Nice location. Great parking. Location was clean on inside and outside. We did not have a reservation but walked up and was seated immediately. The decor is nice from the chairs and tables. The food was served quickly although it was quite a few people there. The drinks were great not watered down. Waiter was nice and suggested the Green Tea shot. The food was a bit overpriced but it was worth it. Will definitely visit again.

The food was wonderful. I ordered the queso and chips and parrillada mix, and both were excellent. The drink (horchata) was great too. My only complaint being that the music was a bit loud and overwhelming. Otherwise, amazing food and service.

Just go. I had brunch they serve on Saturdays from 11-2. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. The food was excellent. They have alcoholic drinks that looked great, but I did not try one today. The meal came with 2 different complimentary salsas and chips. In the Snowden Grove area so up and coming new area with lots of buildings happening. Prices were good too.

Excellent venue and food. Went for breakfast for Mother's Day and sat outside on the patio. It's a great place for early morning breakfast. We tried the Eggs Benedict, Chilaquiles and waffles with cream and strawberries. And don't forget coffee and mimosas. Service was good and the food was awesome. Can't wait to try the lunch/dinner menu.

My first time at the establishment and the ambience inside was just as breathtaking as outside. The hostess accompanied us on the elevator to take us to our seating area as we awaited the rest of the guests. We dined in upstairs on the balcony, and the view onlooking the streets was perfect. Service was extraordinary from the hostess all the way to the waiter. Our food was exceptional and glasses stayed refilled.

The service...A+ The venue...A+ The food...A+++ We went during lunch and enjoyed everything from the apps to the entrees. We were so full, we couldn't even try their dessert menu. We'll definitely be back!

Everything was phenomenal. We had the table side bar, a nice sized private room for 20, quick and polite service, and delicious food. I'll ve returning.

Tekila Modern Mexican is a must-try! The watermelon margaritas were perfectly strong and refreshing, and the southwest eggrolls were amazing. The chipotle aioli was hands down the best I’ve ever had. Service was fantastic – attentive and friendly. A fantastic dining experience all around! Highly recommend!

What a great place to dine in Southaven MS. The service was top notch and the food from the appetizers to dessert was excellent. My team enjoyed the hospitality and we will definitely be back.

Great atmosphere and service. You can taste the freshness of their food that’s made to order. Loved the Sweet chili Salmon. Their menu is great as well.

Carlena was an amazing server!!! We went on valentines day, with a reservation. And, she didn't miss a beat!! The food and service was wonderful!! We will be back!

I've been to Tekila's for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and just an after work visit with my son. I've never been disappointed. They're professional and friendly at the same time. The atmosphere just makes me feel happy whether I'm dressed up with my hubby or dressed down with some friends. The food is beautiful to look at, scrumptious to eat, and more than you need to fill you up. Go and enjoy!

The place is really nice, the food not so good, you need to wait a lot for your food, and the drinks are more ice than drink. They bring me a Mojito full of Ice and leaves. Service was ok, impersonal, they will make sure you are one costumer more in thousand. Environment is nice, different from other Mexican restaurants.

Had Brunch. Very good. Our waitress was a little slow and nonchalant. Overall really like this restaurant

Local brunch spot? Absolutely! Don’t even second guess it. We have made it a monthly family outing to have brunch here. We LOVE it. Upstairs is a sophisticated dining and there is plenty of outdoor seating. Highly recommend the breakfast tacos & be prepared for how large (but delicious) the breakfast burrito is! Don’t skip on the $15 mimosas- try it with cranberry juice.

We came to Tekila Modern Mexican Restaurant Southaven location for my husband’s birthday dinner and we had a wonderful waiter named CJ he worked Sunday afternoon/evening. He provided exceptional service and gave awesome suggestions for us to order. He described every dish perfectly and was very hospitable. Awesome customer service and I give him 10’s across the board. Will definitely come back. Enjoyed my meal here as well.

Pricey food, cheap beer, UNMATCHED quality. Best steak I’ve had in Memphis, and that’s a high pedestal. Got a 28$ steak that was the best steak I’ve had in my life bar none. Seasoned to perfection, mathematically cooked to temp. I was shocked that a full size IPA was only 6$ hell yeah brother. Will be back here plenty to impress people that come to visit Memphis.

I’ve been here a few times. Each experience has been one of a kind. However, the food is always great. I believe the service could be better, as I did not see my server as much and was needing things. The inside is beautiful. I do appreciate the variety on their menu.

