Had to wait a few minutes but the pizza was hot and very good. The girl at the counter was very sweet and was very attentive. My overall experience was a 4.5 out of 5 stars. Keep up the good work.

Much better experience than we've had in the past with this location. Looks like they had new management. The location itself needs an update or deep cleaning with some fresh paint

They were quick, the pizza was good. Slightly under cooked. The menu said it was supposed to be $9, she charged me $11. The drive up speaker doesn't work. Ultimately, the food was good and the service fast

They forgot one of our pizzas then tried to act like we were stealing from them!!!! If we couldn't go back and get it right then well they're sorry there's nothing they can do!!! Yeah right!! It wasn't our fault y'all can't do your job!!!! Not happy at all! On top of that we literally waited for over 35 minutes on 4 pizzas and crazy bread! We ordered a total of 5 though smh!!!!!!!!!

Almost never have anything hot and ready. The wait for something fresh is usually a little long. The staff is hit or miss. However it’s usually worth the wait. Love the extra most bestest pepperoni with extra sauce added. Also love the deep dishes.

Had to wait behind the car at the window a short while, but not too long. Employee was very friendly and helpful. I chose a hot-n-ready pepperoni pizza. It wasn't very hot, but it was ready. I was hungry, so I decided to take it home instead of waiting for a fresh one. It was OK for a cheap pizza, but prefer their fresh pizza.

Great pizza if you order it fresh! It's the weekend treat for my grandkids! However, I went in and ordered 2 pizzas and paid for them, went down the road to grab sumthin I needed and upon returning my fiance went in and he got charged too! We both had receipts but the lady who'd taken my $ had left and put"Tiffany" instead of "Tipton"! When he came out with a receipt I questioned him about it and went inside myself with BOTH receipts and was refused my $11+ change saying I didn't have proof! The manager wouldn't even come up front to speak with me and was refused the district managers name and#! Let's just say I wasn't being happy with them and ended up with cold pizza by the time we got home! I'm still getting the run around to this day!! Not very good business if you ask me! Hence, MY REVIEW will allow others to be cautious in this situation! I honestly think the lady pocketed my money and voided her copy of my receipt!!

Food is Always great well the best best pizza and cinnamon bites but it takes 15 to 20 mins to get that kind of pizza and cinnamon bites becausd they are made when you order. Not as convenient as advertised "hot and ready". Also the staff should be kept at higher standards of cleanliness of they get as dirty as they look most of the time they should have to change aprons multiple times a day. Seems very unsanitary.

Ordered online at 745, Said it would be ready at 815. Been sitting in line for 20 mins. People standing I side for their orders. It's now 840. Cars have not moved. I should of known better and went to trenton! Maybe 2 workers. They need to shut this place down.

The pizza and crazy bread here is ALWAYS delicious and have always had friendly service. However, I don't remember the last time I didn't have to wait at least 10 minutes, even when they aren't busy. Why advertise Hot n Ready when they're never "Ready". Other than that it's always a pleasant experience.

I've visited this location twice and both times there have been disappointments. The first time my online order was not ready at the time specified. The second time I stopped by for the lunch combo. On the positive side the pizza was properly cooked through. Since the franchise has introduced the thin crust options I've had mixed results for the deep dish pizzas regarding how well the crust was cooked at multiple locations. Unfortunately the amount of sauce on the pizza was lacking which, to me, ima generous amount of sauce is needed for Detroit style pizza given the thickness of the crust. Since this is in an area I don't frequent often I can't say when I'd even have the opportunity to decide for or against a return, but I'd have to reconsider the decision to return or possibly reconsider what I choose to order if I was to return.

Honestly a decent Little Caesars. Just DO NOT order your food for pickup through the window. My pizza was ready but I had to wait for about 30 minutes to actually pick it up because people jn front of me ordered at the window

We ordered an ultimate supreme pizza and was only given a pizza with just pepperoni, mushroom, and sausage. I wish I could’ve gotten the rest of the toppings and gotten my moneys worth. Or at least a refund of some sort. Disappointed for sure. 😞

Good pizza just never hot a ready! It's as if they don't know how much they sell on a daily basis. Not really sure why they even have a speaker to order from when you're always instructed to pull to the window. The management should know how much pizza they usually sell and at what peak hours they should have more pizza ready etc.

