Convienent location to Memorial Hermann SW, a brisk 8 minute walk. Early morning breakfast. I was the only customer in the place. Settled on the build your own slam breakfast. Two eggs over easy, bacon, toast, hashbrowns, and a coke. Debated about getting something from the 55+ menu, but the choices are limited. Clean restaurant. Plenty of seating for busy times. Solid experience.

My experience here was okay. We were sat by the host & I suppose she didn’t let anyone know she sat us. We waited about 10 minutes for a server even though the place was empty. This location doesn’t do sweet tea neither, only iced. My food came out delicious but the fries were too dry even with ketchup so I didn’t eat them. They had also forgot to bring out the hash browns we had ordered too. A staff member who worked there tried to fix things & took care of us after. I didn’t get his name but thanks to him I felt a bit better about my experience. The issues here were out of his control so he tried his best.

We were greeted by the nicest person. Set us right away and brought us coffee in the first few minutes . Ordered the chicken, biscuit, with gravy, had fried eggs on top,very tasty 😋

I normally go to the Dennys off of Main near the medical center…. This location off of Southwest Freeway is horrible 🤦🏽‍♀️ they got our order wrong so I called multiple times and they didn’t answer. I called back the next day. The manager Malik told me he would make both of the meals over again if I bring in my receipt. When I get to the Dennys Malik was rude and he only made the cinnamon roll pancakes that we didn’t get. I do not understand how he says something but when I get there it is a different tune. To add to that I did not know that the ladies the night before rung up our order wrong so Malik is acting as if I am lying even though I showed him how many times I called the day before…. Horrible experience & management should lead by example! Being rude and unpleasant isn’t a good example for his team. He gave me the pancakes but I spend another $30+ for the rest. 1st picture was what we ordered at 1st 2nd pic is what I had to pay even though Malik said he would remake them

(DOOR DASH ORDER) I walked in and was never greeted, I stood at the Host post for over 5 mins and still was never greeted. I watched as staff (server & cook) talked and laughed. Finally I was brought an order that was incorrect. The server then proceeded to tell me if that wasn't my order then there was no order. I than waited an ADDITIONAL 5+ mins for the correct order❣️ Customer service below satisfactory ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

7/27/25 Sunday AM time, we went to Denny's to have breakfast and waitress Norman was AWFUL!!! Nasty attitude, it seemed like she did not like what the job required which was be courteous and customer service. I had to get up to ask for coffee at the kitchen and she brought me a different meal of what I order. She Never came back to my table. The diner was not busy that much. And to top it off. There was a leak from ceiling to my table and it was dripping. Totally not exemptable.

They tried to serve me juice in a dirty glass. It's a shame I didn't take a photo, but I did take a photo of the silverware, it was dirty. I also spoke to the manager, and she didn't even apologize for what happened.

My food was really cold undercook when you call the store to let them know the only response the lady said in the store was I’m complaining. The other orders were on hold, and my order was made first upon receiving my order. I couldn’t even enjoy my food because of this I will never come back to this Denny’s you guys run like forest

I insisted on trying this location twice before coming to the conclusion this location really needs to step up the service quality and cleanliness. I felt bad for my waiters because I could tell the experience was out of their control. Everything I wanted ordered except for the hot chocolate was unavailable. Unfortunately the reviews don't lie there is definitely somthings wrong here sorry Denny's this location isn't is it 😕. But I still love Denny's.