This place has definitely redeemed themselves! My first visit was around the time they first opened & I was not impressed! However, our visit this past Sunday was really good & we had a pretty big party! Food came out quickly & was really good! Wings cooked just right! The chicken fajitas were nice & flavorful! And my birria tacos were really good. The meat was tender & the consome was full of flavor! Way better experience!

The atmosphere is perfection but the food is subpar. Prices are reasonable, and I loved the kids' menu options (brunch option, taco, burritos, chicken tenders, and one other option I can't recall). We made reservations but arrived early; we were seated immediately (20 minutes prior to reservation). Great experience! I would return to try food again but wasn't impressed with the overall taste.

Very nice experience, food was good--Iblike a tad more seasoning, had Taco birrias which the meat was tender, good amount of cheese, sour cream per request, salsa was okay, but the tortilla chips were really good. Restaurant very pretty, clean and nicely decorated, staff was very courteous.

a pretty upscale Mexican restaurant. The food is delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant with,🤯 2nd floor seating. The service was above par 👍🏾.One thing they do out of the blue is have your alcoholic beverage made in front of you on their mobile mini bar, which stood out. One downside is that this place can get crowded real quick after 6 pm, especially on weekends, so get those reservations in as quickly as possible. Very nice place and will recommend it. 👍🏾

My friend picked this place for our monthly ladies' night. Nice building and ambiance. Our waiter Phillip was super cool and nice. I ordered the Ave and Mar, he suggested, which was good! For my drink, I ordered the Jumbo Top Shelf Margarita. Now, for the price, I was expecting it to be stronger. I end ordering a shot to add to it. We later ordered the top shelf Sangria, which was decent. Definitely be prepared to spend some money. FYI, 18% is automatically added. Overall, we had a good time, really enjoyed myself. I would go back again.

If you are going during peak hours on a weekend or before a show at Snowden grove, MAKE A RESERVATION!!!!!! We had no issues getting a table, but we heard them say to others it’d be a 40 min wait. We good was so delicious and they pour a mean drink, however it was delicious. I highly recommend. 😬😄 Our server was so busy though, he didn’t have a lot of time for us, even the manager was bartending and barely had time to help the servers. We felt so bad for them. But the food is phenomenal and we want to go back. So I definitely recommend this place. They are something to watch!!!!!

We really enjoyed the live music! This was our first time at this location. The timing was a little of though...the food came out while we were still eating our appetizers, but then the dessert took a long time. If you're getting dessert, I would suggest ordering it when you're almost done eating instead of waiting until after. I had an empty water for a while. I asked a Manager and our Server for more water. The Manager must have forgotten and the Server took about 8-10 minutes to refill it. There didn't seem to be an urgency. The staff was really nice though. The cauliflower was wonderful and so was the queso fundido. Our entree had steak, chicken, and shrimp. The steak was unbelievable! The shrimp was really good. The chicken was okay. The street corn was not good at all though. All we could taste was mayonaise. My husband loved mayo and it was still too much for him. The flan was wonderful! We appreciated the salsa when we arrived, but the amount was so small. We would have loved more. We would definitely come back though because we still really enjoyed ourselves.

Our server, Scott, was exceptional! He shared his knowledge of the menu items and made recommendations of how to best enjoy the burger with the sauces my husband ordered. Very attentive to refilling our beverages and anticipated our requests before we asked. The steak on my tacos needed more tenderizing; however, the flavor/seasoning was good. Overall, a great dining experience facilitated by our server, Scott. Give him a raise or promotion 😊.

Fantastic food in a nice setting. It's quite loud, so just know your setting before you go. I've been twice - sat at the bar once and sat at a table the second time. The bar was much more in line with the overall feel of the place. Table service was adequate, but nothing to rave about. The food is really good. Not 5-star, but very good and quality ingredients. The cocktails are well prepared. I'd come back if I'm in the area again - and will sit at the bar.

Food was good! Service was excellent. It's set up cute. A little pricey, but not bad. We went to a Saturday morning breakfast. They had plenty of choices. Try the shrimp and grits! They were seasoned perfectly. They do leave the tails on the shrimp though. Just an FYI.

The service was phenomenal! My food was great! My husband got the salmon, which was awesome! But our son got the the burrito combo, beef and chicken. He said the beef was good, but the chicken was overcooked.

