Ordered takeout on the app, easy peasy. Went to pickup, waited a few and staff informed me order was ready. Took it outside to enjoy the shake and burger. The burger was on the smaller side but very tasty and juicy. Will take this over most other fast food places. the peach shake was also decent except some of the peach pieces were too big for the straw and I was in danger of hyperventilating trying to suck out those delicious peach pieces. Besides that, definitely a winner. will come again when i feel like training my breathing and stamina :-)

Service was excellent, very quick. From the door to the end of my order was 1 minute total. Granted I knew what I wanted. Food only took 6 minutes after that to get brought out which is nice and it was hot and fresh. Cheese fries were crisp and delicious. They give a wooden fork so you don’t have to get messy if you don’t want to. Shake is great, not solid like ice cream but not a puddle.

Very good burger. Fresh and served hot. A bit pricy, $33 for two cheese burgers, fries and soda. And burger is small for the price.

I like Shake Shack... It isn't a cheap fast food but rather a quality grub. We enjoyed the food very much. We ate outside which was very pleasant for this time of the year. Our kid had a chance to play some corn holes with other kids while we were sipping on some good local beer! Lol

Customer Service was outstanding.! Place is nice and clean! Burgers taste amazing, Fries were nice and crisp ( Parmesan Fries ) The dreamsicle shake taste incredible. I definitely recommend this place. My only criticisms would be, I wish Shake Shack sold Turky Burgers And I wish burgers and fries were sold in a combo.

There burgers were so good! They have one with sausage links on it. They have an avocado bacon burger that was amazing. They also have one with a giant cheese stuffed fried mushroom that was incredible. The fries are crinkle cut and are just ok. They aren't bad but they are just ok. Also the cookies and cream shake was very good.

Shake Shack is one of my favorite burger places. Having first discovered it in NYC, we were happy when they built one so close to our house. Unfortunately the hand full of times I have been it doesnt live up to the name. This last visit will be my last they gave us the wrong drinks, the burgers were over done, and my wife's lettuce wrap was moldy. Guess we will go back to driving to Dallas.

Its a burger joint. The food was OK. I had the chicken bacon sandwich, my friend had the single patty smash burger. He was disappointed with the size; $7 for a burger smaller than a quarter pounder fully dressed. Fries were so-so; nothing to write home about. Service was lackluster. The counter personnel were not pleasant and cheerful - they looked like they just weren't having it that day. I dont k ow if they were having a bad day or if that's their normal demeanor - none of my business. There's plenty of burger joints better, and there are certainly some worse.

This was our first visit to Shack Shack and the ordering process was a bit awkward as the cashier stood and smiled without much interaction. I don't expect a long conversation but it seemed like they were there to 'just do the job'. I saw they had a Dubai shake and decided to try it out. A price wasn't posted but I never thought a milkshake would be almost $10. This one was!! Our burgers while small were very flavorful. The fries with cheese sauce and bacon were not very good. We got a small drink and they weren't kidding it was small. The Dubai milkshake? Awful. Zero flavor. The pistachio had absolutely no flavor nor did the shake itself which literally taste like nothing. For a bill of $44.50 I have expectations of food that is at least edible. Besides the burgers, the rest was a waste. Doubtful will return.

Family date night..... We wanted to try something new. It was OK. The fries are really salty so ask for no salt and add your own. The burgers were slightly pink so ask for well done if you like them cooked cooked. My son thought the bacon was good and he likes that the cheese is melted. My wife loved her chicken sandwich loves the crisp and pickles . I wish the patty had more seasoning but the bread was good....our daughter did NOT like it at all... She compairs all burgers to Kincades so 🤷🏾‍♀️ the shakes were good... For how much we paid it could've been better.

Food was cold.... literary cold 10 peice bites!!!And took 20+ minutes to get the food. Spoke to employees about and no one cared, they just reheated my daughetsr chicken bites. You will never be like a Chik-Fil-A with that kind of crappy service! My family and will not be back anytime soon. Sad too since its in a nice place like Southlake. 0 out of 10 for sure! Take your money elsewhere people!

Overrated… mediocre burger at best shakes aren’t anything special. Service is slow as hell too… $18 for one single patty bacon cheese burger fries and a small tea. Go to Kincaids get a better meal and go to Andy’s for the shake. It’ll be better and cheaper.