Called in my order, they said it's ready in 10 min. We get there to pick the pizza up and the workers somehow forgot to make it. And to add insult to injury, we ordered the meat feast only to find out that they were out of some ingredients. They said they were going to sub with extra pepperoni, however the pizza did not come with extra pepperoni!! Very disappointed with this!!

Always slow not enough workers. Ones who are there try though. Got sticks and slices pizza. The one side is not sticks just pizza crusta n cheese with no sauce. Also pizza side can only get pepperoni nothing else no extra cheese no other toppings the guy said they have no way to ring it up which I guess they don't want your extra money????? Pizza wasn't too good but wasn't expecting much for $6 for a pizza.

I waited average 45 minutes to a whole hourrrr JUST for a large pepperoni pizza and a order of crazy bread with marinara... There was 4 workers , only 1 lady the back was making pizzas , and one young man was taking orders, and making them up and bringing them to the front, and the other two I didn't see do anything productive at all to help . Highly upset I had to wait so long for one pizza and one order of bread sticks, and the young man that took my order, you can tell was brand new cause he really didn't know much , was forgetting what customer had ordered what (there was 5 of us customers waiting in the lobby when I had arrived) he also didn't know how to explain to a door dash driver of how to get their order out the warmer for customers who ordered online or for door dash orders , so I had to explain to the other customer how to get their order out (and mind you , I used common sense because it was my first time seeing that type of warmer and had never used one before) and he was running around with no help at all and did it all himself, while the lady making the pizzas and putting them in the oven took her sweet time making them all to put them in the oven and when she wasn't doing that, she stood there with her hand on her hips leaned up against the pizza table and not helping the young man panicking to help everyone as fast as he could. So I applaud that young man and think the rest of the staff needs to be replaced with other people who care about their job and know how to do team work and that enjoys working, or at least looks like they do !! Will never come here again!! Also may I add that there was absolutely NO food prepared for walk in customers.. how is this supposed to be little ceasers pizza hit n ready , if there's nothing hot n ready??! People come here because they don't want to wait on the food to be made!!! Very dissatisfied customer here!!

With Little Caesars you know what you’re getting. It’s not the highest quality pizza but it tends to be a great bang for your buck. This particular location though is one I would avoid if you’re getting that Lil C’s craving. I have ordered here 4 times over the past couple months. The first 2 were decent experiences, just extremely long wait times (30-40mins after pick-up time). The third time I ordered online just to have the order canceled for no reason 2 mins before the pickup time while I was on my way. I called and asked why it was canceled and they informed me “it was no where near ready” and basically said I had to reorder and pay a second time to get my original order…. The fourth time I went to pick it up at the scheduled time and had to wait 37 minutes for my order. And as I saw them making several pizzas and orders of crazy bread I watched them use no gloves, not wash their hands, and even suck the ingredients off of their finger tips. This location is EXTREMELY unsanitary and unsafe. PLEASE find a different location. I won’t be eating here again. The only reason I gave 2 stars and not just 1 is because despite everything their pizza has been consistently pretty tasty.

Little slow today. So far pizza has been ready about 20 mins an still waiting we are up to 5 ppl in lobby waiting. If I hadn't ordered, paid with 6 kids at home waiting I'd just leave.

The drive thru line was so long we couldn't get in it without being in the street, still. When I walked in they were at least three teenagers sitting on crates in the kitchen, and the manager was yelling at the young lady working the register, told her not to ask him any more questions, period. We waited at least fifteen minutes for our "hot and ready" pizza and listened to at least ten minutes of the greasy haired manager complaining about not being able to get anyone hired on to work. During this time the kids in the kitchen one by one day back down in the kitchen. The manager looks like he was working on a car in the mud, his hair, shirt and nails were all disgusting. Get it together, Little Caesars. It's not like it's rocket surgery

Stuffed Pretzel crust, so good. Service, not so much. Waited 45 mins after ordering a pizza online. Website said ready in 30 mins but I figured it was busy. Was told to come back in 10 mins and it would be ready. 20 mins later I get back through the line and I'm told it will be another 20 mins.

