers too. Great for families with kids as they have arcade games.

This is absolutely the best pizza in Sonora! We get the combination and it's a perfect blend of crispy crust and thicker areas. They don't skimp on the toppings and everyone is always friendly! Highly recommend!

First timer. First off, the crew are all friendly and really into their job. Nice to see folks taking pride in their work. And it shows in the end product. Secondly, probably the best tasting pizza ever. The salad bar! How can salad be so darn tasty? The ingredients were really fresh and flavorful. I don't get it, been buying ready made salads in grocery stores or order (expensive) them at restaurants, nothing as delicious as Mike's Pizza of Sonora. Next time I travel through, definitely stopping here.

Pizzas were awesome and baked to perfection. We ordered 3 XL pizzas for our team and well worth the price for the taste. Customer service was very good as well and helpful as this was the first time I ordered from them. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great tasting pizza.

Ordered Mike's speciality combination pizza and it was super yummy. The crust is crispy and just the right thickness. Toppings were plentiful and hearty. Highly recommend this place for pizza if you are in the area. Prices are reasonable and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Door Dash never delivered so I picked the pizzas up myself. Mike's made me new fresh pizzas since the pizzas had been sitting there for 1.5 hrs. Never used Door Dash before and never will again. But the pizza, service and atmosphere at Mike's were perfect.

Such a great place! I honestly was not expecting to be as impressed as I was being my first time in town. The staff were amazing. And the pizza was so flavorful, seriously some of the best pizza I've had. Great people, good beer, good atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious pizza. Can't be beat and from what all the locals say this is the place to be on weekends, and every day. There was even live music. I had a large group too and the place was packed and they were able to accommodate us all no problem. Not to mention several picky kids in our group. They had sandwiches, great salad bar, chicken wings and again the best pizza. Saved this place to come back for sure and if you don't believe me just ask a local.

This place is AWESOME!! Don’t know why I haven’t rated it before now. I always order a large pepperoni with black olives, no sauce (I’m allergic to basil). Couple months ago, I decided to order bacon on it. It was REAL bacon (thick crumbles), and allot of it. I always get a medium bake. One time they overcooked it. I called and they redid it. No rudeness, or impatience, just professional and friendly. I also get a senior discount. This pizza is the bomb! I always have plenty of leftovers the next day. I’ve tried allot of pizzas, and Mike’s is way up on my list. You can’t go wrong. Delicious!!!

The pizza is extremely good. We drive 35 miles to eat there. The service is great even though they are always very busy. Do not pass up the opportunity to try it as you will not be disappointed!

So damn delicious! Was just visiting a view days from out of town and literally came to this place every day it was so good. The staff were amazing and so friendly, the locals were great to chat with and the most importantly the pizza was amazing. In my time in town I ordered a few personal pizzas from the menu and loved them all. Then starting asking the workers for suggestions and loved every single one! This is a hidden gem!

From the sauce to the fresh ingredients I was so happy. I love my pizza but had not bought one for 6months. Then I tried Mike's pizza. Hands down they know how to make a delicious pizza. Wonderful place to take the kids for pizza! We love how they decorate to add to the experience! The place is pretty open and has games for the kids. However some of the games have seen better days and break often.

Excellent customer service! Every time I have been to Mike's, there has always been enough staff. Whether dine in or take out I have always had minimal/regular wait times. The pizza is consistent with fully cooked crust and generous toppings. Great salad bar.

Mikes is always on point everytime. I've never gone here or ordered delivery and not been totally satisfied. Staff is friendly, quick, and there to make sure you are taken care of.

This is my husband's new aunt and his birth uncle pizza restaurant and oh my gosh it's seriously the best pizza I have ever had. And my cinnamon bread stick dessert was delicious. The ingredients are very fresh I can tell they take a lot of pride in their food. Thank you for the hospitality xo!

They are super sweet. They offer a dessert pizza with the all you can eat deal. Unfortunately I am allergic to cinnamon. I was not at the table when it was being served and my husband informed them I couldn’t have any due to the allergy. They made me a mini dessert pizza without the cinnamon without a second glance. We will definitely be back.

The pizza was soo good! We had a giant pepperoni and a chicken bacon garlic, both were delicious! The atmosphere was great and the arcade activities kept the kids entertained for a bit. It was a bit busy but we got our food fast, didn't wait anymore than 20min for it. Will totally be coming back on our next trip.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND***** The day after Xmas before leaving Sonora CA, back to Fresno. My entire family chose this Pizzaria as our end of the holiday get together. 11 of us. We had 1 wheelchair ♿️. Not only did we have a section accessible for even our wheelchair ♿️ the table space was spacious. The menu had a awesome variety even for myself who can't eat pizza there was so much more to order. WE GOT REAL PLATES!! Salad bar, self serve drinks. I loved this place. Now we ordered the GIANT pizza (2). Ooo-wee, it was huge & delicious. We ordered huge wings (the wings from major chains look like pigeon wings) they were meaty as well. We ordered burger, huge Tater Tots, and garlic cheese bread. My family lives in Cedar Ridge I will definitely be back.

