Curbside Mexican Grill is a few minutes away from my house, it's like a hidden treasure between our homes. We ordered 2 classic Quesadillas and 1 Cowboy Quesadilla and Oreo empanadas! WOW! We were amazed with the first bite. The Oreo empanadas were not too sweet, it was just right! YAM YAM!! Thanks for your well cooked food!! :)

Omg lol was not expecting what I got. Food was delicious. Empanadas were fire!!! The burrito was gigantic lol I could only eat half and I’m a big boy haha. The kid that delivered went out of his way and didn’t have to and I really appreciated it. Will 1000% order again. Can’t wait to see what my wife thinks when she tries this. She’s gonna love it

I live close by, within a very short walk. They do deliver though. So glad this place is nearby. About the food. It's delicious!! Generous servings and always fresh. You will find unique variations on classic Tex Mex. I love the Cowboy Quesadilla, avocado fries and the burritos are so good. One burrito has french fries in it, sounds strange but it was sooo good. Also, Curbside Cobb Salad, huge, fresh salad.. My only wish is that they would include cilantro in their food where applicable. I realize though that not everyone likes the taste. But overall this place is five stars. UPDATE: CURBSIDE IS OPEN AS OF MAY 1!!!!

Ok this Tex Mex place was amazing! Their crunchwraps and avocado fries woohoo! Place is pretty small and mostly everyone stops to pick up or order to go.

A surprising find with a great menu selection!! Portions were larger than expected and loaded with tasty, fresh ingredients. The Al Pastor Tacos were delicious - can't wait to go back!!

Got the avocado fries, bierra egg rolls, and chicken parm crunchwrap. All delicious and worth the trip. The avocado fries and egg rolls were fried perfectly. The only complaint is the chicken parm crunchwrap was a bit on the cold side.

I have been coming here since curbside opened and all i can say is that everything i have tried is amazing! The best Mexican food around and they give huge portion sizes with high quality food! The staff is very friendly and welcoming and always willing to accommodate! If you want Mexican go here!

I have eaten at Curbside in Plainview on a number of occasions after being recommended by a friend. Their Gluten-Free options are amazing. I love the Bubba wrap, but have tried a bunch of others. The website makes it very easy to order and pick up on the way home from work for me. Jealous that we don't have one on the south shore of Nassau that has GF options.

Since its inception in South Hempstead I have been very fond of Curbside. The staff is friendly and the food is amazing. The salads, quesadilla, loaded nachos, empanadas, and now catering. Additionally, they have been supportive of the South Hempstead and have provided a great local place with a vibe in the community.

I can't eat white rice...but I can have everything else...the person who made my food a tall Manager gentleman with Black hair..I had to say thank you because the insides..I chose with out a tortilla they were bomb..he was completely intuitive about how the flavors mixed..the food was just how I liked it. I ate half of the food with a green soda. So far My Man and I have gone there 3x. The seating is limited but sit down..My Man watches some sports on the TV's and I look at YouTube and Facebook. Perfect date place. It feels comfortable.The walls have amazing colorful pictures. And the food is something you inhale.😋

I saw your IG page and I’ve been wanting to order for years. Finally did last night. We ordered the surf and turf burrito, maui waui Crunchwrap, loaded fries, birria eggrolls and churros. Everything was delicious. Best burrito I ever had.

We customized our bowls and burritos to take out. Everything was hot, fresh and really delicious. Will definitely order again and recommend.

The Pescado tacos are fire, price is a little high, service is usually pretty quick.

Love this place it was our first time here and the owner had went above and beyond. He let me change my order when I found something else I might like as well as accommodating a pet owner by taking her order outside to ensure the safety of customers inside. The interior design was so cute and loved the taco sign. Will come back!