Hot and ready? Not a single time I’ve gotten pizza from there. No one is ever at the counter. Terrible attitude WHEN you do get help. Hey district manager.. you may wanna look into who running this location and do something about it.

The service was non-existent. I placed an online order that said it would be ready for pickup at 5:42pm. The order tracker didn't show it ready until 6:09pm. When I pulled up, they only gave me half of the order and then went back into the kitchen presumably to get the other half. Except they left me at the window waiting for the other half of the order until 6:49pm. That is more than an hour after it was supposed to be done and forty minutes after they marked it ready pickup on the tracker. There appeared to be absolutely no management present at the site to keep things running smoothly. The only thing keeping this from being a one star review is that the pepperoni pizza was actually really good and they gave us an extra one as an apology for the wait. The management needs to be replaced.

Ordered online, Pizza was the quality you'd expect. Garlic butter/sauce was awful. The location was Run by people >15 years old. Not a great experience but the actual food was decent quality. 2/5 can't really expect more from little Caesars to be honest not necessarily disappointed with quality but confirmed why other places are preferred.

Pulled to the window. Ordered 2 pizzas and a bread stick. They pull me forward. 25 minutes later I had to go inside to get my order. While I'm waiting, o e of the workers is hanging out the back door smoking. Get home, food is cold. Why did I just wait 25 minutes for cold food? This place is terrible.

Embarrassing. Truly. It's not rocket surgery, here, folks. It's pizza. Dough, sauce, toppings... Throw it in an oven for 8 or 10 minutes, and it becomes pizza! You're not trying to do a moon landing. Why (given that the $5 pepperoni pizza is most likely the item for which most folks are there) did it take 26 minutes to get ONE pepperoni pizza out to my car? The time before that, 22... The time before that? 25... This is sad. The service is terrible, the employees appear unkempt (unclean), and I haven't seen as of YET to see the 'window person' wearing a mask in a 'post-covid' world. Honestly, if the convenience of getting a $5 pizza would actually be convenient, I would probably STILL get them every Friday. Please, for the love of GOD, step up your game. I won't be back for a while... I'm tied of wasting my time.

The location in Middletown is AWEFUL. The staff are terribly slow and are far more worried about joking and screwing off than they are about getting your food done. I wouldn't recommend this location to ANYONE. They should seriously either close this store or get rid of the entire staff there. I really don't understand how the owner of this location makes any money. The service is terrible, the place always has some sort of sign posted at the register stating that they can't accept any currency higher than 5 dollar bills, and the store is filthy. Big thumbs down. I wish I could give a negative number of stars.

Absolutely horrible. Pizza was old or had been sitting all day and was probably harder and dryer than the cardboard it was in. That was after waiting almost 10 minutes for someone to even come up to the counter to take my order.

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza about a month ago and got it home to find it was regular crust. Today ordered 2 pizzas, one just cheese and one with double pepperoni. Got home and and they both had pepperoni and the crazy bread was flat like a cracker.

I'm never ordering from this area's store. They have given me the wrong order for the third time. I don't know if it's the workers not checking the order correctly or the dasher that they use to deliver, but I'm no longer ordering from Little Caesars. If I could give this a half star, I would.

Nothing is ever ready. You always have to wait 20 / 30 mins for "hot & ready"items. It's not like I come here for the quality of the food it's for the hot and ready aspect if you can't do the 1 thing you are supposed to be known for, Why come here..

Worst little ceasers i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My fiancee and i ordered pizzas to be delivered today and one other time and they have been canceled all 3 times with no explanation of why. Tried calling the store to see what might be the issue with delivery and just left to ring and ring and ring worst little ceasers

this store is always incredibly slow with super unhelpful employees. little ceaser's is my favorite pizza place and this store is 7 minutes away from my home but if i want little ceaser's i usually go out of my way to drive 15+ minutes to a different store because it's literally just awful every time i go in. today i decided to give it another shot but ofc another bad experience n i didn't even end up getting food!!! first i go thru and make an online order like i always do and after im done with everything and put in my payment info all that i hit pay and it says this store doesn't accept online orders. if that wasn't frustrating enough i then call the store for over 30 minutes back to back to back and it just keeps ringing and ringing until it makes this screechy fax machine sound and hangs up on you so i do that about 23 times and then someone finally answers but only to tell that i can't get the single pizza i've been trying to order for nearly an hour now because it's 30 minutes til close and apparently for the last hour they only offer 2 items regular cheese pizza and regular pepperoni pizza so forget it if you were actually gonna order anything off the menu cause i wanted a pretzel crust cheese pizza which i have a allergy to tomato sauce so i only eat the pretzel crust pizza and bread sticks but no one there ever does their job. all and all just the worst place i have ever been to i really wish they could hire people who cared or put effort in it really would make a huge difference.