This place was great! We got a giant pizza half pepperoni half cheese and that sucker was good for the whole day until the next day we had pizza. I also ordered a mini pesto Pizza I was the only one that enjoyed it but that's okay it wasn't for everyone! I I'm looking forward to coming back next time we are in town

This is probably the best if not easy top 3 best pizza places in Tuolumne County. Classic pizza parlor feel with beers on tap and a few arcade games. The employees are always busy and high energy and really put out some good food and remain friendly and attentive even when swamped. You can't go wrong with the bbq chicken combo pizza, and they even have a few other options like burgers, sandos, and apps. Also, a very clean salad bar!

My family ate here on our way back home, after a day of playing in the snow. The menu had something for all of us and my pizza alone was amazing. Even the crust was delicious that I kept wanting more of my Pesto California. I will definitely eat here again!

On the recommendation of our Airbnb host we stopped by to this bustling pizza place and we were glad we did! Choosing a vegetarian special they were kind enough to let us substitute some items without a fee. It is a loud and busy place but the pizza is great and for the price you can't go wrong. We shared a large between us and it was a little too big but the staff are great and happy to provide to-go boxes. On a Wednesday they do all you can eat pizza if you're really hungry.

We love Mike's Pizza! Ordered salad bar and a pizza to go last night and the flavor was good as always. Salad bar was stocked up and fresh - don't skip on the potato salad, it's so good! Only mild complaint was there was so much cheese on the pizza that when you bit into it after it was no longer piping hot it was as thick as the crust and had a weird texture. Who complains about too much cheese tho? 😂 not a deterrent and will definitely be back.

The one thing Mike's Pizza has over most other pizza spots I've visited is the fact that they put their toppings all the way to the edge! The pepperoni wrapped around the crust, which is awesome for crust lovers like me! I wouldn't say the pizza was mind blowing, but it definitely hit the spot and I was happy we went. They offer beer by the pitcher and have lots of seating.

We went their for a birthday party and had a fantastic experience. They have a delicious meatball pizza, and a very friendly and helpful staff that are more than happy to go out of their way to make your experience pleasurable. It's was noisy, but not too noisy, and full of life just like a pizza parlor should be. It's a good time ,with good pizza and friendly people. I highly recommend stopping in for it beer and a pizza. It's a great pit stop and you get a good sense of the community.

Services were super impressive. We experienced a very empathetic and kind gesture. They have a nicely maintained dog play area in the back side, which was a bonus for our Husky. Kid friendly restaurant, yummy food.

Overall this place has been a pretty good pizza place for years. The pizza is solid, but nothing special. To be honest, I find several other local places to have a more flavorful pizza. I just find this sauce to be lackluster and some of the toppings they use to be lacking in flavor. The staff is fine, if not a bit standoffish. The place is clean, and the restrooms are spotless. It’s good food and a good place, but not stellar.

Caught them on a busy weekend. They had run out of all but mini crusts, so we did one mini Greek goddess, a chicken sando, and a burger. All were good. The fountain drinks were weak, maybe running low on syrup, but the hard cider was good. The place was loud, mostly due to a couple of large parties. Despite all the chaos, the staff was friendly and the service good.

It seems to be a very popular place in town. Birthday party's for the little ones, a place for adults to have a glass and a bite or for big gatherings of larger groups too. Their pizzas are offered in standard or gluten free doughs, and they are filled with toppings that make them very hearty and filling. They also have burgers and a few sandwiches for those not wanting pizzas. Additionally, they have a salad bar, as well as a few other specific salads for those looking for other options. Basically, this is one of those places located in a small town, that gives that town a great vibe, causing you to return time and time again while passing through. Sonora is lucky to have a restaurant like this for the locals and the out of towners to enjoy.

Great place for family. They have little things for kids, just a couple things. The pizza was pretty good, but maybe a little over cooked.

Pizza was awesome. Had large pepperoni for four people and was just enough. They are generous with their pepperoni, great crust, sauce had a good flavor and just the right amount of cheese. They have some arcade games and claw games for the kids. We will definitely come back again when in the area and try some more combinations from menu. Love the staff shirts that say "medicinal marinara."

That previous one star was a mistake for sure. I have never had a negative experience at Mike's. It's some of the best pizza I've had in my whole life. And definitely best in the county.