We usually visit this place for dinner because the food is delicious and, in my opinion, authentic. This time, we decided to try it for breakfast. While the experience was mixed, there were still some highlights. The prices were a bit steep but manageable. My husband ordered the breakfast sampler and felt the pancakes could have been crispier around the edges. He also mentioned that the bacon lacked flavor, but the rest of his meal was good. I created my own omelet, which was delicious but could have used seasoning. On the bright side, the breakfast potatoes were fantastic, and I tasted my husband’s pancake, which I found to be quite good. Altogether, our meal came to $44 before the tip. While there were a few misses, we still appreciated the overall quality. Dinner might remain our favorite here, but breakfast is worth a try if you’re curious!

Came back for brunch after 2 years and I must say nothing has really changed. Food was still pretty bland. I got the nachos plate my chips were so soggy like they were sitting out for a while. My mama did not like get chicken and waffles but her drink was good. They waiter was really nice and helpful. And the place I beautiful but they really need to work on the food. Probably want be back it better Mexican places in the area for a better place.

The food was amazing; it was just cold. I had the sweet salmon. It also took forever to get the drinks we ordered each time, and the restaurant didn’t seem that busy. I also ordered a crème brûlée, but that also took forever to get.

We came in on a Saturday around 9pm. The restaurant wasn’t that busy. We were seated right away. Our waiter got our drink order in and brought them quickly. We got the BBQ nachos for an appetizer and they were great. The actual food though was not very appealing. The burger was very dry and lacking flavor. Fries were a bit soggy. The tacos looked amazing but the chicken was again very dry and not very flavorful. Our waiter wasn’t very attentive after we got our food. We ended up asking another waiter just for some napkins during the meal. I only give 3 stars for the restaurant itself looks fantastic. The food, service, and menu though could use some help. I did notice an 18% gratuity was added on top of the meal also just for a party of 2 which to me was a little odd. Usually parties of 4 or more is understandable. For nearly $90 on just 2 people we were unimpressed overall. Save your money and just go to Maria’s Cantina.

Placed a online order through Uber Eats. They relayed everything correctly to Tekila. The kitchen staff left off the Mexican rice, beans and flour tortillas. Instead of making it right the manager is referring me to Uber Eats who did nothing wrong. Customer service is out the window.

The waiter vibe was off he didn't show southern hospitality non at. So I decided to just order from the appetizer menu just because of the waiter attitude. So the chips and cheese sauce was sat on the tha table no explanation to the family because we had children and the sauce was spicy. Plus none of the food was hot very lukewarm. The guacamole was very delicious. We were visiting family. Gratitude was already added so he received no tip. I usually add more to the tip but the service was bad and food lukewarm

Charge extra for kids drinks even though the menu says they are included. Called back and manager won’t credit them off. Large Party 20% fee added onto parties of 4 or more. Worn out atmosphere though just a year old. Needs new paint throughout and table tops resurfaced.

Valentines Day here was a completely horrible experience. The restaurant was totally unprepared, about 1 1/2 hour into a 5pm reservation we finally decided to ask for a manager after not receiving our food. The manager goes to say “reservations are one thing” after we told him we’d been there for so long. He did offer 15% discount on each entree. After 2 whole hours we finally received our entrees at 7pm, my boyfriend’s drink was gone and mine was flat by this point as I wanted to enjoy it with my food. After cutting into my ribeye, noticed it was well done after I ordered medium. The server eventually tells me about 3 ribeyes were on the ticket screen at once and we got someone else’s steak. He asked if I wanted to keep it or give it back and I let them take the piece of tire back. When the bill came, it was for two drinks and my boyfriend’s salmon. The salmon had no discount on it and when I asked, the server said the ribeye already got discounted. A ribeye that I didn’t eat? That’s not a discount, that’s you getting a full plate of food back- I did not even touch the potatoes or asparagus it came with. I asked him to get a manager again. Eventually we were given a discount. Unfortunately I didn’t get to eat anything but what my boyfriend offered me off his plate. I will never ever return.

I went here on Saturday 2/22/26 . Don't get me wrong the food is great but the Host and the services is Trash! Hear me out, i walk in at 3pm and left at 3:50 for only chips, salsa and chesse. When I ask the young lady at the host stand she got a real quick attitude with me and left the stand only to not service myself and 2 other that was waiting for to go orders. I had to find a manger myself in witch he only apologized for her behavior but still you have ppl like this make you not want to come back. Like we didnt make you choose this job so have some type of hospitality.