I came to the drive thru to order and after ordering, I was told to pull forward and they would bring me my pizza, they were not very busy based on what I could see. I placed my order at 5:16pm and it was not brought to my car until 5:51 and the food was no longer hot. Will not be returning

I thought your business model was volume based, as in your pizzas are super cheap because you sell a lot of pizzas that are already cooked, hot and ready, when a customer walks in. It would be awesome if you had actual hot and ready pizzas actually hot and ready....but you don't....ever. A person has to walk in and order a pizza and then they START making it. This place even has a drive thru, which you'll wait at for 30 minutes to get a large pepperoni. I've seen cars in line to the road and since it's a small lot, about 5 or 6 cars can get in before the whole lot is blocked. Absolutely no pizzas are made ahead of time, ever...so you do the math on the drive thru wait time. With a drive thru and the amount of homes and traffic in the area this place could be making money hand over fist but i'm actually surprised they're still open every time I pass it. Once, I ordered a large pep to be picked up from the portal inside the store. I waited for around 15 minutes and then made the 5 min drive there....my pizza was still not done and when the young man put it in the portal he walked right by me and then back to the back of the store without ever even acknowledging I was there. The worst Little Caesar's locale I've ever even heard of. 0 stars

Really love Little Ceasars but as of late this location in Middletown is literally the worst. The employees are just joking around like they have nothing to do while they've got lines inside and outside waiting for food. I watched them ignore incoming phone calls and a door dash woman was waiting over 30 minutes for them to make a single pizza before she ultimately just left. I've had multiple occasions of ordering online to pick up at the store now where it's been over an hour since ordering and I show up and they haven't had it ready or most of the time not even started.

Was very clear that there was a garlic allergy in the family. Specifically asked to make sure no garlic was in or on our pizzas. They were covered in garlic and had to throw away. What a poorly ran establishment

Only one star because I have to. Literally the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Had to wait an hour for my pizza. Was asked 3 times by 3 different people what my order was. Reassured 3 times by 3 different people it was about to come up, which it obviously didnt. Was spoken to like I have never been spoken to before. Awful!! And got home, and the pizza was wrong!!! They wanted me to go back up and wait AGAIN for the right pizza!!! Never. Ever. Going. Back.

We ordered our pizza over the phone, they said 20 minutes. Ended up being 30-45 minutes later and purchased food was room temperature borderline cold. NOT going back.

Slow Service. Made an online order said it would be ready in half an hour I got here at 25 minutes in drive thru. Waited in the drive thru for almost 25 minutes then once I get to the window the employee says they couldn't my Calzone and pulls me up and says 5 minutes it's now been 15 more minutes. I would give this place 0 stars if it was an option! Only 2 employees at all times. They never answer the phone to place an order. The drive thru isn't functioning. Speaker doest work so you have to pull up to order at window. The thing is, no one ever comes to the window to take your order! So you might have well walk in to order but don't expect any to come take your order bc their busy and just look at you. This place is a dump and is in the right location, seeing its Middletown. Fits right in.

Went in to pick up my online ordered pizza. My numbered code didn't work, nor did the scan code. No one was up front. I said excuse me could someone help me. A high school girl looked at me but ignored me. So again I said can I get some help. Then I heard her and the manager talking about spring break. I was ignored. Then I walked into their sight and said my code isn't working and I need help picking up my pizza. Then the manager came and tried both saw they didn't work and got my pizza out from behind. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Pulled into the parking lot and was stared at by all the employees out back smoking. Went inside and my order hadn’t even been started. The one guy who was working was trying to help customers and make the food. I watched as someone came in and left because no one was up front to help them. I listened to the phone ring multiple times and no one answer. They told me it would only be like 7 minutes for my order that hadn’t been started but it was much longer. What I find really funny is all the terrible reviews this place has and no one seems to care. Shouldn’t a manager step in and do something about this?