The food was excellent and the staff were nice, however it does not have a/c so the sit down experience was sweltering when we went to try their menu. Definitely going to go back, but for pickup and not dine in. We got the birria eggrolls and smack wrap crunch wrap, which were both delicious, but the cowboy quesadilla was what stole the show - excellent flavor combo. Overall highly recommend.

It was my first time going, and I was wholly satisfied. I ordered a Cowboy quesadilla and it was made to perfection. The steak was delicious and juicy providing the quesadilla a nice overall taste, companied with the beans/cheese/avocado. I will be back!

Absolutely phenomenal. This place is a hidden gem. Burritos are fat and the crunchwraps are thick. Prices are a little up there but it's so worth every bite. We've never felt so full and satisfied after eating Mexican food. Below is a picture of a crunchwrap from Curbside, and then a photo of a dinky crunchwrap from taco bell. Notice the drastic size difference- curbside's is PACKED. The price is worth every penny. Make the drive there and try them out, you won't regret it!

Is not that usual that I crave Mexican Tacos, well today I really did. Then I looked for a place on Google maps and that is how I know about this place. My wife got shrimp tacos and I ordered de nachos. Both orders were delicious, the nachos were pretty big too. I also loved the fact that they have some prepaid tickets on a wall with a sing that offers meals to hungry people. I totally loved the sense of social responsibility this folks have.... I will go back to this place soon..

Found this place on Instagram and finally got to try it out and wow was I impressed with this place! A little hole in the wall type of place but the food is absolutely amazing! Everything that was ordered from the birria tacos to the birthday cake empanadas everything was full of flavor and I loved every bite of it. Can’t wait to come back again and try more menu items this is a great spot!

Really interesting menu options and the build your own bowl thing is really nice. The bowl I made/got was really good, it had a nice array of flavors and the meat was nicely cooked. Overall a nice experience.

Got the Shrimp and Steak crunchy wrap. It was really good with quality ingredients. I do have to say the actual shrimp, steak and guac were bland. All together it tasted good but it would have been a 5 star review if it had more flavor.

I ordered online a Thursday night before closing. Delivery came, but it was the wrong order. I called the next day to complain I did not get the correct order.Anthony was wonderful. He made the situation better, and I was able to get the correct order the following day(take out). Thank you so much. I appreciate the customer service. This place rules. I literally went with all my boys in HS the day it opened and have been a loyal customer ever since. I recognize the owners as they were very nice the first day it opened. As time went on, the bald owner just became kind of a jerk. He's not very nice and frankly he's very rude. I come here all the time so I see him a lot but genuinely I hate that I give this guy some money. Be better bald owner with the glasses.

I was driving down Long Beach Road in Hempstead when I stopped at a red light. The wife and I, both, noticed an edifice with a color sign that said Curbside (Mexican Grill). We were both hungry, so we parked the car and went inside. As I've stated in previous reviews, I do appreciate a welcoming host as it makes the whole dining experience, at least to me, a bit more memorable. Our host this day, pretty stoic, but hey not everyone is Bob Barker (I aged myself)! The decor is colorful and inviting-- Mexican motif. The important thing is the food, right? I ordered a Al Pastor bowl and my wife had the fit fajita bowl. The bowls were pleasantly tasteful and fulfilling. Our picky daughter ate every spoonful we gave her. The deserts were also very creative and delicious. We had the rainbow cake empanada and the apple pie empanada. They came out straight out of the oven (?). I liked that there was a wall where one can donate food to the less fortunate. It's very kind. Also, the gentlemen who cook in the back let my daughter and wife use the restroom. They were very friendly towards her and I appreciate that. While I waited for them to come out, I chatted with the gentleman from Honduras and he shared his enjoyment making tasty food. I give the food a 4/5 as I need to return again to taste the other dishes. (wifey wanted me to add that the food came out quickly).

Good location. I have only gotten food to go from here but their serving sizes are huge. The food is pretty good, sometimes could use a little more flavor. But for the size and creative dishes I would still recommend this location. Glad to see they are still open during the pandemic, I hope they continue to improve.