Busy establishment. Family place to bring your kids. The food was excellent. I had the Western cheeseburger. My friend had the gluten free Hawaiian pizza. That was also very tasty. The only issue was the food took a long time to come to our table, and when one plate was brought it was the wrong order. So I had to wait again. I believe that was due to it being so busy. Which in these times, that's a good thing! I would recommend this place, just make sure your not in a big hurry. We went on a Saturday afternoon, which is probably one of their busier times. The food is very recommended by me!

We came up to meet family and really.enjoyed the pizza, chesesticks and salad bar. The games for the kids is nice. My only suggestion would be to add a changing table to the men's room, I'm 7 months pregnant so my husband hauls our older son to change and I'll tell ya I had one heck of a time in that tiny bathroom.

The pizza here is delicious but the efficiency of their pickup process was horrendous on the night we went (admittedly it was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, probably one of their busiest days of the year). They had two registers but only one line for both ordering and pickup, so if you ordered by phone or online you had to stare at your pizza cooling off in a box in top the oven while waiting in a 30-minute line behind people who still hadn't placed their orders. They really need separate ordering and pickup lines, especially during rush times.

Let me start by saying this: the pizza at Mike’s is absolutely phenomenal. The crust is perfectly crisped, the sauce has just the right tangy-sweet balance, and the cheese pull? Out of a commercial. I’ve tried their classic pepperoni . If we were judging this place on food alone, it would easily be a 5-star joint. There was something definitely off about the back room. Staff kept disappearing into it and looking around nervously before going in. At one point, a loud bang came from back there, followed by hushed shouting. A few other customers looked just as puzzled as I did. It felt like something was going on that had nothing to do with pizza. Maybe it's nothing — but it didn’t exactly inspire confidence.

Well I was waiting for my sandwich just now Wed Sept 16, 25 12:25pm not too busy. I was standing by the soda machine and saw one of the employee girls glasses, purple and brown hair stuff something in her mouth and then come straight out and start making sandwiches and pizzas. I did not dig that! They weren’t too busy. I just just didn’t wanna deal with it so just decided I’d leave a review.

Pizza is really good. Gralic on meatball pie was scrumptious. Counter serve. Limited but adequate beer/wine. Down side is high prices. A 24oz beer was $11. Glass of local wine, $8. Our tab for two pies and a beverage each was $70.

Ordered a large pizza with 3 toppings. One topping was sparse, and another was completely absent. I addressed the missing topping and the staff reluctantly offered to make a new one, or add the missing topping and put the pizza back in the oven. The result was my original pizza with a pile of uncooked pineapple on part of it. I didn't appreciate the lack of effort put into correcting the mistake. I don't want to go back to place that doesn't care

Sad to say this place has really changed since the new owners. We ordered the salad bar and a small pizza. My husband had a hair in his salad! While we were waiting for our pizza the lady in the booth next to us had a hair in her chicken wings! One of the workers was emptying trash then went right to putting food on pizza's and did not wash his hands and they don't use gloves or hair nets. Not going back. So sad.... This place used to be great.

The pizza used to be good, but it's pretty terrible now. My husband likes going here, especially bc it's close to home, but they never put all of the toppings we pay for on my pizza and they barely put any. I always feel like I'm eating bread and sauce. They just don't know how to make good pizza anymore. I heard they changed ownership. Round Table has done better sometimes, but sometimes not. Jamestown Pizza Plus has been awesome and their crust tastes homemade. Same with St. Charles Saloon pizza.

Honestly the pizza is great..... a bit too greasy but great! What is an upsetting thing is they aren't delivering after 5:30 pm on a Friday night! They are going to lose a lot of business with these hours unfortunately. We will go to round table next time! Most people get off at 5 Monday- Friday. Friday is when a lot of people order from their favorite pizza places..... I hope that you guys reconsider your weekend hours.

I am pissed off I have always enjoyed the best pizza here at Mike's but this is second time I've had to wait for larger orders! Just put your orders in line with next order! How easy is that there is not much time between orders plus I gave you 20% for what I won't make that mistake again!!!

Too much greasy cheese , STAY AWAY FROM THE "MARGHARITA PIZZA " THIS PLACE SELLS BREAD WITH TOPPINGS . SO MANY EMPLOYEES NO HAIRNETS ... DISSAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST . After the response from owner I have this to say . The Margherita has way to much thick dough . It is not a Margharita . Maybe using less of everything would be a better idea . I don't need a lb of vegetables. I need a thinner pizza if its a margharita.. the cheese pizza should have half the amount of cheese . Greasy is never GOOD . IM SURE YOU GUYS DO FINE . For me it's just not that good. Salad bar is good because you can add as much as you like . 👍🏼