Absolutely will never come back. This place is extremely slow most of the time. However.... Today.... Right now, I am waiting for a single cheese pizza. No one was in front of me. No one behind me.... I'm still here 40 min later and watched two people that pulled in behind me leave already. 1 person had 3 pizzas, and the other just the one. That's 4 pizzas and two customers before me.... Absolutely will never come back

I would avoid this Little Caesars at all cost. The service is horrible. The food was not ready at the estimated time. Multiple people in line. Took forever just to get someone to come to the front to get my name. The staff is not friendly. If I didn’t pay for my food online I would have walked out.

If I could give this restaurant a zero, I would. We mobile ordered ahead, and still had to wait inside for our order for half an hour. While my wife was waiting inside, all but one employee went outside for a smoke break. The customer service is terrible here. Save your money and spend it at a place which put the customers first.

Drive Thru cashier would not take my order until he finished counting and closing his cash drawer 30 minutes before closing. This took 10 minutes while 4 other customers lined up behind me. Customer comes first, not employee getting off early on Saturday night. Pizza was not fresh at all.

This location is consistently slow and screws up orders. This time they charged my card for a Calzony and then tried to claim they don't do those anymore. Refused to give me a refund and eventually just gave me a cheese bread which only cost 6$ instead of the 8.50$ I was charged.

There is something not right at this location. It is ran inefficiently. All orders and pickups are run through the drive thru. The drive thru speaker box is broken. Whether you are placing an order or picking up, you go through the window. Most people are placing orders with the expectation that there are hot and ready pizzas available and they never have these available. You must wait the time required to make it and either asked to pull forward so they can bring it out or they just make the person sit and wait at the window. This means that you have cars lined up to the street or IN the street waiting to get through the line. With regard to my order today, I placed the order on my app while waiting in line since I have experienced this place before. The order told me it would take 17 minutes to be ready. Not a problem. From the time I put my order in to the time when I got to the window it took 45 minutes sitting in line just to pick up a pepperoni pizza and some crazy bread with sauce. Which lo and behold, I get home to find no sauce. I understand that this is cheap food but honestly my time is more valuable than the savings I get trying to come through this place. The food is quite fine but please please just find a solution for the slow drivethru line. You need to stop locking the front door so pickup orders can come inside and get their food and go. This has been a reoccurring issue for months now and I refuse to go any more.

Middletown Ohio Little Caesars Pizza is the worst Little Caesars in the country. They never hot have hot and ready pizza. Absolutely is the worst customer service. If someone would put some damn AC in this building the employees would probably be more efficient at doing their jobs. The owner of this building is a disgrace

Went there becuase kids love the bread sticks. after waiying 10 minutes for any of the crew to even acknowledge a customer was there, was greated by "we just got a large order in amd dont time to talk yours." great way to greet someone issue is, the order was placed online by is over 2 hours in advance. after 25 mintues left with a cold burnt pizza and cold bread sticks will put sauce of cardboard next time and call it even...

Absolutely the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Waited in line at the drive-thru for a half an hour, only two cars ahead of me and both of them pulled off without getting any food. When I got to the window they told me it would be another 20 minutes if I wanted a pepperoni pizza, I ended up getting one pizza because that was literally all they had even though they hadn't sold anything for 30 minutes. Tried to contact a number that was displayed on the window for comments and complaints, got no response. I will never be back there again, and anyone who values their sanity should stay away. There is a speedway right down the road, they will make you a pizza in less time and it will taste better for $0.50 more.

Place is ran by children. Minimal of 20 minutes to recieve pizza upon arrival everytime. Never answer phone. Even when standing in store phone ringing off hook. Employees refusing to answer both drive through and phone. Customers begging for there food over the counter. Wow just wow. 3 people working, is that not enough staff? I order here once in a blue moon because the service/ experience is always the same. All staff including general manager and store owner seem to enjoy milking the system by standing around refusing to quit, simply because they love doing nothing for a paycheck. This same song and dance goes on year after year.

