Whenever I’m craving fried chicken, Popeyes is the first place that comes to mind — and this location never fails to surprise me in the best ways. The staff is always friendly and attentive, service is quick, and they always serve the chicken super fresh. What really pushed me to leave this review is my last to-go order: even after a 20-minute drive home, the chicken was still just as fresh as if I had eaten it right there. Great job.

Excellent customer service here! I had the pleasure of speaking to Daniel, the manager, to commend one of the employees there. The gentleman went above and beyond to help me! Unfortunately, it was my mess up ordering at different and very far location luckily my sister lived around there and was able to pick up. It's nice to encounter young people who have great attitudes, are friendly, willing to help, and have excellent customer service. It's hard to find these days, especially these younger gen. I was told he was a very good employee and Unfortunately they were losing him to another location. I was told by manager that they strive to have great customer service and that's honestly what I experienced! Thank you 😊 keep up the great service and the food here is really good. They checkout great in all aspects.

Do you think the sign is the reason for the empty seats? Place is new and clean, but who could make it dirty. I'm sure the chicken had met the required temperature to be considered "cooked", but could have it been cooked more? Definitely. Restroom no paper, hand dryer didn't work and no paper towels. Maybe when you don't have any customers in the lobby, why check?

This was my first time at Popeyes! The employees were nice but the food was disappointing. My wings were cold and they didn’t give me any butter or honey for the biscuits.
Went in to order some food at 8:30p on 10/24/25. We ordered through the kiosk and then waited until almost 9:30p to receive food. I ordered a 16 PC chicken with 4 pieces Mild to be boxed separately. I even reminded them after my order was placed to box them separate. After finally receiving the food, they put the 4 Mild wings directly on top of the Spicy. I brought it to their attention. They took it back to fix it and then when I received the food back I had 8 pieces of Spicy and 8 pieces of Mild. Fatima was the manager on duty and she has no idea what is going on around her. She was the one th a t was supposed to correct my order and she made it worse. Needless to say, make sure to check your food thoroughly before leaving, because they cannot seem to follow instructions.

On multiple occasions I've gotten only one biscuit when I'm supposed to get two, they charge 38 cents per sauce when if you order through the app it's only 25 cents.
We ordered the new Freddy Fazbear meal box which came in a regular box(my son was disappointed). The chicken tenders had the seasoning all in one area on the tender not all over. The cheese bites were all smooshed looked nothing like whats advertised. The flavor was good on the bites but was a pile of smashed breading in a ball. Service well no one is there to greet you just hand you your ordered when called and dissappear.

I put my order in over an hour ago, numerous people have placed orders and have gotten their food long after i ordered.... still waiting. People walking out, asking for their money back, standing around.... whats wrong with this place? What a joke.... the place was empty when i got here. Had no problem getting a table---getting the food on the other hand has been a crazy waste of time. The manager could have atleast came out and explained the situation. I dont leave reviews often, but since i had so much time sitting here waiting doing nothing, i figured, why not? The food is always good, the restaurant was clean, but the customer service i would rate a 0 if possible
I love Popeyes chicken and I hate to leave bad reviews but this needs to be said. First time to visit this location located at 1-45 and Sawdust Road in Spring, Texas and it will be my last. I placed an on line order, went through the drive thru line and picked up my order. Drove home which is about 10 minutes away and when I arrived home is when we realized there was a problem with my order. We ordered the 8 pc Spicy, 2 wings, 2 drumsticks, & 4 breasts, 2 large sides and 6 biscuits. What we found in the bag was only 5 pieces of chicken, 1 wing, 1 drumstick, 1 breast, and 2 thighs! They got the spicy correct but not number of pieces and the type of pieces we paid for. They crammed all 5 pieces of chicken in a small box that a 3 piece meal comes in along with 2 of the biscuits, then put the other 4 biscuits in a paper bag by them selves. The sticker on the out side of the box clearly states Spicy 8P, not 5P. And yes I did look at my on line order detail and it corrected states on there exactly what my order was supposed to be.
I ordered at 16 piece and only got 8 piece, I ordered it pick up because I had to go and I didn’t have time to open the box. Upon repeated attempts to call no answer after no answer.