So let's keep it real. This place is located in Baldwin New York. Not a place known for Mexican cooking. The brothers who own it are Irish. Not known for living in Mexico . Now let's get down to what's the most important, the food. The tacos are banging. Nice flavor. A good size and hard to choose between the traditional soft and the hard taco. The burritos are very good too. A good size and very tasty. It just proves that it's not where you're from, it's how you wrap.

The fries were outstanding, the price was reasonable, and the service was quite good. But unfortunately the taco’s were really dry. Needed something in the chop meat to moisten it up a bit. Also the taste of the meat seemed off to me.. Way to much chili powder or something, perhaps that’s why the meat was dry. Need to supply sour cream with the taco’s as well.

bowl was $14.75, portions were large so that was good. Doesn’t really taste authentic Mexican at all though more like Tex max if that’s your thing

I most usually order the same thing because it’s my favorite but recently the quality has really gone done the portion is the same which is really good for the price but what’s the point if the quality isn’t there. I ordered the maui waui crunch wrap which the first time I got it it was amazing loved it but I recently got one and I was upset the rice was hard and undercooked which is upsetting because the rice is a main part of the dish and the steak and shrimp were overcooked, overall the quality was just upsetting

I've been a couple times, fun, quirky atmosphere. Crunchwraps...whhhaaaaat!!! Good tacos, gluten free options, all around quality stuff. So this is a bummer.....I went today to do the crunch wrap food challenge. Two of us were gonna try it, and another friend just was there for support and some food. The crunch wrap that comes with this challenge in my opinion is not that great. It was super dry, not very much flavor at all outside of the BBQ sauce which I was kinda mad was in there. Had it not been there though the wrap would have been really boring. Instead is just wasn't tasty really at all. The fries a little of the same story, very dry, could have used more toppings etc. I get this is a food challenge, and I was here for it. But the food challenge at a Mexican restaurant had very little to do with Mexican food. I left the challenge (not finishing) still feeling hungry actually because I stopped eating not because I was full, but because I just wasn't enjoying the food. I ended up eating my friends birria crunch wrap which was really good, and paying a ton of money for the unfinished challenge, of dry, one note, lack luster, gimmicky "BBQ". I know what I signed up for, I love watching food challenges and I have done a few others. I expected better from this one, and it left me feeling bummed I wasted the time and money when I just should have gotten any one of their other totally good crunch wraps or tacos. If you're looking for a fun lunch spot, deals on taco tuesdays, or are in the area 100% would recommend checking this place out. And whatever wrap that is on the challenge I would totally avoid.

The establishment has nice decor. It is located by the corner of the block across from a school. The food was okay. I tried the Birria Quesadillias, which came with the dipping sauce for $13.50 and the chicken empanadas for $12.50. They provided a few deals. On Taco Tuesday 20% off all orders. From Monday to Friday during lunchtime (12 pm - 4 pm), there is a lunch box special for $10.95. In addition, there is a Curbside Challenge.

I cant believe how bland it all is. It’s Mexican it should be full of flavor. The beef was dry and didn’t seem to have any spices or seasoning to it at all. Considering the price I was expecting much better.

Blah environment, very average food, non existent customer service. Maui waui crunchwrap had good quality ingredients but was kinda dry. Even if you spend 75 bucks they will charge extra for ANY SAUCE. The pineapple sauce taste like gasoline. Loaded nachos...were ok. Birria crunchwrap was dry...no consume or sauce included. Kids fries and tenders were greasy. Cashier wouldn't even look at you when taking your order or asked a question. Place was quiet, almost feel guilty if you bring kids...like they have to be quiet to come here like church or a library? Play some music or something curbside. Oh and your lucky to find a parking spot...there actually isn't a single spot for this place...you can pull up on the curb or block a lane of a narrow 2 way street. Curbside...i had big hopes..do better.