A bunch of con artists made an order for delivery on there app cause i have no car currently half of it, showed up. Called the store to ask them for refund for what did not show up bc the order came from there store. They told me I can come back to the store and pick it up how does that make sence I tell them I have no car I can't and then I'm bribed with free food that can be made and picked up like really all I want is my money and then I'm told there about to close and come in the morning it was 3 in the afternoon on a damn Saturday then im told to call back in one min and talk to a manager and there about to close again right after that so instead of a refund I got nothing bc they can't refund money from the store he then said it has to come from corporate screw all that.........the wait at the store has always been long never ready as AVERTISED never again will I show them my money hope u THIEFS r happy u kept my money

I waited in line behind one car for about 20 minutes ( shortly before closing time) When I pull up to the window, the employee tells me they are closed and could only sell me what is in the warmer ( cheesy bread ) Had she made it a point to go ahead and make one more order rather than saying they're closed just because it was 2 minutes until close, I would have been grateful and given a 5 star review as well as a hefty tip. My kids were extremely bummed out over not getting pizza.

Not enough people working there. Went to pick up order and it took nearly 10 minutes. Pizza was barely cut. I think one slice had been cut right. Pizza toppings were a mess. There's a reason why it's called a "hot circle of garbage". Update 3/26/24 I tried going back and the manager talks like Boomhauer from KOTH. My order wasn't taken. He expected me to talk to someone on his phone. I got fed up after waiting 15+ minutes for a pizza. Tried to leave and ended up backing into the big metal sign because it was 3ft behind my car. Still no pizza.

I wouldn't go there ever again! Not to the one on Breil in Middletown at least! My favorite thin crust pizza and the service is terrible! They talk terrible to customers and make you wait while your pizza is sitting in the heater for so long it's ruined while other people get waited on and get theirs fresh while you wait some more so they can finish theirs up. Never ask anyone about each person's order first to check and see if it's been waiting before going to each person and getting theirs that's not even done! Never enough help and managers never around! They need to just close this one up! I waited over an hour and my pizza had been done long before that! Also their drive thru is a joke they never wait on you! There's no parking either! This is the second and last time I will wait and have terrible service! They don't care about the customer and the phone rings of the hook so don't try calling they never answer! I wouldn't even give them one star but I couldn't leave a message here without it!

Sent my brother to pick up an online order, they were rude to him and didn't give him the full order. Argues with him about the order when what was missing was clearly printed on the receipt. I will drive the extra miles for the one in Lebanon, last time I was there it was much nicer anyways.

Seems like every time we go at night you have to wait 20 min at the window for someone to come take your order and then wait another 20 to get one pizza. Not worth sitting there for 40 min. Employees will walk right by the window and just ignore you. Tonight was the same. Waited 20 min and when someone finally came they said it would be another 20 min for one pizza. I went to taco bell instead.

Waited in line at the drive though for over a half an hour just to be told it would be more of a wait after ordering. Only saw one employee with a uniform shirt on, all others just had regular clothes that looked dirty and you can hear them yelling at each other while sitting in the drive though waiting. I ordered 4 pizzas online for pickup. By the time I arrived for my order, and waited in the parking lot for five minutes before it was scheduled for pickup, I then received an email stating the order had been canceled buy provided no information as to why. When I went inside, I waited for ten minutes before anyone addressed me, then told me the order was canceled because the store had run out of cheese sticks for the stuffed crust. I WAS able to re-place my order as hand-tossed, but did not receive any apology, the "manager" treated me as though I was a spoiled brat for having even ORDERED stuffed crust pizzas, and I got no attempts from the manager or staff to rectify my lost time.

Hard crusty Food old run down building mid service got charged 15 dollars the girl printed up a receipt then tossed it then tried to change me for my actual order that was $23 I had to pull up my bank statement showing I was just charged the first girl disappeared the second girl said there was no $15 order in the system idk what was going on but they just charged the difference a second to make $23 only thanks to the manager So I'll give them that was not worth the wait or hassle the worst little Caesars I've ever been to

Ordered and tracked online. 6:03pm said prepaid order was ready. Walked inside, waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged, told it wasn't ready- would be 10 more mins. Zero hot n ready, zero drinks in cooler. 30 mins later finally got order, which turned out wrong! This location is filthy, lacking organization and management. ZERO stars is true rating but unfortunately must leave a 1 in order to review this health hazard.