Very poor service and dishonesty This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Popeyes. I placed my order and showed the employee my confirmation when I pulled up to the drive-thru. I specifically requested fresh chicken and was told to pull around. After waiting over 27 minutes, no one came out with my food. I pulled back around to the drive-thru, and suddenly I was told that my order was never in the system, which was not true since I had already shown proof of my order earlier. That was extremely frustrating and dishonest. The manager then argued with me for another 15 minutes, clearly not wanting to take responsibility or fix the issue. Eventually, she made the chicken, but then refused to give me the sides that I paid for. I called the next day to report the issue and was told to come back, only to be put through the same situation all over again. No accountability, no apology, and no effort to make things right. On top of that, communication was very poor, which made resolving the issue even more difficult. A manager should be able to clearly communicate with customers and handle problems professionally. I wasted time, gas, and money. This location needs better management, honesty, and customer service training. I will not be returning.
This place is a joke. The atmosphere is cold and robotic. You walk in and are greeted by a lifeless kiosk, not a single real person in sight. It feels more like dealing with a vending machine than a restaurant. I wasted nearly 20 minutes waiting for my order, only for some guy to eventually appear from behind a curtain to tell me the drinks I ordered weren’t even available. At that point I had to request a refund. That’s not just bad service, that’s incompetence. If this is what passes for hospitality here, it’s nothing but smoke and mirrors. Don’t be fooled by the shiny new building. The operation behind it is broken, impersonal, and completely unprepared to actually serve customers. Spend your money somewhere that values people instead of hiding behind kiosks and curtains. UPDATE: Your ChatGPT / AI generated / em Dash littered responses go hand in hand with your kiosk and impersonal hands off customer avoiding approach. You have got to be kidding me with this. I will never visit this Popeyes again. Now YOU do some actual work instead of advising me to go talk to your store manager. YOU could easily just find the refund of $23.79 issued on 9/24/2025 at 8:13pm for the original order number 933 that had been submitted by the kiosk at 7:53.
I don’t know what’s going on at this site., but I thought it was supposed to be “fast” food… ordering it took 15 mins because we had to wait. Then payment took another 15mins because no one to take the payment. And food also took 10 after that. Management sucks and need to be looked at.
I ordered a extra biscuit with my combo and I paid for an extra biscuit and never got it. I also ordered a sprite and all I got was soda water just carbonated water. I called them 3 Times so I could speak the someone and no one answered. I asked for extra of the spicy mayo on my sandwich and it was disgustingly smothered in extra spicy mayo where I felt gross after eating it.
We tried this location today and the service seemed to be good, food didn't take long to come out... then a roach was crawling from under the seat. Spoke to the manager she sent her team member out to confirm it was a roach. He saw it was a roach, went back to let her know & the roach crawled back under the seat. When I asked again after killing any appetite she stated she would have it cleaned up. ..... coming back may not make a difference being one customer but a roach crawling on the bench while you are eating is gross
Not only did I have to ask for someone to take my order in the drive thru but they took forever getting my meal ready. They conveniently had it ready when I asked for someone, and then when I got home I discovered my tenders were not even in a box but rather a basket thrown into a bag and my chicken tenders were thrown around in the bag. My order number was 632. It was between 8pm and 9pm on 10-12-25.
The food is always fresh because the store is always SLOWWWWWWWWWW. I don’t care what time day or night I have to wait 30 plus minute. The longest I waited was an hour. They gave me free stuff for the wait but still. I believe they make you wait on purpose so they don't have to serve you. But because I know it's going to be hot and fresh, I come here because I have absolutely nothing else to do. This store is a year old I think...if that. It shouldn't be running like this already. Edit I wanted classic dark meat but they only had 4 pieces in the store but it was old. So no fresh chicken and I didn't wait.

I walked in on Saturday to order some wings. I looked up and saw one of the workers place cooked chicken inside the bin using her bare hands. No gloves. They won't be getting any of my money. That's just disgusting. I thought they were required to wear gloves when handling food.