Was a reliable favorite in 2020 and 2021. The quality/ingredients changed since their remodeling after the fire. Menu items that were our go to no longer taste the same (the chorizo in the Bandito tasted like hotdog and the chipotle mayo doesn’t have any flavor). Every time we have ordered since the reopening has been disappointing (about 6 times). We were hopeful it would returm to what we experienced a couple of years ago - but tonight was our last attempt. They also did not accept our coupon this evening, stating it expired on Feb 3 but there was no expiration stated on the coupon.

I ordered from here last night for pickup and wow what a waste of money that was, Food was cold, not properly seasoned, the avocado fries were borderline inedible. I just made a soft taco at my house that was better than anything this restaurant could do, you are better off going to Taco Bell, cheaper and tastier.

Save your money, the Mac & cheese is not that great. It may look good but whatever u think it might taste like it doesn’t. & Very expensive. There Mac & cheese should be nothing more then $7

The establishment looks aesthetically appealing. You can tell it’s not authentic Mexican, but I walked into the restaurant with my mother and instantly I felt uncomfortable by one employee. My mother and I made a big order and I felt very uncomfortable with the way he looked at us as if we couldn’t afford what we had ordered. Could’ve been all in my head, but I let that roll off my back. Then the same man came from the back of the restaurant and to the front with a black bucket full of nacho chips. Preparing bags of nachos with no gloves on after touching the phone and the register. Very unacceptable. I told him to return all of my food and give me a refund.

$11 for a cup of Mac and cheese smaller than a coke can. I'm not even hungry after seeing this portion. Might be bigger in store. Definitely not with it.

I paid $20 for chicken lettuce and cheese in bread. The server was terrible. The menu says it comes with chips but he didn’t worn me there was no chips. I found out myself and when I went up to ask he said they ran out so I asked for a substitute and he didn’t offer me. I went to ask for chipotle Mayo and instead of making that the substitute he made me pay a dollar which is even less expensive than the chips. Food is overpriced. I bought a taco and he didn’t give me options I had to read the menu to incorporate the things it came with.

Absolute Garbage!!. I ordered a Gordito wrap which was supposed to have chicken and mac & Cheese. This wrap had macaroni, but NO CHEESE!! The chicken was chewy and the wrap was dry as a bone. Dont waste your time going here

We ordered the Fat Anthony, Mac n’ Cheese, street corn and a couple of tacos. The Mac had zero flavor. Blandest restaurant Mac I’ve ever had. Fat Anthony came without Curbside sauce even though we requested it. Without the sauce the ingredients also had zero flavor. The street corn in a cup must of had added sugar because it was sickly sweet and the opposite of fresh. The tacos were ok. Altogether, a $50 mistake that we won’t be repeating.

Probably the worst Mexican I’ve had to date. My quesadillas was cold. The tacos I received had very little to no flavor. I specifically mentioned I wanted extra sauces on the side (said it twice to the guy) & when I got home there were no sauces. Fat boys in bellmore is much better quality and I will be going there from now on.

Working here came from rhode island and stopped here with my buddy to get some dinner. We had birria burrito & quesadilla the way we have been throwing up all day is ridiculous absolutely sick to where we had to leave work! Didnt even taste good and something was clearly spoiled or undercooked. Do not go not even worth it

I’ve never reviewed anything before, but I have to say after watching so many videos and seeing the food look so good I felt compelled to try and it was just not good to say the least. As soon as I arrived I could tell I reached just in time, it was now being packed. My food was cold and just thrown together. The cheese on my birria taco wasn’t even melted, the consome was flavorful but Lukewarm to cold, my chicken taco was cold literally, it was like chicken mixed inside guac, and my shrimp taco had lettuce on 1 side of the taco and the shrimp were the size of maybe a quarter. Maybe it just was a bad day but at least my food came with free chips. I unfortunately wasted $21, I did not eat my food and I wouldn’t try again.