VERY UPSET AND UNSATISFIED! Ordered, waited, 5 minutes before it'd be ready it was cancelled without explanation! Went in, ignored for 10 minutes before being yelled at and talked down to by supposed Manager about how they cancelled it bc they were out of cheese for stuffed crust and we should have known that! No APOLOGY whatsoever! Employees stood in a circle in the back talking while customers waited to be greeted - literally every customer who came in after us waited about ten minutes or more before being greeted! Employees were rude and didn't care, saying how it wasn't their fault and how they "couldn't" contact us. Will NOT come back! Strongly recommend against! If I could give a zero star and still leave a review I would!

Worst pizza ever!! All our pizza and breadsticks weren't cooked all the way through

This has to be the worst Little Caesars in the entire world. My favorite time was the day they had no pizza. Seriously, no pizza. Or the time they couldn't get the cash registers open. That was fun. I can't imagine a more poorly run establishment. On the plus side the employees are usually friendly and apologetic for the horrible way this restaurant is run.

Worst Caesar's ever!!!! Don't waste your time or money. After 20 minutes in line still to end in yet any contact with an associate, watched 6 cars pull away and one very angry customer be told she had to accept a cold pizza. I don't see how they can stay open much longer. And the excuse that states under new management, well. Do better. Much much better because my experience today was rude, inadequate, and completely incompetent of business form as well as good customer service. Someone pleas buy that lil spot and oh I don't know.. open a lil Caesars. If your current management sees this , little note, you still need management and staff. Current sucks and should be freed of service to find better work place to accommodate lazy inapt staff

This place need serious change. The food is inconsistent and the service is terrible. Wait times are insane, they never answer their phone for orders and their website won’t allow you to check out. They even shut down their drive through and force you to go into the lobby which wouldn’t be so annoying if they let you order ahead of time. The owner of this place needs to get it together bc ppl in Middletown are hungry for good service.

I ordered Itilian bread and crazy puffs on the app and went to go pick it up at the recommended time. Nobody came to the counter for 15 min then when I told finally them my name he walked back in the kitchen. After waiting an hour he told me there was still a while on my food so I left without my food or a refund. They can keep my $10 but I’ll never order food here again.

I would not even give this store a star. I had to, to leave a review. It's been over a month and they still have not gave me my refund that was suppose to be refunded within 7 days. I've called 3 times this month. Each time they said it would be refunded within 7 days. Still no refund. So now I'm working with the BBB to help me get my money back for no pizza. They never answer their phones, the place is a disgusting place it is so filthy!! Never will I ever purchase anything from this location! ,

Absolutely horrible. The building is worn down, and the staff is even worse. I waited 10 minutes at the drive thru window before someone even said "we'll be with you in a minute" they weren't with me in a minute and that's after multiple workers saw me at the window. I also had multiple cars behind me blocking the entry from Breiel, and many doordashers were picking up orders. It seemed they only did the Doordarsh orders and didn't care about customers that were there in person to get their "hot-n-ready." Doordash orders aren't in person, so those people expect to wait, but I'm physically here, so acknowledge and take orders of people physically at the drive thru. This building and staff makes the whole company look bad. Nothing is hot-n-ready, and you can't even get your order there. Do not go to this restaurant.

Always understaffed and miserable. They always act like their recovering from a world war when you place an order. The typical wait time for one pizza can range from 20 minutes to upwards of an hour. The stupid little pizza holder thing that is inside the Little Caesars that you put the code in to pull your pizza out never works so you have to get one of the staff to help you and that's if you can get their attention. They have a drive-thru where your allegedly able to get pizzas by sitting in your car but I don't see how that's possible with how abysmally slow they are always operating. I would love to say something nice about this place but it is so insufferably bad that it has no redeeming qualities. There's nowhere to park outside so you have to park in the restaurant next door or you get trapped in to the parking. All around a terrible experience and you should avoid this place at all costs.

This Middletown location is absolutely terrible. If I could give zero stars I would. Calling corporate Office. I noticed they don’t put much pizza sauce at all on the pizzas and been dry husband went thru drive thru and we old some change back employee said I have no dimes (well what about nickles or even pennys) and the ones running this store now can be completely rude.

Went in to order, someone saw me and did not say anything and just stayed in the back. Waited a few minutes to see if someone would come up and greet us and nothing. Store didn't appear to be busy at all. Will not return.

Ordered 2 pizzas with extra sauce via the app. Arrived early to the restaurant and told them I had an online order and of course I was prepared to wait for it to be done. I watched the employee take the stickers off 2 pizzas and put the stickers with my name on pizzas that had been sitting there for who knows how long, this being said they did not make my extra sauce pizzas they just wanted to deliver fast service (with a side of dry za). I took the pizzas anyway telling myself I can deal with a regular amount of sauce just to find 0 sauce and i literally mean 0. I called the store to explain and was met with an employee who was argumentative. I returned to the store. I Brought 1 of the 2 pizzas inside to show the lack of sauce. The employee laughed and apologized and I told him I would go to my car and get the other sauceless pizza; he told me not to worry about it and said give them a few to “remake” them. He returned with one saucey pizza. So now I have one pizza made correctly and a cold pizza made incorrectly because I was waiting on the other one. Hot, ready and done incorrectly.

Absolute worst drive through experience of my life. I ordered online and chose pick up and they offered 2 options- drive thru or in store. I chose drive through. My order has been ready since I got here and, at the time of writing this review, have been in line for 24 minutes and still haven’t made it to the window. They only have 2 parking spots and both were full when I got here and I been blocked in line ever since. I’m not raring the food since I haven’t gotten it yet but it’ll certainly won’t be fresh at this point

Went to little Caesars drive thru Middletown paid for pizza at 6:54pm told it would be right out at 7:08 had to knock on window yell inside to get service.I told manger I could not wait any longer and needed a refund.he told me I can't do refunds and walk away. At 7:10 I finally got my order. never again..

I've tried my best to be very patient with this place seeing as I've worked with making pizza for 6 years now at 2 different franchises so I know it can get busy but 3 times now I've placed orders here and they've gotten almost everything wrong each and every time I order a crazy stuffed crust pepperoni pizza last night and got no crazy crust, no stuff crust, and it was burnt to hell and back. The people that work there are rude and dismissive when you try and bring these things to their attention I told them what they got wrong with my order and asked them to fix it guy handed me a cheese packet and shrugged his shoulders the fact their still in business when ran this way is truly a Christmas miracle in jun

I have ate fast food my entire life and when I tell you this location is the slowest line every single time I come here, there's a single car in front of me and I've been here for 35 minutes. I don't even know if they've greeted them. Last time I was here for an hour and swore to never come back. I did today just to see if that was an accident. It wasn't. I can Google the recipe for crazy bread, go to the store, get the ingredients, and make it at home quicker than this place can take it out of a box and warm it. I'm gonna be late to work and I work 5 minutes from my house. Update, just went back months later and walked inside, waited 10 minutes, they had a drive thru line all the way to the street, I wasn't greeted, I went out and asked the first car how long they've been waiting and they said 30 minutes. I genuinely have no idea how this place is open. I wish every worker in that building could physically feel this review. Please for the love of Christ fire this staff this is the only little Caesars by my house

This store is the biggest joke! They gave me hideously made pizza that was beyond burnt! Refused to remake it. Management and employees cussing and yelling. Threw the pizzas away and would not refund!! Then pulled them out of the garbage and said go feed my family!!! The manager needs to be fired!!! He reeked of alcohol and was highly unprofessional. Corporate has been contacted!! I also took the pizza to Trenton location and James the manager was amazing and replaced the food!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! He said he would never have let the pizza go out of the store and he would not feed his family that pizza!!!

Disgusting!! Crazy bread not fully cooked! No one was wearing gloves! The man in the photo was dumping sauce from a bag into that bucket, and HE WAS LICKING HIS FINGERS after every bag. He knew I saw him and just stared at me. I'm in disbelief. Wow!!

I’m not sure what this is , but it certainly does not look edible. I’ve tried calling several times but no one will pick up the phone. I was headed into work when I picked us up and I wouldn’t of been able to bring it back anyways but it would be nice if I could get a hold of somebody on the phone I’ve been trying since 3 PM no luck. I’m very disappointed in the overall experience at this location today
